Very nice people, helpful and friendly. Clean rooms, quit. Very good continental breakfast. Easy to get to.
Many stores and places to eat near by.

A comfortable and convenient location. John at the front desk made check in and getting settled an incredibly smooth process.

For the most part the hotel was so so. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was okay. They advertise a free airport shuttle. It is acuactua Best Western's shuttle and only available after 8:15 am and only if they don't have another obligation. So occasionally the shuttle is available.

The location is difficult to exit due to on coming traffic. The room was either super hot or cold. The continental breakfast was lacking… The staff was incredibly helpful.

Service was excellent. We were told towels would be changed every 3 days. They were changed daily. Breakfast was served daily and was good.

Super clean, newly renovated and excellent customer service. I was in a pinch and this place really came through for me. 5/7 would stay again.

Bad, bad, bad! Dirty towels. They didnt fix my room when we leave in the mornings to do errands coming back to an undone room. No toilet paper. Never coming back. Almost $400 for 2 nights. For this? Not anymore!

It's an okay place especially if you have a pet. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I've had similar experiences at other hotels in this price range in the Northeast. All went well, nice to have breakfast there in the morning. Plenty of space in the room for two.

A nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast included and pets are welcome. Not to far from downtown. Close to the greater shopping area (i. E. Strip malls). I thought the place was decently cleaned until I found a live cockroach crawling in the bathroom.

Staff was great and the rooms were ok. Biggest upside is the price and biggest downside is it could do for an update. Perfect for an economical stay or quick in and out business trip.

Super clean room. Staff is amazing and quickly moved our room when the TV didnt work. Hotel looks like its been recently updated. Great location. Just 3 minute drive to the commons. Would return if in the area.

Not a bad place to stay for simple overnight stays. Close to town and close to parks. Shopping nearby as well. Beds were clean and very comfortable.

Awful stay. Overpriced. No room to sit at breakfast either morning. No toilet paper (at all! ) in the bathroom. Wouldn't go back. I've had worse, but not many.

Pros: This hotel is located on Route 13 South near the shopping mall in Ithaca. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. There was hot water available 24 hours in the breakfast area. Cons: The temperature in the room couldn't be adjusted using the wall unit of the AC. The printer of the business center didn't work. The business center has no privacy. The lady at the front desk didn't address my concern and was rude. My digital door key didn't work and had to reset two times at the front desk within 5 minutes.

The desk staff are very friendly and informative about local activities. We have stayed here several times and have alwats been satisfied with the room. The pillows and bed are very comfortable. Breakfast is great. Thank you for your kind service.

Was spending the night after a wedding. Called the day before to see if I could check in early but they said they didn't gurattee early check in. Thankful I was able to check in early. Thermostat was easy to use and accessible. The room was pretty dry though. There could be better signs because it is hidden by a tree. Room itself was great a wonderful shower.

The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is nearby to good food and scenic spots. The only detractor so far is that their breakfast food is nothing special and we plan to eat out at a local bakery instead of why is provided.

Breakfast could be earlier for those of us that stay here because of work and have to be at work at 7, unfortunately that's when they serve breakfast here is 7, customer service is A+

The room was pretty spacious. I was ready to go sleep on the floor (which is fine and does wonders for my back), since sharing the bed usually ends up with me getting kicked or all the covers taken. The nice lady at the front kindly got me a set of sheets and a blanket and even offered to bring I'm a roll out bed. The drain ran a bit slow that night but by next afternoon after we contacted the front desk, it drained properly.

This place was such a life saver. Had a bad experience at another Choice Hotel down the street, but Quality came through and saved the day (or night). The free breakfast was really good. Yes the breakfast space is quaint, but the choices made up for it. Front desk staff was nice, and all the room cleaning crew asked how we were doing. The whole team was actually about the nicest crew I've ever met. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Wish it had a pool but not knocking any stars off because they don't — it wasn't advertised to have a pool, just mentioning it. Housekeeping is good, thorough and timely. Bed is comfortable, AC works well and no odd smells were detected anywhere. Hallways kept free of clutter and customers trash. Breakfast area is clean when not in use. I always appreciate a lobby bathroom being available when traveling with three other people and they have one here. It feels safe here and I don't notice much, if any, foot traffic by the hotel. The one dingi would have to give them is the breakfast space. While the food is good, they need another waffle maker and toaster to accommodate the volume of people but also have no room to put it. It gets crammed easily in the morning, with a line forming at the waffle station. But what do you do at this point? Knock a wall down to add space? I'm not sure — just mentioning. Overall good but I would look for property with pool next time.

Clean room (no hint of foul odor even though it was a dog-friendly room) and very nice staff. The doors to the rooms are inside the building, but they have sliding glass doors leading out to the parking lot so carrying your bags in/out is very easy and you can park your car right there. As implied above, they are pet-friendly.

Good location, the room was clean, the service was great. Cindy at the front desk was very helpful. The beds were too soft, but that is a personal preference. Very good for the price.

Hotel was perfectly located just 2 miles outside of Cornell University. Beds were pretty good; however the hotel was a littl e old in general and had a strong smell.

I think the comfort in in ithica New York is a great little hotel and I am glad my track and field team decided to stay there. The staff were very kind and worked to a professional level. The only think I could say to deminish this location is the lack of a pool, however that Bering said I liked everything else. The breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable, and the hot water was delightful. The location fit perfectly for anyone seeking to explore the ithica area and was convienently near major outlets such as groceries and restaurants. Whether coming for a track meet or coming to hike in the area this particular comfort in suits my needs and beyond. Thank you.

They are dishonest don't leave your stuff behind they will steal it!

If I could rate it a "0" I would. 1. The room was old & dingy. 2. The toilet didn't flush until I installed the chain, when fixed I needed to hold the handle down for at least 5 seconds until it flushed completely. 3. The siding door slides poorly and hasn't been maintained, difficult to lock due to difficulty with sliding. 4. The only chair has a 1" hole in the seat and the back is broken and falls backward when sitting in chair. 5. The motel is under construction and the free breakfast were in 2 different guest rooms rooms and To enter the motel you need to enter on the side by room 119. No microwaves in room and if you needed ice you were required to ask the manager and they would go get ice. 6. When I arrived I didn't realize it had parking on only one side of the building, I requested another room due to this and the room was terrible. I then ask for my original room on the opposite side with no parking and the manager became upset with me. There was a bulldozer digging 30' from the sliding door and this was from a business next door, not part of the construction. So if you want a dirty looking, dingy, noisy motel with a tiny space and parking on only one side, then you've come to the right place. When I leave tomorrow I will update if any more difficulties arise.

Not impressed at all. Rooms were dark and dingy. I worked with them to block off rooms for a wedding and talked to a variety of workers that were absolutely clueless! I never got the same answer twice nor a clear answer. They price gouge because they are one of the few hotels in Ithaca. Garbage!
