We LOVE this hotel! it's the only one we will stay at when we are in town! highly recommend!

Worst hotel in the area and the worst Gm named cliff. He has zero idea what hospitality means. The chef also makes Awful food. Stay away and go else where. Very dirty hotel. Front desk associate tanya has the worst Customer service I have ever seen. Take your business elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here for years; back when it was called Wyndham. The changes they’ve made are excellent. Front desk manager, Trina, always provides impeccable customer service. I was there this past weekend and it just happened to be the same weekend as a youth hockey event. Even under all that pressure, Trina never allowed it to overwhelm her. At one point, I was told that housekeeping ran out of towels (that’s how booked the hotel was). Trina made the necessary phone calls and had towels delivered to the room promptly. Cannot ask for a better front desk manager.

Good service! Food is also good.

It’s a beautiful hotel and the rooms are spacious and decorated nicely. The lobby smelled wonderful.

We were there for a soccer tournament, one of my girls came back from our last game bleeding with scratches all over her and the front desk went above and beyond taking care of her. Rooms are updated, beds & pillows very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again. Very nice hotel!

Stayed here for two nights with the family. An all-suites hotel, very nice room and property. They have a pantry on the 7th floor for Rewards members, which includes breakfast (or vouchers on the weekend). I would definitely come back.

Excellent business hotel in a great location offering short commutes to multiple large corporations in the area. It's right off a large highway — a tollway, actually… be aware that quick access via the tollway could require rental cars to have a pass. The road noise is audible in rooms facing the tollway, but it's not loud. Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice pool. Limited breakfast options in the hotel, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area — particularly if you're into Korean BBQ!

Nice layout. Some minor issues with room maintenance. Front be desk staff pretty good but not outstanding. Room lighting kind of low. Modern electronics including USB outlets. Large room with separate sleeping/bathroom and sitting areas. Quiet on the side facing away from the freeway.

Terrible and very unpleasant, unprofessional service and I will never be back! This was the second time staying there the first wasn’t too bad and liked the location but we were in for a rude awakening! I had called and asked about possible early check in and was told yes and we could come at 1:30. So we moved around some plans and were excited to be able to get to the hotel before heading down town. When we get there we were notified the room wasn’t ready and to come back at 2:30. After waiting for 2 hours and 45 minutes after we were told we could check in the room was finally ready. Keep in mind normal check in is at 3:00 and we didn’t even get into the room till 3:45. No discounts were offered and no apologies were made! The staff seemed air headed and like they had no idea what was going on. Not worth the stay considering after waiting almost three hours the bathroom still wasn’t really clean! So disappointing and stressful!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable! The building is clean and all of the sitting areas are very great to look at. The employees are great and do an awesome job at answering questions and being helpful. This is besides the manager that was there first to check us in. Other than that I am extremely happy with my time at this hotel.

Really beautiful place. The rooms are very comfortable. The food selection is nice. The amenities are a bit pricey. My only major criticism is the staff and the bar don't have it together. I have left many times because no one serves me coffee in the morning and the orders are not consistent. I placed an order with a girl that didn't remember I even ordered food and then serves my food to the wrong table. I recommend just ordering out.

Love the large oversized suites this hotel offers for an affordable price. It really makes being away from home for work, more bearable. Great omelets and courteous, attentive and responsive staff. Will definitely make this my go to hotel when in the Northbrook area.

The hotel is lovely. Our room was excellent decor and clean as well as comfy. The elevator works well and the lobby and atrium is beautiful. The only thing should be improved is the food. The breakfast was fine but the dinner was a no fot me. I was there for a Christian women's church retreat.

It's gone through a very nice renovation and modernized. I've stayed here a few times over the years and never had any significant issues.

The location is great depending on where you're going. Rooms are pretty nice but there is a HUGE problem with this hotel. The freeway noise is unbearable. To the point some rooms come with white noise machines.

Went to the Delta for a social event. It was beautiful, especially the upstairs atrium. Also had dinner there, which was delicious.

I very pleased with my stay. The staff was top notch! The room were so spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and the wine was great! I certainly would stay again, and highly recommend this Hotel.

We stayed here for 3 days and it was a great exsperience! The staff was very very nice and helpful, there were 2 adults and 3 children in our party and our suite was more than big enough to accommodate us. The restaurant was a little small but the food was better than most hotel restaurants, there was also a Starbucks inside the hotel (basic coffee and teas) nothing you would “usually” order. The pool is decent, plenty of parking.

The service was exceptional! Many thanks to Esteban Salazar, Norma, Mary, and the super-sweet lady at check-in Trina, they were all exceptional and extremely accommodating to my husband and I. We stay in hotels multiple times a year and in many states. We come to Chicago for family and business and the Delta Hotel is wonderful. The staff can make or break any hotel and this staff makes the difference. They goes above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction. We are grateful we found this "Gem" for our future travels to Chicago, we will stay in Northbrook at this hotel!

