The room was supposed to have been smoke free yet I could still smell the smoke from the other rooms. The sheets were too thin and not warm enough. I had to go to Walmart to purchase a blow dryer because the hotel did NOT have one. I also had to request some shampoo samples because it also did NOT have any. So I ended up purchasing some at Walmart too. There were people who were screaming from the top of the room. No respect for others.

Customer service is AWFUL! We had NO CLEAN TOWELS and a NON WORKING microwave. As a result, I went to Walmart to purchase towels to use. The gentleman, in guest services, informed me they had no towels and handed me a wash cloth through the window. The following morning, I went to the front desk to complain and ask to be appeased, I. E. With some of my money back, since I paid for amenities I didn’t receive. I was told to come back, mind you I’m from NC and was headed out. These people are rude, their English is terrible and their customer service matches their terrible accent and attitude. They deserve A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW, but we can’t give those, so one star it is. The young lady at the front desk should be FIRED! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS MOTEL.

The room was clean, but the towels were dingy. I went to car to get my own. It was bugs in the room. The complimentary soap left in the room was already open and had been used already. (THAT'S NASTY) There is a electrical short by the light on the wall it kept dimming, if you don't check it out soon the Motel 6 will catch on fire (RM 221). The TV is way too small for that size of a room. The TV will stay on for 10 min and shut off, I checked and the sleep timer was not on. Granted I needed a place to stay for that night I thought Motel 6 had come along way from how it used to be but in this case y'all are riding the fence.

The hotel was cheap and easy to get to. It's just outside Dallas was what I needed. The rooms were clean but the bed sheets and blankets were stained and gross. Very off putting.

My house got caught in fire, so my have to stay in a hotel. We been in motel6 in Waxahachi.

Good price but they do not allow you to hv company or visitors with charging a fee.

Doors in between rooms are very thin. Outside lighting is good. Clean room & good shower. Easy access to the interstate.

Worst sleep ever. The beds are too hard. The mattress isn't thick enough to have on metal rails. Service, both room and front desk, were fine. Rooms were clean.

Asked housekeeping and asked the front desk for extra pillows, they wouldn't give me any. Slept there for 2 nights and my back is killing me from that hard bed. I just wanted more cushion to support my back, but I guess that was too much to ask for. And when we took a shower the whole time the water would turn hot then cold, and back to really hot. My husband is a plumber and he said that's from crossing pipes, not fitted into the right sides for hot and cold. So even our showers were not great. So I only give 3 *'s.

The room was nice and clean. The surrounding rooms and above were noisier than expected but it wasn’t terrible. The front desk was kind enough to give me a late check out. I was preparing to stay another evening, however my credit card had been compromised and I was trying to get that handled so I could pay for an additional night. When it was past the time to leave, the man at the front desk called and I apologized for being 30 minutes later than the allotted time I was given. In the middle of my apology he said, “I don’t need to hear your excuses, I just need you to stay or check out. ” Very unprofessional and rude. Everything else was fine with my short stay.

Rooms are nice. The one I had, just happened to have plumbing problems, and the AC… smells like mold after a while. And, housekeeping has opened the door twice, while I was showering. And the last great thing, that sealed the deal… a couple actually opened my door, while I was in bed!? I have to continually get MY key reprogrammed… and they issued the other people a key to MY room… just wonderful.

The only complaint was having to have the key re-activated all of the time. Other than that the week we started there it was very quiet. I didn't have any issues with the front desk agent either. I'm sure they had to deal with some irate and unsavory people. My mom used to say "for every action there's a reaction. " But, my room was clean, housekeeping knocked on my door every day and the front desk agents were nice whenever I had to go to the office. It's not the Omni hotel, but if you're looking for a hotel with reasonable rates. Motel 6 is it.

Extremely disappointed. I live in the neighborhood and to have a community business represent Lancaster in this fashion was appalling. The young lady at the counter, the owners daughter felt compelled to be as rude as possible. Maybe she has Daddy issues. That was the start and frankly the finish for me. The great thing about exiting 2017 was get the *#×_ Outta there! If you like spending your hard earned money where it's not appreciated then you'll love staying here.

No stars isnt possible… this place sucks! Manager at the front desk was very rude when I asked her questions. Bed bugs on the bed and little black bugs were in the bathroom. I couldnt get a refund when I addressed these issues so I had to stay… never again!

Great location on I-35E and close to a variety of restaurants. There is plenty of parking and the area was quiet. My king bed non-smoking room was equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, but there was no hair dryer or coffee maker.

My husband and I reserved a room from 10/21 — 10/23. On the first night, our child had an accident in the bed, so I sent my husband to the front desk to request more sheet. My husband returns a few minutes later stating, he was advised, they won't give any additional sheets. I then went to the front desk and explained to the clerk why we needed new sheets and advise, I would give the soiled ones back. The clerk was a petite young lady with fine hair above her upper lip. (Sorry, I didn't get a name. ) She informed me, I can give the soiled sheets to housekeeping and she would switch them out. I went where I was directed and explained to housekeeping why I was there. To my surprise, housekeeping denied me sheets. Not only did she deny me replacements, she took the soiled ones, put them in a washing machine and closed the door on me. Now, I don't have ANYTHING to go on the bed. I went back to the front desk and explained what happened. Now the young lady is telling me they don't have anymore to give me, and I will have to wait until next day. I was flabbergasted. I reiterated that I don't have any blankets on the bad, and she gave me 1 sheet, that she pulled out of the cabinet behind the desk. I went back to my room to calm down. Once I collected myself, I went back to the front desk and requested another room. When she told me, "no, I can't give you another room.

