My husband and I reserved a room from 10/21 — 10/23. On the first night, our child had an accident in the bed, so I sent my husband to the front desk to request more sheet. My husband returns a few minutes later stating, he was advised, they won't give any additional sheets. I then went to the front desk and explained to the clerk why we needed new sheets and advise, I would give the soiled ones back. The clerk was a petite young lady with fine hair above her upper lip. (Sorry, I didn't get a name. ) She informed me, I can give the soiled sheets to housekeeping and she would switch them out. I went where I was directed and explained to housekeeping why I was there. To my surprise, housekeeping denied me sheets. Not only did she deny me replacements, she took the soiled ones, put them in a washing machine and closed the door on me. Now, I don't have ANYTHING to go on the bed. I went back to the front desk and explained what happened. Now the young lady is telling me they don't have anymore to give me, and I will have to wait until next day. I was flabbergasted. I reiterated that I don't have any blankets on the bad, and she gave me 1 sheet, that she pulled out of the cabinet behind the desk. I went back to my room to calm down. Once I collected myself, I went back to the front desk and requested another room. When she told me, "no, I can't give you another room. " I demanded to speak to a manager and informed her that the level of customer service at this location was very poor. She claims I misunderstood and said, she WILL give me another room. However, she get's on the phone instead. Once she got off she advised, housekeeping will provide me with new sheets. I started walking back to my room, and another housekeeper greats me with fresh bed linen. I didn't run into any other issues, until we attempted to use the heater, only to discover it didn't work. Oh, I almost forgot. We had to go to the front desk about 4 times to reactivate the key. I will never stay at this location again, and I do not suggest anyone else does either.
