Bathroom was extremely dirty. I changed my review in the end because their service staff is great.

Rusty bathroom fixtures, musty damp room odor (black mold? ), old ripped towels, old plumbing that scalded my child and myself when an adjoining room used water, cobwebs hanging from ripped lampshades, gardens of dandelions ensconce dilapidated steps to entrance, BACK ENTRIES ARE NOT LOCKED AT NIGHT SO ANYONE CAN ENTER THE HOTEL AT ANY TIME. And we paid $270 a night because it’s graduation weekend and can’t get a room anywhere else. This place is the crown embarrassment of all Wyndham establishments. I doubt national management would be pleased and wouldn’t stay here. If we had another choice we wouldn’t either. I wish I could post photos with this review. If I could leave a review with no stars I would.

Nice, clean, rooms a little small. Sunday brunch is great with lots of options, though that is extra.

Rude and unhelpful staff at check in. No airport shuttle as promised. Bathroom not in great shape with shower grout missing and loose tiles. Lousy water pressure, but surprisingly decent towels for a cheap hotel. No blanket provided for the Murphy bed, which was the only bed in my room.

Had a great stay, the staff was exceptional. If you are on a budget and need a room this is the place! It's nothing like most budget hotels or motels this one is clean, comfortable and safe.

This hotel is run down, in need of repairs, and not secure in the least bit. None of the exits to the outside were locked so anyone could just walk in at any point. The room itself was clean enough. The hotel needs updating and repairs, badly. There are sections of carpet in the hallway that are frayed and coming up, the room to our door looked as though someone had tried to break in at one point, and the tub had rust spots in it. We definitely will not be staying here again. Sunday breakfast was okay for the price, nothing to write home about. The staff was incredibly friendly and none of these issues are of their doing. You definitely get what you pay for. This hotel was lower priced compared to others in the area but do yourself a favor, pay the extra and stay someplace else!

Building itself inside and out is quite outdated and drab. Room was large and fairly clean and odor free. Staff is semi friendly. $85 is pricey for this hotel. Would look other places next time.

Like to go for all you can eat Sunday buffet. The decor is a bit antiquated but the food is not.

First off, this hotel does the job if you just need a quick place to stay. It is close to the airport and the Ithaca Mall, but it should be a lot better. The bathroom was pretty dirty. The bath had a lot of soap scum and was overall pretty gross. The shower head was coming off the wall. The toilet barely worked and the flushing handle kept getting stuck. One of the lamps was falling apart (The bulb was hanging off the lamp. ) The room was pretty cold, despite the fact that the heater was set to 75. It was probably 65 at most in the room. The Wi-Fi absolutely didn't work even after multiple attempts. In the morning, the shower produced nothing but cold water, even after I waited for a half hour for the water to warm up. If you absolutely need to stay here, it'll work but avoid if possible.

Had about great stay but the hotel is in major need of maintenance and updating. Roof was leaking in the banquet room and power went out in our room, but they discounted us and gave free breakfast. Overall nice stay, friendly staff and wonderful management that accommodated to our needs.

Basic hotel. Nothing special. Not good. Not bad. Just there. Expensive for what you get. Earl is great.

Dirty… and the hotel security is poor. Doors around the back dark parking lot are NOT key card entry only. We we're told that the doors and back did have luggage carts. So we drove around late at night with to cut tired kids and sure enough there were no luggage carts. The room is filthy too.

Dirty and unsafe! Stayed for one night with a pet, and as soon as we started to check in there were problems. We booked online after first calling the hotel about their pet policy. I was told to book as normal then my room would be switched at checkin. Upon arrival though, they initially tried to upcharge the room until a manager stepped in. Once we finally got to our 'pet friendly' room, I noticed some cat litter in the corner (that wasn't mine)! The room only had 3 lamps so it was hard to even get enough light to illuminate the bedroom area. A visit to the bathroom showed off a rusty light fixture, a faucet that looks like it was cleaned with steel wool, and a dirty tub with mold and a shower head that squirted water onto the ceiling. We pulled around to the back to bring in the rest of our stuff and the back entrance to the hotel had no locks or key card access required. Literally anyone could just walk in! It was a bit unnerving seeing this, since there was a scary guy wandering the parking lot drinking a 40oz. Of beer. All in all, it wasn't a pleasant experience and I don't recommend visiting.

Went to the Ramada for brunch and was pleasantly surprised. The eggs Benedict were delicious, the fresh waffles were great, and my family members said the omelets were yummy as well. Staff was very helpful with questions and our server was very hospitable as well. Plus, inexpensive mimosas! Overall I have a feeling we'll be going for many brunches to come.

Please just save yourself the heartache and go to the Hampton inn. This place is disappointing from beginning to end. The pool smells. The hallway is hot and smells like smoke. One of our rooms randomly didn't have a fridge. The ice machine was broken. The elevator is hell and gone from the lobby and from many of the rooms. Just don't.

Do not come here. Website lies. Hot tub has been broke for years and does not work. Indoor heated pool is not heated. Heater has been broke for some time now. Sauna is out of order. No telling how long it's been like that. Continental breakfast that is supposed to be free is actually $9 a plate. Wyfi is trash. Could not do anything on my computer. I would never recommend this place to a bum if he was able to stay here for free. Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Not very fun for children. They do not return phone calls. Rant over. Had to rate, I say zero stars.

The hotel is awful. The furniture is very dated. We had to move rooms because our shower was very disgusting looking. The new room is nicer but still, things could be much better. They advertise being "clean and green" a reason to choose Ramada. However, the cleanliness part isn't true and the shower wastes a ton of water because when you use the shower head, the faucet still produces a ton of water.

