This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. There were urine and blood stains on the bed sheets, mattress, and PILLOWS, not pillow cases, all in the 3 DIFFERENT rooms we were given. Absolutely disgraceful and horrifying. The Board of Health should close them down. They even had a sign at the front desk that said cleaning service isn’t available at this time but if you need clean towels or anything contact the front desk. Clearly there was no form of cleaning at all. This experience definitely makes me want to stay away from ALL Holiday Inn Express locations.

Shameful treatment of a friends disabled family member! Stay someplace else. Any place! Absolutely reprehensible behavior/customer service and I worked In hospitality for years. I know how things are done and this property is dreadful! Corporate needs to step in!

Not pleased with this hotel. We had several issues that were not attended to or addressed. We had three key cards which let us in the building, but not our room. The was a lot of food left in fridge, we asked for spoons or forks and the receptionist said they were locked up and had no access till 11pm. There are a lot of rats in parking lot. Lastly we asked permission to park out bikes under awning as there was a thunderstorm and staff had there car there so we were unable to. I do believe the hotel can fix these things the room and bathroom were clean and breakfast was very good. I asked for compensation and never received a response.

We are here to visit my sons college he will be attending in the fall. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Have stay there a few times always have great staff, very friendly and the free breakfast was amazing. Will stay there whenever I’m in town.

This is the third time my family has stayed in this particular hotel in Ithaca. It has a prime location because it is about 10 minutes from Cornell. The staff is very friendly, the Wi-Fi is fast, and breakfast is delicious! As always, the Holiday Inn Express was very accommodating of our service dog.

Something came up with the event I was going to be attending in the area and I had to cancel my reservation last minute, they gave me a refund even though they did not have to. As far as customer service goes this hotel was great to work with and know it would have been a great place to stay for the weekend. Thank You to the GM who made the decision for my refund!

Nice hotel. The included breakfast was ok. Not great but something for everyone. Only real complaint was after our second night of 3 the room was not cleaned beyond having the towels replaced and the garbage emptied. The bathroom was not touched and the beds just had the bedding pulled up not made. When I complained I was someone could come and clean the room but after a tiring day we wanted to relax and I had already cleaned and made the beds myself. I was then offered a chocolate bar as compensation. Being diabetic that was no compensation. Maybe some sort of discount on that night would have been more in order. I was told this lack of service was a problem with the person who was supposed to clean the room when it came to people who stayed more than one night. If that was the case why is she still working there? Having stayed at Holiday Inn’s all over the world never before came back to a room that was hardly touched. Overall it’s a great hotel and until today was very clean. The staff were very nice. Had it not been for this cleaning incident and no offer of

Nice clean hotel. Quite new. The only problem is the noise level. The building material seems a bit weak. People walking upstairs & outside, vacuuming next door, & all the traffic outside can clearly be heard. If you have trouble handling the noise like I do, you better ask for room facing the back. We did use the pool but had taken a look. Seems very nice also. There doesn’t seem to be enough parking space for everyone, but on non-busy day should be fine. They also have coin laundry.

Very nice place to stay overnight. Beds are a bit high but not a problem at all.

Nice clean good amenities. Breakfast included with your stay. Indoor pool 3 to 5 feet deep. Clean well groomed rooms. Free parking on premises. Reasonable for its convenient location near the Buttermilk Falls area.

Great hotel. Courteous staff. Very helpful and professional. Continental breakfast options are fantastic for those with dietary restrictions.

Nice hotel next to a lot of shopping and food choices minutes from the parks. Nice staff, very clean with a small pool and fitness center.

The hotel was very conveniently located near Robert H. Treman state park where my family and I had gone hiking/swimming in the morning. The room was ready to check in to when we arrived at 3 pm. The hotel and the room was clean and quiet. We got to enjoy the heated indoor pool all by outselves. Continental breakfast had many options, such as cereal, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, fruit, eggs, bacon, toast, etc. There was a pancake maker too! Would definitely stay here again.

