This hotel was great. The rooms were clean and very nice. The staff was helpful and extremely polite. The location was perfect. There is a walmart and restaurants all in a very short walking distance.

The Tower offers clean well appointed rooms at one of the best rates in Ithaca. The central location is perfect. The tower and the new addition have very nicely appointed rooms. This is my go to place in Ithaca.

Excellent small hotel near the center of the city. Hotel is very clean and staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast is great as well with basic options. There is a small swimming pool and a gym as well. Overall a great stay!

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean . Pool was a little funky.

Great hotel. Courteous staff. Very helpful and professional. Continental breakfast options are fantastic for those with dietary restrictions.

Service was as expected and let me use a later checkout when I asked. Clean and orderly rooms.

Fine place :) the main door locks after 11pm which I thought was great and made me feel much safer. Lovely staff! It definitely was weird that housekeeping called to ask if I needed services that day, I definitely had the dnd up but hey if it's easier for them to call I get it. Would stay again!

Nice hotel. Clean, nice staff, nothing extra fancy but good continental breakfast, free newspaper. There is a pool and workout room. Free Wi-Fi in room.

Nice people. Hotel clean. Well supplied. Comfortable bed. Room. Parking good. Good breakfast. Everything in the room worked. Good TV. Well located near the Cornell University. Coffee available all the time.

Our dog was rushed to Cornell University to be saved from a botched surgery in Rochester. We were told about Hampton Inn by college staff. The front desk was extremely nice. They even asked us each day if our dog was ok. Both the day & night desk people were wonderful got us a 1st floor room and showed us they had free breakfast & a coffee bar. They also recommended a great small town pizza place. We had a beautiful room and having a real egg breakfast really helped us out each day.

A-typically Hampton Inn, everything you would expect and all good at that. Dog friendly which was nice however the rooms are a little dated. Dec 2017 Update — not the same place since our last visit in 2016. Rooms are still dated but now it's a year later; we did not want to sit on the green couch on our room — gross. The bed was barely made. We had to keep setting the mattress sheet. Seems like service priorities are slipping.

I was there for just one night, hotel was nice, rooms spacious (ground floor rm), breakfast was good and they have a pool but it was a bit merky. I am assuming it was due to a water issue and they did offer water bottles at the front desk for drinking. The price was a bit much for my taste. Especially if I am only staying one night.

The staff here was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our a. C. Wasn't working right and they fixed it right away, we forgot some things in our room and Andy called us within 10 minutes of leaving the hotel so we were able to grab them before we left town! Would stay here again if in Ithaca.

Short stay. Arrived around midnight, staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and had enough space. The breakfast the next morning, while not extraordinary, was good and substantial. No complaints. Not much more to expect.

The hotel is a short drive from downtown and the staff was extremely friendly. They even wrote a little nice note in the room welcoming me to my stay. It was a very nice little touch, and it shows their attention to detail.

The location is pretty good, could be closer to the downtown Ithaca area though. The rooms were very nice. Comfy beds, nice bathroom. The service was fantastic, housekeeping was great, and the breakfast was decent. Pretty good value.

Needs to be updated. Not enough parking, except too many unused "diamond member" parking spaces.

I had the best stay ever. This was surprisingly comfortable in Ithaca which I would assume is a small town with not much comfort. But I loved it here. Breakfast in the morning could have been better.

Stayed here last night. We chose the Hampton Inn for its reliability, comfort, service, and value. This location feel short of my expectations. The room was noisy and generally uncomfortable. If it wasn't the loud room HVAC or the ice machine down the hall, it was the other HVAC units in the building keeping us awake. At a minimum, ask for a room in the back of the hotel. Try the Hilton in Downtown before going here.

The staff was terrible and extremely unprofessional. They did not accommodate any of our feasible and relatively simple needs. The continental breakfast they served was simply inedible at best. The omelettes had the texture and smell of melted rubber and was loaded with salt. In addition, my teammate whom I was rooming with for a debate tournament was left to fend for himself by the late night management. He was forced to roam the city of Ithaca at night and was not even allowed to stay in the hotel lobby to stay warm on this blistering cold night. Selfish and emotionless are just some of the words that jump to mind when describing the staff.

Good rooms, friendly service, decent Wi-Fi. Complimentary breakfast could have had more options.

Breakfast omlette was a bit rough. Other than that, etverything was just as expected. Highway noise was there but wasn't so loud that it kept me from sleeping.

I stay at Hampton Inn Ithaca everytime I visit Ithaca. It is a clean hotel with friendly service. Pat and Monica are great hostesses for breakfast. My family looks forward to every visit. I highly recommend.

Very nice place to spend a night while traveling. The priority is cleanliness, and this was very clean and didn't not stink of cigarette smoke. All hotels need to ban smoking and smoking within 50 feet of all exterior doors.

A comfortable night stay with the family. Parking can be a challenge.

Great place to stay. Comfortable, clean rooms. Complementary coffee/tea/hot chocolate all the time! Breakfast was large, hot, and delicious. The place was sold out but we never wanted for anything. Convenient location, great value, and friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Nice room. Very helpful desk clerk who gave directions to the Hangar Theater where we saw a great production of a new play by Tim Pinkney co-starring fabulous Andrea Burns and directed by masterful Peter Flynn who is renowned for his NY production of the award winning musical SHINE! written by the inimitable Richard Seff.

We traveled to Ithaca for the Arts and Crafts festival and stayed here. The hotel was conveniently located, had a work out room and wonderful pool. The staff was polite and my husband and I especially want to thank Pat and the staff in charge of the breakfast buffet on Sunday, June 5, 2011. They were extremely polite, accommodating and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and helped us out a lot. The room was equipped with a microwave and frig. Hooray, hooray. My only complaint is about the coffee machine in the room. The part were you add the water was not clean at all and so I didn't make coffee in the room, but took advantage of the free coffee in the lobby available 24/7. Also the hot water for for tea/hot chocolate/oatmeal was not hot at all. We felt the room was very pricey, however it we are assuming it was due to demand because of the festival. We are hoping that on our next visit, the room will be more affordable. You won't be disappointed staying here.