This hotel is HORRIBLE. I will never put guests here again. Here is what happened to us: 1. The shuttle that I called to arrange and confirmed with the Ramada for our guests arriving from overseas did not pick up the guests and left them stranded at the airport. 2. The "shuttle" to take people to campus, which I was told can be reserved any time during the day, is an old KIA that looks and sounds unreliable and was driven by 2 drivers who either can not or will not go the speed limit AND do not know their way to basic areas on campus. I had to talk the driver to a central spot on campus after he got lost for 15 minutes. The 2nd driver took 45 minutes to arrive after he apparently left the hotel for a 10 minute drive. 3. I was told multiple times my credit card used to secure the rooms would not be charged for expenses because this would be direct billed through the university. Guess what. They charged me instead. i will never put guests here again. I was mortified that I recommended this hotel for our visitors.

The hotel is a bit worn down. Electrical outlets falling out of walls, carpet coming up in places, etc. However the staff is very attentive and courteous, which made the stay acceptable.

Out dated, shower and toilet did not work correctly. Beds need to be replaced but comfortable. No trash cans outside the exits. And only about 10 TV channels to choose from. No free breakfast, very poor wfi.

Nice hotel, but the Wi-Fi is very slow.

Felt dark and dingy outside … decent inside but still had a slightly eerie feeling inside. Room was clean though. I didnt book the room so didnt deal with any of the staff.

Very poor quality rooms. Shower and toilet did not work properly. We got a pet friendly room and paid additional for that. Found a tick in bathroom sink. Room not particularly clean. Heat and air conditioner unit was so loud, you couldnt leave it on. The indoor pool was pretty bad, the pool room was cold and so was pool. There was a kiddie pool that was boarded up. Not a towel in site. Just a bad place to stay.

This hotel is really nice, has nice service, and is clean. It's a little poorly designed though and some rooms are hard to get to.

Had a great stay. Except the sauna & hot tub didnt work & the pool had to much chlorine in it.

This place was cold, in our room, hallway, pool. Even the jacuzzi was not workable. I been told if your mattress has a mattress protector on it that it is because that room had bed bugs, the food was horrible. The hotel itself was really clean, I did however only find one person that was always working named Joshua Romero. I decided to ask him his name. I did not see any other workers in the hotel at all. Will never stay at this hotel again, I understand its under new management, however that individual has no idea what they are doing, there is even black mold all over their building, I looked up their past and two co workers have known to catch "cancer" due to the mold and are no longer employed, I would recommend that everyone stays away from this HOTEL!

Horrible Costumer service. Lost my reservation. Were utterly unhelpful. Hotel sub par. Tried to pass of full beds as queens. Was not impressed.

Towels are old and worn. Access doors are not secured. Open all night, unsafe. Mold smell. If you're visiting Cornell stay somewhere else even if in Cortland 20 miles away! Never again.

Clean, nice, spacious rooms, ample parking space, close to stores and restaurants.

Stayed here as guests of Stonewell Bodies and Manufacturing in Genoa, NY. Rate was amazing, room was very spacious, comfortable bed, crisp TV, rooms laid out nicely with good window views and fast internet. Surprised at all they had to offer from gym, dining, outdoor/indoor pools. Had a slight problem with enough warm water one morning, but completely understandable with the temperatures and amount of snow. Parking lot had been cleared nicely. LOVE they are pet friendly.

Just got back from Ithaca. Won't ever stay here again. Positives: — Bed reasonably comfortable — flat screen TV Negatives: — First room had HUGE amounts of mold on bathroom ceiling and also around tub. Load of other areas with excessive wear and tear. — Changed to second room. No ceiling mold, but a bit around tub. Large drywall repair in bathroom ceiling really poorly done. No way it was done by anyone who had a clue how to repair drywall. Dark wood door to room had at least 11 patches with really sloppy light colored wood putty. Caulk around tub area looked like it was applied with a shovel. — went to do a bit of exercise on the floor in the AM. Got too close and unfortunately smelled it. Gross. I'd be scared to see what a UV light showed. — The room and whole place in general is run down and worn out maybe with the exception of the beds and TV. — shower head is just over 5 feet high, which is perfect unless you're more than 5 feet tall. — bathroom counter looks like it was from the 70's. — toilet seat wouldn't stay up because it bumped into the counter. — pillows were strangely square shaped — almost as thick as they were wide and horribly uncomfortable. If this hotel was really cheap, I could understand the condition, but it wasn't.

Well I was worried about this place from reviews buti guess they have gotten better. My room is clean, comfortable bed, nice tv, and decent bathroom. Could complain a little about room service but thats not an easy task when u live in motels day in and out. Front desk personnel is good 50 percent of the time. Feelings mutual.

Horrible hotel. My room had black mold on the wall, a very noisy fridge and horrible TV picture. Only stayed because all hotels were fully booked (move-in weekend). Absurdly overpriced for what you get. Not coming back again.

RESERVATION: On 2 separate phone calls I ask my reservation to be emailed to me. Both times the request was unfilled. PRICE: Way overpriced. I know Ithaca hotel tend to be over price. This hotel had very poor value for your money. HOUSEKEEPING: Their was fairly large crack in the bathroom. The shower head was about 5ft high. Too short for the average male. Their was also no bath soap in the bathroom. In general the quality of the bath supplies was very poor. The housekeeping did not touch our room until after 4pm. To me that seems a little late. The only reason we notice is because we came back to the hotel to get take a nap and get ready for a weeding that evening. IN GENERAL: Just a bad hotel. If you going to the nice town of Ithaca spend you money somewhere else.
