Called and booked my hotel over the phone for tonight. Showed up at 1 and was told to come back at 2:30 to get my room. Fine. Showed up at 4 to be told that I booked my room for last night and they didn’t have a room available for tonight. When I asked for the charge to be reversed I was told that there was not a manager that could do it. So they can take your money immediately but can’t remove it. They also don’t have a manager on duty So apparently if no one works, the hotel is a free for all. Worst service ever. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Here we are stuck in Cherokee with no place to stay because of the incompetence of the woman I spoke with yesterday. I know I can and will dispute this with the credit card company but I want the word out on how poorly run this establishment is.

Everything was fine there was a small lack of housekeeping but everyone was very hospitable.

Well to start out… I am from a tourist area Orlando Florida and we have high prices and low quality service compared to the Quality inn in Cherokee North Carolina. The complementary breakfast was amazing along with the service. All staff workers was nice and above average. Everyone was friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you. My family is completely beside ourselves for the hospitality and service that this quality inn has given us. I will definitely take another trip sooner than I expected to this quality inn due to their high service and wonderful staff.

A nice place to spend the night in any other day of the week.

The location is a quick 5 minute drive from the casino. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good. The Wi-Fi is solid, but like all the other establishments that depends on the weather. The internet, up on which their cable service is based, is satellite. They even have a pool for your leisure.

We stay here at least once a year to attend WCU football games and my in-laws go alot more often. Front desk is always nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and they have recently done some upgrades.

The rooms were clean and looked like it had been updated recently. There was a lot of noise you could hear while in your room from the road on one side and people in the hall on the other. It was hard to get the room at a comfortable temperature it was either too hot or freezing. Overall it wasn't worth $143 for a night should have been closer to like $90

I love staying here at the Quality Inn in Cherokee, NC. The front desk is always so welcoming. They have always treated me like visiting family! The Quality Inn prices are reasonable along with their free breakfast!

Good hotel /motel. We were able to park right outside of our room. Friendly staff. Older but clean rooms. Rooms have a mini fridge & a sink. Spacious in size. Coin laundry on site. Stream runs out back of the rooms. Great peaceful view & sounds while sitting on the patio. Oh yeah, casino is 5 min give away.

I stayed @ Quality Inn in Cherokee, North Carolina. Our stay was pleasant and the hotel was nice. I will recommend my family and friends to stay there.

We had a great experience here. The staff was very nice, and I suggest the rooms over looking the river. The picture below was looking out from the balcony of our room.

Room was clean, the giant tub we got in our king bed room was fantastic. It's a little dated inside but bed was firm yet comfortable. Had a small porch out back that overlooked the river (more like a glorified Creek). Staff was friendly. TV in room sucked and had about 12 channels. Don't waste your time on the breakfast. It looked good but at 9am the room was so packed we said we'd rather spend 5 dollars at McDonald's each than try to squeeze into the pig herd. Overall a good experience and while not as fancy I felt way more comfortable here than we did our last stay at the casino hotel.

Older but very nice, clean hotel. A little out of town, but with the free shuttle that did not matter. Staff was great and loved the private balcony overlooking the creek. The area is beautiful. My only complaint was there was no fitness facility. Room was spacious and had all you needed. Would definitely stay again.

We will always — from here on out — stay at quality inn. All was outstanding. When leaving rm 257-the lady to clean our room-very nice. Wish more would let others know how much they are — — appreciated. I left a lil note letting her/quality inn know our feelings. Thank you. The highest rating available.

Wonderful room, quiet, on the river. Great breakfast. Superb shower and comfortable room. Our from town so you have to drive to dinner. Go to Cherokee Village for food, unless you want to eat at the casino. Well located.

When I am in Cherokee I always like to stay here. The staff is excellent. The pool and pool area is always clean. Have stayed here many many times. Love the rooms overlooking the river. Ducks and geese are very enjoyable to watch off the balcony. Highly recommend the Quality Inn in Cherokee!

