Very nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location from Milwaukee, EXCELLENT customer service from every single employee, got upgraded to a suite at no extra charge, clean spacious room, great shuttle driver and service (braved a snowstorm for us! ), all around terrific hotel!

I highly recommend this property, it was exceptional. I did the parksleepfly, and they were phenomenal from check-in to check out. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the airport shuttle was shockingly prompt for a Friday afternoon rush hour and the driver just incredibly helpful and friendly. The property itself is clean, safe and well maintained, I just can’t say enough about how warmly I was treated and how much I enjoyed my entire experience.

Beautiful king suite, with 2 easy chairs and ottomans and a sofa. Fridge was already cold AND had a freezer! Love. The dispensers in lieu of small travel size shampoo and conditioner. We got in late and were out early, so no chance to enjoy the amenities.

Okay standard old style motel next to busy highway. Small rooms and bathrooms with very soft uncomfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of parking fairly convenient location (aside from highway noise). Nothing really stands out but price is good.

We chose the Best Western Glenview hotel again when we needed a Park Sleep Fly option for a recent European trip. Few hotels offer three weeks of free parking with a hotel stay. This Best Western is similar in quality to many hotel chains. Their exceptional customer service and delicious free breakfast elevates their standard to a level way above the others. The shuttle driver and everyone at the front desk were helpful and friendly. For dinner we conveniently walked next door to the North Branch—a popular local spot with good food. The hotel breakfast included fresh fruit (not the tasteless kind with preservatives) and an array of homemade prepared hot items including eggs and kolbaski. (See my photos. ) Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

We staying in one of the double bed suites. With a large family we didnt feel claustrophobic. The hostess was very kind and accommodating. The pool the only drawback. With the location next to the hwy it made it extremely noisy with an outside pool. The breakfast was amazing. Overall 5 stars.

Very nice hotel, would stay again. Service was excellent, shuttle was on time. We had an early flight, so they had a sack bag packed with fruit and a bagel. Sami was awesome and even upgraded us to a suite. If your in town consider staying.

Good value. Overall clean and well kept property. Very good staff, complementary breakfast much better than most. Restaurants and shopping near by. Would stay again if in the area.

The hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere. It was exceptionally clean and service was over the top. Would deffinetly recommend this hotel.

Using their ParkSleepFly service and so far it has been very good. We are parking then staying overnight on our return so I will update then. But today they promptly checked us in & whisked us to the airport within minutes of arriving. Nice staff.

Excellent hotel! I use this hotel for park and fly several times a year and it is always a great choice! They have a friendly staff, great breakfast, free shuttle service, and the place is CLEAN! I cannot recommend highly enough!

I spent my day in the Best Western Plus in Glenview yesterday, waiting on work duties.
The staff is great, the morning breakfast was good too, and the room, clean and pristine.
Had a good time with no complaints. Also the soap, shampoo, etc. Is in dispensers which is really great idea. I’m tired of fumbling with the little bottles, so that’s something I didn’t know I wanted in my hotel.
If you find yourself in the Glenview/Chicago area this is the place to stay.

We stayed here for a quick stop overnight. Very clean and a nice breakfast. I really liked the shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers in the shower and the soap and lotion dispensers in the bathroom. So much better than those little bottles. We were on the expressway side and you could hear the traffic at night but it wasn't overly loud, didn't bother us.

Great value. Near a park district with walking trails. Near The Glen, a pedestrian friendly amenity rich, planned community with a grocery store, movie theatre, and lots of restaurants. Near lots of highway fast food and sit down restaurants. Relatively close to O'hare Airport.

This stay was for a park and fly package. Staff and manager (Kasia) were excellent and very courteous. The room (junior suite) had plenty of room and was very clean. The breakfast was excellent as well. The airport shuttle was perfect for our needs.

Rented a two room suite with queen bed and sleeper sofa. Web site or other reviews listed a continental breakfast, but they had a full breakfast. For the 3 days we were there we had scrambled eggs everyday as well as made your own Belgium waffles. The differences from one day to the next were, biscuits and gravy and hash browns, or bacon and potatoes or sausage patties and fried potatoes. Also had bagels toast and cold cereal and milk as well as 3 juices and coffee or tea. Also fresh fruit and donuts or croissants.

Great Value! We stayed here for a family gathering close by and were very pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. The lobby area was decorated very nicely for the Christmas season and the furnishings were update. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety for people with different tastes, even some gluten free items were presented. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Liked the idea of dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner with plastic not going into landfills and who needs more little bottles that don't hold quite enough? Would definitely stay here again when we come back to the Chicago Area!

Can't really say much about it, as I was only in the parking lot, but somehow Google thinks that makes me an expert on it place. The parking lot had nice straight yellow lines. It was convenient to the street. It was mostly well-lit, and there were ornamental plants. All in all, it was a pleasant parking experience.

We showed up at 2am with no reservation and they were happy to accommodate us (and our dog). The decor is lovely and the rooms very comfortable. They have a round the clock coffee station and nice continental breakfast.