Lucky for me, that means there is a location nearby and when I want to escape my house for a staycation — I can depend on Delta Hotels. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and when you go up in the elevator there is a beautiful atrium at the center of the hotel. It seems to be the centerpiece of the hotel as you can see the atrium lighting and plants as soon as you exit your hotel room. The hotel is close to the interstate — however, I disagree with a previous review in my opinion you cannot hear sounds from the interstate. The rooms are incredibly spacious as they have a living room which leads to the bathroom and the main bedroom. The room includes two TVs which is cool if you have a few people staying in one bedroom. The staff at this hotel is friendly and always willing to help no matter what hour you show up at. This time around I ordered room service — it was different. The food came in a large brown bag in approximately 15-20 minutes which was great. I know it is not everybody's cup of tea of having their food in a brown bag and to go containers however, as it was the morning I was leaving — it allowed me to take food home with me which was fantastic. The hotel offers a free parking lot and has shuttle vehicles to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody who has a business trip or just looking for a quick staycation in the burbs.

Staff were friendly and efficient. The atrium area is beautiful. My room was very comfortable and as a woman business traveler, I appreciate the locking interior door between the bedroom and living area. Very pleasant stay.

I had a great stay here while I was in IL for two weeks. The staff was awesome all the way around. Trina, at the front desk, helped me navigate my way back after I got lost in Chicago one Saturday night. She also drove me to pick up a pizza when I wasn't feeling well and decided not to go to dinner with my colleagues! All the ladies at the concierge desk were incredibly friendly and laughed at my dumb jokes. The hotel bar staff were all extremely friendly and always happy. The breakfast service and occasional dinners there was great as well. Victor, the shuttle driver, was a great host and had the best dinner and drink recommendations of anyone! It was definitely a home away from home and made my prolonged stay great. I will always remember my time in 731. Haha.

Huge suite rooms have everything a 1br apartment has minus a full kitchen (mini fridge and microwave though). Great for group outings. Brand new fairly large gym. Very recently remodeled (as of 1/18). Restaurant and bar are nice. Unique "Pantry" for elite status members is a cool "concierge lounge" alternative with 24/7 access.

Room was spacious and very clean. The employees were very helpful with getting my bags to my room. The restaurant staff was attentive throughout my meal and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay there again!

I am pretty dissatisfied with this place. I travel every other week for work and work in customer service. EVERYTHING on their menu is so over prices. Do yourself a favor and carryout. I had a glass of basic red wine (their cheapest) $18! so the next day I said screw that and got my own bottle. Went down in the bar area to do some stuff on my computer for work and they kicked me out for having my own wine… not to mention the water pressure blows on the shower. Their sink in the bathroom doesn't deliver cold water so you have to walk to the opposite side of the hotel to get water and its STILL not even cold. So I bought a water down stairs… $5. Idk this place was not worth it to me and I spent a lot of money staying here for the week. Probably wont be back. Only plus side is the bed is so comfortable.

The room was very nice and large. The rates were extremely good for the Chicago area. The only con was the size of the towels for the pool, they were slightly larger than hand towels.

Great hotel for business and travel. Staff was friendly and courteous. Facilities were excellent, with all rooms being suites. Some freeway noise from my western facing upper floor room. Beautiful interior courtyard.

The rooms are nice after the upgrades so I give this hotel 4 stars for facilities. The staff also seemed very nice. Don't order room service as they deliver in paper bags with paper forks and no condiments. The breakfast container was 8" deep which was frustrating as we could barely eat the food at the bottom. We called it food delivery not room service. Also the order taker for my food forgot my coffee which was included in my meal. I give 2 stars for room service.

I loved the check in process, the rooms and threw overall hotel. We only stayed one night but it served our needs and was more than comfortable. Would definitely recommend. It's only about 20 minutes away from O'Hare International.

Cozy inner courtyard, swimming pool, gym, shuttle service.

This place is beautiful, the rooms are extremely nice. We have a living room with a let out couch and 2 queen beds. Beds very comfortable. Front desk is very helpful and very attentive to the guest needs. The only thing I didn't like is the distance from here to downtown and my family. But it was worth it knowing we were safe, and I'd defenitly come back here to stay! ☺

The Delta hotel was great. The number of Marriott properties I have stayed at has to be close to a thousand and this property did not disappoint. For the price it is a good value. It has a restaurant and bar on site along with a pantry. The Pantry is a scaled down version of a concierge lounge. It has awesome snacks that are available 24/7. The staff were friendly and the suites had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

My flight was delayed for mechanical reasons, so the airline put me up in this hotel. It's about a 20 minute drive from the airport. I was bummed out about missing my flight, but by the time I got to the hotel, I was more bummed that I didn't arrive earlier to relax and enjoy it. It has a beautiful indoor courtyard and a restaurant in the lobby that serves meals and drinks. The hotel staff were amazing — they checked me in quickly and easily, scheduled my pick-up taxi for the next morning, and we're just nice. If I'm ever in Chicago again, I'd definitely stay here.