If I could rate a 0 I would! The room was way over price. We have stayed in nicer hotels for way less. The room was also way dated, the room smelled as it was a smoking room, the hot tub had hair, prior to our use, floating in it, the hot tub was like from the 80's, when using the "clean" towels I found small black hairs in them, there was dead bugs in the room on the night stand (and they remained there after housekeeping cleaned the room), the "high speed internet" dropped more than it worked. When I asked the night desk keeper a question on the 1st, he acted like he didn't care to answer because he was too busy on the computer to even look up and told me to, "check with the morning crew". I did run into the manager going back to the room who did answer the question. All in all our worst stay anywhere ever! STAY AWAY! Sadly this is the how the whole part of the town we were in acted as well.

Very nice, the beds are so comfortable l didn't want to leave. I wish l had 3 just like them. The rooms are very clean. Nice and quiet. Everything was very nice. But the complement breakfast was not that great. But in all l would stay there aging.

I'll start with saying we would stay here again. Also with the good then with the bad. Pros: 1) jacuzzi tub in room (not bathroom) big enough for two normal sized adults. (I am plus size and so is my bf) 2) it was around the corner from the casino. Less than a 5 minutes drive. Also close to the national park, museums, river, etc. 3) balcony very private 4) the room was clean Cons 1) only 3/6 of the jets actually WORKED on the run 2) the free breakfast was horrible. Cold, hard biscuits, doughnuts, and bagels. Two choices of cereal. Gravy and egg. And waffles that fall apart when done. 3) the balcony door wasn't sealed so the wind from the outside could get in and also these huge ugly grey bugs! They didn't bite but having them land on you in your sleep is enough to drive someone crazy.

The location was convenient to the event and was right beside an ExxonMobil gas station. The check-in was quick and easy. The room was very nice. The beds were so comfortable. The rooms had private balconies. Free coffee at anytime.

The Quality Inn is a good alternative to staying at the casino in Cherokee. Rates are reasonable and there is a nice continental breakfast. The hotel features inside entry and the amenities are good. The only drawbacks I experienced while here were that the air conditioner in my room was a bit noisy when it cycled off and that woke me up a few times… and no HBO (bummer) … aside from that the staff was great! No spectacular views from my room, but getting out to the mountains this time was great…

I was happy with location and cleanliness of the room. However the next morning I left for a few hours. I put the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door because I did not want anyone including housekeeping in my room. When I got back several of my personal items had been "cleaned" meaning thrown away including a new bar of soap (I only use one kind) and a new can of air freshener, There were several other small items. I reported it and let it go until I realized my pillow from my bypass surgery was also missing. WHY? This makes no sense. Why throw things away when someone is still staying in the room. Then they insinuated I lied. Why would I make up a story about a pillow? Really. No apology or anything. I will make sure I never stay in this hotel again.

Stayed in room 102 with king bed. Very nice room and comfortable bed with plenty of pillows! Close to parking and exit. Continental breakfast was disappointing — no meat &eggs bland. Very limited selection and seating. Location of hotel close to casino and downtown if you are driving not walking distance.

Standard room with updates. Balcony. Breakfast was mostly breads pastries and cereal with a few hot options. Staff directed us to a short hiking trail to beautiful Mingo falls. Room was comped from casino, so definitely worth the price!

Clean room, swrved it'dls purpose for the night. The free breakfast left much to be desired.

No fridge or microwave. Shouldn't even say Wi-Fi because we couldn't even pick up the signal. It was clean though.

Clean, spacious room. The shower was great haha. Very comfortable beds, I would stay there again.

Great views and price. Blanket had cigarette burns in it even though we were in a nonsmoking room. The room was clean and the free breakfast was decent.

NASTY NASTY NASTY my husband and I always check the beds and thank god we did cause the blankets has blood and hair they had not even been washed. This is the nastiest place. So my husband went to the front desk and the guy looked at my husband and said ya it's a blanket… how bout u sleep on it then!

Great, Great, Great! this was the 1st time we stayed here in over 2 years and the owners have updated the rooms and they are wonderful. Everything was new, clean and Beautiful. You have patio doors that lead to the pool or the River. I just sat outside on the deck and soaked it all in. My Fiance loved it. If you ever go here ask for one of the updated rooms, you will not regret it. I would definitely be going back!
