The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. Very nice place to stay if you're looking for something a little outside Ithaca.

Close and convenient to college, however still overpriced even though its the cheapest in the area. Bed is not comfortable and there was no breakfast served 2 days thus far. No pets were allowed and that point was made multiple times.

Nice, clean room with the basics. The staff was very friendly. Well situated just outside of Ithaca allowing for quiet night.

Fairly inexpensive. Pretty clean and no frills but it's a place to stay. Quiet motel.

This is a very simple motel, with few amenities. The Wi-Fi is weak, and the rooms are simple. Breakfast consists of a pastry wrapped in plastic.

I would never recommend this place. Total rip off. Just because it was a weekend when everyone was out looking at colors, is no reason to charge exorbitant prices. No ice machine. No refrigerator. No coffee maker. No microwave. Awful!

The room was incredibly simple, nothing absurdly wrong with it other than the fact the outlets were nowhere near the bed and didn't hold a plug. We had to unplug the TV from the 90s to use those. The staff was incredibly nice, however, and called immediately after we left when they discovered we left a charger.

Standard room service. Standard room cleanliness. Not somewhere you'd want to spend a lot of time — but acceptable.

Quiet area just outside of Ithaca, very close to the Cornell campus. Great value.

Reason I don't give 4 stars is something as simply as giving a box of cereal that was put away recently they denied it. Service was ok. Rooms are clean and air condition. But no mocrowave.

We stayed here during 2017 Cornell graduation weekend. I really wish I had found this hotel when my daughter was just starting at Cornell; I would have stayed here every time I visited her. It's simple, clean, close to campus, and inexpensive. Plus, you don't have to drive through downtown Ithaca traffic to get to it. I recommend this place.

Pretty basic, but also well managed. Room was clean, and staff were very helpful and courteous.

Everything was really really the best but… someone from the staff sipped our Whiskey while we were out :)

For a motel, Embassy Inn is pretty decent. For two nights for two people, it came out to a total of ~$226 Pros: 1) Parking available right outside of your door. 2) Free breakfast starts at 7am (food laid out in the office). They have bananas, apples, coffee, muffins (the packed ones you find at gas stations), and cereal with milk & juice in the fridge. I'm pretty sure the owners come out though when you come in for breakfast to see that you don't take more than what one person can eat at one time. 3) Close to Cornell campus 4) They clean up for you everyday and tidy up your bed. 5) Free Wi-Fi Cons: 1) Door locks automatically (this may be a pro for some people) 2) There's heating, but I don't think you can control it, so it was pretty cold when I stayed. 3) Kind of buggy outside, and then the bugs follow you in. 4) There were two guys a couple of doors down who kept on hitting on me and my friend. They stood outside their door for some hours, watching us as we got into our car/went to the office/went to our room… So… yea 5) bathroom is tiny. What's provided in the room: Blowdryer (the half kind), old bulky TV, shampoo, towels (one of body & one for face), kleenex box, hangers.

Kind of outdated, but overall it was clean and priced lower than other hotels and motels in the area. Not a bad choice for an overnight stay.

Very unscrupulous cancellation policy: several days notice requirement as opposed to the usual standard 24 hours, hidden in fine print if even articulated.

I have paid a lot more for terrible accommodations. This place was clean and well kept, and for the price ya can't beat it.

Really impressed by the cleanliness of the entire place, from the lobby to our room. We felt very welcome and comfortable! The staff is super friendly too.
