Nice clean room. Comfortable beds. Really close to the casino front door. Priced fair. Pool well kept.

The rooms have been recently updated and we're nice but the bed was not comfortable. It was clean. Pool was great for the kids and LOVED the lighting so we could stay after dark. Breakfast was okay cereal and waffles and toast.

Clean, nice, no smeels or anything that wasn't wrong. Wife a little slow but what do you expect with direct TV. Other than that we'll stay here again.

No problems with room and service was good. Rooms were clean and decent.

Poor customer service. Head board that was supposed to be connected to wall, fell off on my head. Yes you read that right. They refused to offer a refund and couldn't get a hold of manager or owner. Naturally they were from India and weren't in country.

We stayed there this past Friday night and had a great time and it's a very nice place and clean.

Gave it 5 stars, with some exceptions. Reported there was no Bible in the room, and the refrigerator door was broken, and would not close easily. I would still highly recommend, this Motel to anyone who is going to visit Cherokee, North Carolina.

Older room. Tub was really nasty. Duvet had burns in it. Cleanliness of floor was dubious. But it was directly across from casino and the price was OK.

Room was clean. Decor was outdated but not terrible.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was not clean. There was a spider hanging on the corner of the ceiling in the bathroom. Shower had long hairs still inside the shower. The room is real small. The hotel is very over priced. You are basically paying so much because it's across the street from harrahs casino.

My husband and I stayed the 5th of July, the female clerk was rude when we checked in, the pool was shut down which they did not tell us this when we checked in. We went to the room turned the air down then walked around then ate then went to the casino when we come back the room was not real cool but we figured we could tough it out since it was around midnight well needless to say we was miserable all night the tub was also dirty, when I checked out I told the male clerk about everything trying to say it in a nice way he just looked at my like I was stupid, the breakfast was not much to mention also, I will never stay there again.

Had a great stay. Rooms were fresh and very clean. Clerks were very nice and gave us a discount.

Rooms are dated but the hotel itself is great location wise. A lot cheaper than surrounding hotels.

This was one the worst hotels we have stayed in. The room wasn't very clean. The chairs had spots in them. The wash cloths were not white. The bathroom fan did not work, and to top all that the tub had a piece of duck tape in it where it was cracked. When I took a shower there was an odor coming from the crack in the tub that smell like feces. This hotel is part of Wyndham and I will be complaining to them about this stay.

What an awful hotel! Every channel on the television was scrambled. Told the front desk attendant and she said "well mine works fine here so I don't know. " We asked for another coffee pot since our put coffee everywhere except in the pot and had the same response. Never received any turn down service; even after requesting it. I've stayed places that were half the cost that had twice the customer service!

Right across the street from Harrahs Cherokee Casino. The night clerk was very helpful and informative!

Small room, two queen beds, best rates on stip, clean, and right across street from casino!

Great location. Good price. Continental breakfast is decent. Easy to go to casino and back.

Did not get room that we reserved. No remote for t. V. Wouldnt give us refund. No towels in bathroom. Heat wasnt turned on when we got there. Office did nothing to help. Paid $150 for 1 night in a room that was terrible.