The pool was closed. Too much chlorine. We booked this hotel so the kids could use the pool. Everything else was nice. Not the best value. I probably wouldn't come here again. Then again, the location was a mile away from Buttermilk Falls. And near many convenient dining options. Meh.

This is horrific my family comes here to find out that the pool is broken! I don’t even know how describe this feeling. I mean the lady at the front desk didn’t even tell us. If you want amenities don’t come here.

Mistakenly left my laptop at this hotel. Tried to have the hotel ship to me (and yes, I would cover all costs) … the hotel WOULD NOT HELP and I was told “we are not a shipping company”. I had to drive a 7 hour round trip to retrieve by laptop! Awful customer experience.

Great place to stay very friendly people the lady in the breakfast area even made me a bacon sandwich for my diabetic husband for later now that is kindness I wish I ask for her name long curly brown hair very kind thank you ❤️

Not a bad place. Nice building. But far too loud. Trucks can be felt when they pass.

We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from Cornell. The hotel was in immaculate condition. The rooms were clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was polite and very helpful. Would certainly stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Holiday Inn Express in Ithaca, NY was an excellent place to stay while visiting wineries at the Finger Lakes. It is situated between Cayuga Lake and Seneca Lake and was very convenient for day trips to either side of the lakes. The room was very clean and fresh. The bed is high, so if you have hip problems, ask for a lower style. It was very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are fine for continental. We would definitely go back.

New hotel, nice clean. Either the rooms are HUGE or I got a super upgrade. However room was on front and next to highway. VERY NOISY! Trust me. Ask for a room away from highway or pass out drunk and don’t worry. Staff very nice, breakfast looked good too.

Great newly remodeled hotel, entrance is a little small but has a nice large parking lot in back. Rooms are well appointed with a lovely stall shower, great for tall guests. Personnel was welcoming and very helpful.

Just checked into 2 queen studio suite. AMAZING! Also can’t wait to check out free cookies saltwater pool and breakfast. The Wi-Fi is good too. We are IHG rewards club members and this is the best holiday inn express property we have ever stayed in.

Standard issue Holiday inn Express. New hotel with clean rooms and modern decor. Fairly sterile with the minimum you need. Wifi was a bit week on the second floor. Standard hie breakfast.

Modern and clean. Breakfast was better than expected considering it's free. Our king sized bed room had a good amount of space. Great value overall and would definitely stay here again.

The service was friendly and professional. I got through to someone right away on the phone to get a room booked for the same day (unlike other properties I called that day; one local property front desk staff transferred me immediately to the national reservations number? ) The pool was warm and we had it all to ourselves. The morning breakfast and Wi-Fi were free. All totalled, a great visit.

I decided to stay here after getting caught in a thunderstorm while on a motorcycle trip and the front desk staff was extremely accommodating. Thanks! The hotel seems new and my room was immaculate. Breakfast was typical for what you expect from this level of hotel but the pancake making machine was fun to use and the coffee was good.

We like it here so much, we decided to stay another night. Everyone is so nice! The room is beautiful, the bed is so comfortable, there was a great breakfast. Thank you Holiday Inn Expess. Margie.

Brand new, and they take care of it very well. The workout room is perfect for a quick sweat and the salt water pool feels great. Better than one can expect from an affordable hotel.

Newly opened, the rooms here feature contemporary decor, stylish light fixtures, and an impressively modern bathroom. This hotel has a free breakfast, meeting rooms, a small swimming pool, and (at the time of writing) free cookies in the lobby. There is also a small snack bar for purchasing of chips and snacks. The location is not ideal, being ~2 miles from downtown Ithaca, but it's a great place to stay!

The entire hotel was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly my entire stay.

Clean, comfortable, well run, well located for running outdoors, modern and friendly. Not super fancy. It's a five star in its value category, not across all hotels.