Hotel is clean and updated. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. We ate in the restaurant one of the nights for dinner and the food was good. The room was really nice! The suites are roomy which after driving and being in a seat for a bit is perfect for our baby to crawl around to stretch. Will be staying here again.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, but this is perhaps the only hotel in America that hasn't added power outlets to the bedside lamp or table. Where am I supposed to plug in my phone? The outlet across the room that is only on if the light is switched on? Nope. Guess I'll just have to unlplug the alarm clock with 3 missing buttons. Overall, the room is clean, cozy, and comfy, but dated and a little shabby (in addition to the alarm clock being sans buttons, the TV remove does not work, my lampshade is cracked, and the couch is pretty stained. Also, the toilet was running so I opening up the tank to check it out. It started spraying everywhere. I was able to fix it quickly, but not the welcome I had hoped for. ). I know I am not making it sound very nice, but it really is cozy and very clean, and I appreciate the mini fridge and microwave as well as the location and price.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. There is free parking, and a nice welcoming lobby when you enter. It is conveniently located off of Milwaukee Ave in Glenview. The room I was given was very clean and spacious, and the bed was soft and just firm enough to give me a sound relaxing sleep. I loved how the elevators went up within a gorgeous atrium. Plenty of good water pressure too. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, especially Peter the night manager. He was amazing and when I needed a couple of things he was very cordially and accommodating and treated me like a king. Please give this place your business, you cannot pick a better place. Also, the breakfast in the morning was filling and delicious. You can even order items like an omelet from the chef, prepared as you like!

The first time we stayed there the person we talked to on the phone Jesus was soooo rude and arrogant. He doesn't let you finish your sentence and doesn't apologize for it either. There was some crazy person yelling at 2am kicking all of the doors too. Breakfast was great very nice and polite breakfast staff. Then when I went to check out rude Jesus was there again and when I asked for his supervisor he left and never returned made me feel like he knew what he'd done. The second time was valentines weekend. When Every we took a showertjr water leaked everywhere on the bedroom side and I front of the washroom door. That was room 434. So don't take that room. They claimed they would send maintenance but they did not instead of maintenance but they did not instead they bribed us with breakfast cards. The closet where ur supposed to put your clothes was broke. So we jus put our things on the couch. So when we went to check out we incountered the same Jesus who was yet again rude. I will never come there even if it was free. But I'm going to make sure I speak to the right people about both incidents.

A bit dirty and old, this was an old Embassy Suites converted. Workout machines are also old. Much better free breakfasts than some places and they have a bar that makes a good steak, no really.

Rooms are dated, needs a refresh. Rooms is spacious and water pressure is good for showers. TV's old and not much channel selection. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is slow.

The atrium on the second floor is very nicely decorated. We received two breakfast vouchers and they have someone make pancakes, french toast and omelettes to order. In love with the the tomato basil salsa that was served with my omelette. The rooms are very nicely decorated as well which really surprised me as the price for booking it that same night was very very low.

I arrive to this hotel at 1230 AM only to find out that their idiotic management overbooked and now don't have a room for me. Apparently they dun goofed pretty damn bad, because 4 other parties in the lobby at that very moment are in the same predicament. From the looks of things, there were even more that night. The night manager is very quick to claim "it's not my fault" and offers me a free stay at another hotel, one that's 30 minutes away at 1 in the morning. I specifically chose this hotel for its proximity to my job site the next morning. I feel bad for the couple behind me who sound like they got booted to a motel, and they didn't even have a car! This shall not stand, but it's late and I have to be at work in the morning, so I have no time to fight it then. I reach the alternate hotel, which is a far cry from equal or greater in quality to the original room. The replacement hotel had dirty sheets and pillows, which caused itching and rashes the moment I laid down. The pillows were unusable. I'd rather not know if the itching was caused by too many dust mites or the use of too much harsh cleaning products. I get maybe 3 hours of sleep, only nodding off when my tiredness outweighs my itchiness. Let's be clear — I place the blame squarely and completely on Wyndham for sending me there. I return to Wyndham the next day to finally check into the room I should have had last night.