Not satisfied at all. Someone opens the door to the room not even knocking and scares my mom wanting to clean the room. The room stunk of cigarettes from the sheets to the drapes. There was no care given when my handicap mother was slowly climbing the stairs and an employee rushed by and almost dropped her. It is hard to know who was an employee when the only person with a company shirt was the front desk clerk. I honestly wish I never paid or stayed here. Sounds cruel but the honest truth.

Dont ever stay here. They need to shut down the location. Very rude staff and unable to produce a reciet for room purchase. If you are a company never ever stay here. A bridge is a better spot.

I had a horrible experience staying at this location. There were roaches in the room where they put me. They moved me again to another room and there were ROACHES in that room, TOO. The couple next to me were fighting each other in their room and my service dog started barking at the commotion. The office called me and told me the dog was barking, I told them about the man fighting the woman in the room but never did one person from the office come to check on the beaten up woman! I will tell others to never stay at this hotel base of my staying there.

Bed we nasty. Blankets look like they never been washed. And when u aak for ypur room to be cleaned no u have to wait til they get done dping whatever so if u work night like I do and my roommate we had to do our own room. Will never stay her or probably never stay at a motel 6. Tgwy r all the same rude people. It bs that they can be rude and own a hotel. Its supposed to be home away from home. Refrigerator did work and the microwave was broken.

They are doing construction on the back side of motel right now. So if you dont mind a little loud noise during the hours of 9-6 pm. Its fine. Otherwise I suggest u wait till they complete remodeling job.

I got bit by bed bugs. When I asked front desk the lady manager said they couldn't change the room and they wasn't giving any refund. Nasty ass people. The short lady manager at the front desk is very rude, and she was speaking f* words and b*words when I asked to change room. That's all she speaks, she even don't understand English properly. I don't know how they are running motel. I went to the front desk in the morning first I waited for 20 minutes ringing bell; she came down half sleep massy hair even breath stinks and telling me that don't come before 9 in the morning. Don't waste your time and money ($65), other motels are cheaper and much cleaner than this motel.

Parking lot looked nice, and landscaping was kept up. (Much better than the property in Duncanville). Room was also mostly clean. However, there were several things that were not good at all. 1. We were initially checked into an occupied room, (but they did correct that right away). Just very inconvenient to have to lug bags back and forth. 2. Parking for the property seems terrible. Both nights that we were there, the side of the property they filled up was the side with no parking. We were forced to park on the other side of the hotel. 3. External building is very dirty, and in need of obvious repair. 4. Top of fridge was very dirty, and obviously no one tall enough had cleaned the room in months, as it was neglected. 5. We stopped at the front desk to inform them that my sister was too emotional after the viewing to drive home, and would stay in the room with us. First, the FD agent made a long phone call, and was about to tell me she could not stay, than settled on telling me that there would be an extra $15 fee per night for the extra person! I told him that was not what the website showed for 3 people, and I would talk to the manager in the morning. When I called in the morning, I was rudely told the manager was not there, and she "didn't know" when they would be in. She told me to come to the desk in the late afternoon, and when I told her that we were going to be at a funeral, her response was, "well I guess you won't talk to a manger, do you want to check out?

Staff was very RUDE AND did not honor online price that I booked it for will not stay here ever again.

I was bite by bed bug bad I had to go to hospital and they did nothing about it.

Maids literally put semen and vaginal discharge-covered sheets on my bed. Management says the maids have already left for the day and refused to change them. Showers won't drain. Key keeps needing to be reprogrammed. Attitudes are the worst ever, especially from the female of the Indian posse — she has a huge problem with raising her voice with non-Indian customers. They'll put WET sheets on the beds then tell YOU to change them. STAY AWAY FROM PATEL'S HOTEL AT ALL COSTS — he's a money hungry biggot.

I've been staying here for a month now for work and it is filthy. I have seen better rooms but the guys at the front desk don't want to get me another room. In my room I bunk with a co-worker and several roaches. You get what you pay for.

I have had some poor experiences with Motel 6 so I was nervous to give it a try. Our vacation budget didn't allow for an expensive hotel however so we decided to take a chance. Definitely worth it! The room was recently renovated and was clean. It was simple, but up to date. I appreciated the laminate wood floor as opposed to the smelly carpet so many budget hotels have. Definitely give them a try.

The shower was small. They did a good job cleaning, but me personally I always check under the sheets. When your away they never answer the phone when you call, and they don't speak English very well.

I will never stay at this motel again. They claim to have free WI-FI but the password they give you doesn't work. There were Prostitutes walking the walk ways at all hours of the day/night. The room I stayed in had a very bad odor and the television you could barely hear the sound. I was woke up to sound of yelling and looked out the window and saw police activity in the parking lot and three men were being arrested. Do not stay at this Motel unless you don't mind sleeping in a room that has most likely had Prostitute activity and hearing police chases in the hallways and parking lot.

Great price. Friendly staff. Nice spacious room. Clean room. Comfortable bed. I loved the experience. I have stayed in several Motel 6's, and this was the nicest one of all!
