The accommodations were comfortable overall, but nothing spectacular. The bathroom in our room was rather small but workable. I found the "stay for breakfast" package to be lacking in terms of what is included. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the proximity to Ithica's downtown area and other local attractions is very nice.

Clean, nice hotel. Not really used it for much more than a place to crash at night, but it's been a good stay. Would definitely stay again if in the area. * update — been having issues with the Wi-Fi for the whole day, was told that equipment was down due to remodeling. But they didn't help with anything else or give other options. Also has issues with the cleaning crew only doing half a job, not replenishing supplies, etc. Dropped rating from a 4 to a 2.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Close to airport and Cornell. Rooms are recently updated with comfy beds, a couch and a nice desk/chair. Bistro had good food and Starbucks coffee. I'll definitely stay again in the future.

When you walk in you feel at home. I love the layout and the fire place. However, I did expect more in the room as a king suite. A little more. Radio, dimmable lights over the bed and a little more dusting is needed. More so the staff made it 5 stars. Including maintenance, front desk, bar and restaurant. The atmosphere is so cozy. The employees who I met were lovely and the conveniences of the place. The workout room was excellent, pool and hot tub! So I am glad we stayed. But wish the overall suite was larger. The bathroom, and kitchen areas especially.

We checked in around midnight after traveling all day from Spokane, WA. The night clerk was completely indifferent and acted as though he would rather have been doing something else and as if we were interrupting him. Not what you expect at this type of establishment after traveling all day. No complaints about the room though. Spotless and comfortable!

Friendly staff that’s willing to help customers anyway they can. Rooms are spacious, set up well for what a traveler would need to feel at home while away from home, very clean, secure and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had plenty of space and the bathroom had all the toiletries I would need in case I forgot anything. The bistro offered a great variety of food and the Starbucks coffee downstairs in the morning made my stay even better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury feel hotel on a budget.

Location was a little confusing to access. Rooms were very large and very comfortable, Service was amazing. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. Very happy with my stay.

The Courtyard by Marriott at the Ithaca Tompkins County Regional Airport was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The first rooms were spacious and quite. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for great service!

Marriott is always your best bet for a clean room and bed, never had a bad stay at marriott.

We booked our room over four months in advance at a premium rate (66% more than today's advertised rate) When we arrived 1-1/2 hours after their stated 4pm check-in time at 5:30pm, we were advised by Rik the receptionist, that we had a choice of a room beside the elevator or another that was across from the ice machine on the main floor. When I expressed my concerns with Phil the manager, he replied "Date of booking does not hold any weight in where your room is blocked in the hotel". I am guessing Phil has never tried to sleep in the room across from their noisy ice machine that apparently gets accessed until 5am. The excuse that I never told them that I didn't want one of the noisiest rooms in the place at the time of booking is in my opinion self serving. There are plenty of nice hotels around the Ithaca area for my next stay. I will not be back. There are enough disruptive forces in the hotel business' market that will correct this behaviour in due time.

Very quiet and clean. Didn't use fitness or pool but it looked nice and well-kept.

The rooms are well designed and comfortable. The armchairs in the rooms are horrible as far as evenly supporting your back and legs.

I really liked this hotel. Every staff member was smiling and willing to help. The rooms were clean and lobby looked newly renovated. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Rick who was generous to make recommendations and gave us a visitor's guide, as well as a list of local places. He was welcoming and his knowledge is greatly appreciated. Can't wait to go back!

I was working a wedding at Courtyard by Marriot today. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff was very friendly. I commented to my friend that I thought the decor was much better than many other hotels I have visited recently.

Gorges Ithaca! The hotel is very close to all the attractions you might think of in the area. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed. Good value for money.

The room is good. The lobby, the breakfast, the personnel, and the little touches are excellent. When I return to Ithaca I will definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay here was perfect! The front desk staff, especially Nyk, was extremely helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the Bistro was perfect for our morning breakfast. We arrived later than expected and we were thrilled to see that they had drinks and snacks available for purchase! If this Courtyard by Marriott is an example of the others, we will definitely seek them out for all future overnight stays!

My son and I truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub and the food from The Bistro was quick and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We're just back from a great trip, hotel was brilliant, clean, equipment complete. We checked into the room there is a king-size sofa bed, to be honest the sofa bed a little uncomfortable, but for short stay is not an issue. Staff very pleasant, friendly, and always happy to help. I'm sure I'll come back here.

Hotel is located in the commercial area but very close to the North Campus of Cornell University. I went to Cornell for the weekend to visit the child, and I like staying in a hotel, this hotel is really expensive for price comparison with some amazing. Manhattan prices are higher than other cities in Northern New York State. I also ran into some local prices are too high to stay in school by parents for 45 minutes. But this hotel was good. Comfortable rooms, close to downtown Ithaca. The cafe reakfast was a nice change from standard continental fare. Only complaint is the bathrooms are a little cramped.

Nice clean rooms, updated recently with new courtyard design. Bathrooms still unusually small. Bistro had quick decent options for a quick bite.

The hotel is really really nice. Rooms are gigantic, clean, and modern. Large, free parking lot on site. However, it's out in the middle of nowhere. Unless you have business out at the office parks by the airport or the Hilton downtown is too expensive I can't really recommend staying at this property because there is absolutely nothing out there. It's a pretty good trip into downtown/cornell.