Got checked in to a dirty room. The bed was unmade, the trash was overflowing, and there was stuff on the counters. They got me a different room quick enough, but even that room wasn't very nice. The TV in the bedroom is an old Panasonic tube TV from 2003! The TV in the main room is a small flat panel, but doesn't have an HD input so the picture quality is actually worse than the tube TV. There is no fan in the bathroom so the mirror fogs when you shower and the odor lingers when you use the toilet. The toilet seat won't stay up. The tub drips water constantly and the shower head is very old. Not a water saver so it sprays you with the force of a fire hose it seems. I'm sure the hotel's water bill is the reason they can't afford new TVs. The air conditioning system is loud, but at least it works. The refrigerator door won't stay completely shut because the door seal is 80% disconnected from the door. The fitness center was forgotten about long ago it seems. The equipment is not even mediocre. The bar/restaurant has gone downhill too. My burger was overcooked and the service wasn't great. When I stayed here in the past it was OK. The only saving graces for this hotel are the bed, the breakfast, and the fact my employer is paying the bills. We weren't even supposed to be staying at this hotel. Only a few nights left.

TL;DR: It felt like a motel rather than a hotel. First of all, my family and I were waiting in the place where hotel shuttles come pick us up in O'Hare Airport for roughly an hour and a half to two hours. We had called this place multiple times, but all they said was that the van had already come twice. Nope. We later discover that it only runs every hour. We were at the waiting area by 5:15, okay. We missed the first one. It wasn't until 6:20 that our FRIENDS had to come pick us up. Both my family and another man waiting for the shuttle had our eyes open. No way we could have missed it. The outside of the hotel looks decent! And so does the inside, kinda. If you want to be nice. The bar people seemed so out of it even when it was only ten. My friend had asked for some water, and the bartender and waitress were arguing with who should get the water. It's water. The inside of our room was decent. Until you went inside the bathroom. I've been to motels with better bathrooms than this one. The door's wood was peeling off, there was tape holding an edge of the mirror together, and the lights were dingy. The room itself was okay. Good enough for a one night stay since our flight got cancelled. The lights in the bedroom were tinted yellow, and the nightstand lamps didn't work. Breakfast was subpar at most. Overall, would never recommend.

Nice hotel to visit te Chicago area, only 20 minutes from the airpot. Suites are spacious and clean. No problem with the bathroom whatsoever. Breakfast is buffetstyle with eggs and pancakes cooked to order.

This place is a crap-yard. The beds were really small in our "suite". The housekeeping staff knocked on the door early in the morning and woke me up. Also, the tub faucet was leaky and dripped constantly. If that wasn't enough, a pipe in the closet made a dripping-leaking sound the ENTIRE time. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance up. He looked at it and said "There is no problem. That is how all the pipes in all the rooms sound". Well, if that is the case, count us out! This place needs updating! The ONLY reason I am giving this junk-hole two stars instead of one is our wonderful experience with the hotel bartender. He was very kind and provided excellent service.

I am currently staying at this hotel and it is wonderful the customer service is great. When I arrived I had no issues checking in. We arrived late at night so the front desk clerk Peter suggested places to get something to eat late. Our room was spacious and very clean. When you book your room through a third party website like I did and got a great price might I add you get a ticket for a free omelet buffet breakfast. The food is fresh and hot the waiter service is great they're very helpful and courteous. My room was warm and toasty. And the water pressure in the shower is wonderful. All in all I am very pleased with my stay here I suggest staying here.

I have stayed here three times and booked another stay. This is an OK hotel. On my last visit I was disappointment as I arrived at about 7pm on Sunday, exhausted and fell asleep right away. At 10:20pm I went to the bathroom only to find my feet were soaked. The plumbing from bathroom above had leaked and flooded the bathroom. I was moved to another room, only to find an annoying electrical hum coming from the closet. This was resolved by the maintenance crew by swapping something big electrical thingamajig from the previous room. OMG, I did not get back to bed till like midnight with a busy day starting at 6:30. Crap happens, and I am OK, but what annoyed me the most is that I stayed there five nights and the housekeeping did not leave extra soap (a general expectation) and on the fifth day, I was swapping a small $0.25 soap from Tub to sink. CHEAP! To add insult to injury, I was leaving $3.00 tip every morning for housekeeping. BTW, the breakfast omelet / buffet is a good plus. Giving credit where due! I will give them one more shot this month and YES, this hotel now looks dated but is OK for the money.

I feel like this hotel has the potential to be a wonderful place. I can get over the out dated room, as long as they are clean. These rooms are a little out dated but not taken care of very well by house keeping. The rest of the hotel seemed clean and when we were checking out they were even cleaning the elevators. The entryway and lounge are beautiful, the pool is nice and the hotel was quiet. The front desk staff was nice although I'm not sure trained very well. Before leaving for our stay we requested 4 times to have an email confirmation of our room sent to use. That never happened despite giving two different email addresses. I wish they spent more time cleaning their room what a huge difference this stay would have been if they had.