This hotel is clean and comfortable! Every staff member seems to understand hospitality, a rare thing in today's hotel industry. They know how to make their guests comfortable. The result is a great nights sleep with a nice fresh breakfast! After my stay here I took their shuttle to Ohare at 5AM It was a breeze. A+ Rating in my book for comfort, cleanliness, hospitality I will be back!

This was formerly, I believe, a Hampton Inn. By far, the nicest Best Western we've ever seen. Staff were welcoming and attentive. King Suite was perfect for our stay and much larger than another nearby suites hotel where we have stayed before. Bathroom is a little small but adequate. Very clean and the king bed was excellent.

I really loved this Best Western property. The outside appearance was very clean. The interior of the hotel (lobby) and my room were clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good. This hotel is about 20-35 minutes from Downtown Chicago. There are a few local Restaurants close by were the food is great.

I spent three nights at this Best Western this week and had a fantastic experience. The manager was kind, incredibly helpful and ensured I had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable and everything worked as needed. I have yet to have a bad experience at a Best Western hotel.

The hotel is nice. Rooms are clean. Water pressure is good. The breakfast has more variety than average. The proximity to the highway makes it a little difficult for light sleepers. But overall I would say it is a very nice place to stay.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this Best Western location. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The shuttle service worked very well and we're very accommodating. The room we received was a two-room suite. It was amazing with tons of space and very nicely appointed. The lobby is completely updated. A great Continental breakfast in the morning.

Really nice people, our suite size was fantastic but the bathroom was a tad dated. Very clean. Breakfast was just average and the watered down, low-end toiletries in the room was sort of a turn off. Still highly recommend, it is a good value for the price and the staff easily makes up for any minor annoyances.

Best hotel bed and pillows. Also, one of the staff called me because he was concerned that housekeeping had noticed that the DO NOT DISTURB sign had been hanging on our door since check-in, seven days before. He called to see if we were okay; a HUGE boon in my eyes. That's it, however. That's all I can say about this hotel. The t. V. Programming was abysmal, as was the internet; so slow. The food was awfully tasteless, cold and repetitive. The coffee was so watered down, it looked like tea. Then there's the fact that one our first night, we found at check-in that the toilet did not work, so we switched rooms, which unfortunately left us in an infinitely smaller room, which was all the fancier, what with the complimentary spider in the bathroom running around; luckily, they don't bother me. Also, there's no laundry room.

Attended a family reunion at the hotel. Staff was very accommodating to our party. Hotel was clean and comfortable. I would recommend others to stay here. Be careful where you dress though. There are only sheers covering the windows, so people can see through them at night when your lights are on.

THE EXTRA MILE: They put their customers first, and they are always friendly. It's no downtown highrise, but it's a CLEAN, and well maintained hotel with a free HOT breakfast, and wonderful park sleep and fly packages that include free shuttle service. I was moved when my when my wife forgot her phone in the shuttle, and after communicating with the wonderful driver Zeno, he decided to wait for us at the terminal where he was picking up other customers. The other customers were not too thrilled about the 10-15 minute wait, (which is understandable) but the driver decided to wait even though he did not have to. It gives me peace to know that the STAFF are willing to go the extra mile and have therefore earned my return business.

My husband and I always stay here when flying out of O'HARE. Their park, sleep, fly package is better than any other we have seen. The rooms are very clean, updated, and well maintained. The lobby is contemporary and the complimentary breakfast is hot, fresh, and rivals higher end hotels. Best of all, we have always been greeted and helped by a wonderful staff. The driver Zeno is a huge blessing; he has dropped us off and picked us up from the airport multiple times at all different times of day. Once I realized I had forgotten my phone on the shuttle and the front desk connected me to Zeno who waited for me at another terminal so I could have it before I left on vacation. I was impressed by his patience and kindness to take time out of his day to do this. We will definitely continue staying here.

Beds were nice and staff was friendly. My sister in law had a king suite was looked awesome. I had a king standard; the fridge did not work well and neither did the ac. I feel my stay would have been better if I would have paid extra for the suite.

I opted for a long term sleep & fly package & I was really happy with this decision. I would recommend the long term package for anyone looking to park the vehicle for 10 or more days. It was much comfortable to sleep the night before flying off the next day. The shuttle service was excellent, we were dropped off at the airport exactly by the requested time. On arrival though we had to wait for almost an hour & that's the reason I'm not giving this full 5 stars. Overall though it was a worth stay & would consider this property again!

I'm doing the sleep and fly where I park my car here for over 2 weeks. It's cheaper than the local parking garages and there's a shuttle to the airport in the morning. A good option to consider it depending on your time line I will use this place again and recommend us.

We just stayed at the Best Western Plus in Glenview for the past week while we were in the process of selling our home. We were Sooooo pleased with the guest room, staff everything. I would highly recommend staying there. When we come back to the Chicago area we plan on staying with them for the month of September.

Pretty good. The room was clean, staff were friendly. Our room looked into the freeway, so it was a little loud, but we kept the AC fan on to drown it out. Bed was comfy, but we had a hard time finding a comfortable setting for the heater.

I am trying to book rooms for a wedding. Woman was very nice at the front desk and showed the different rooms they have to offer. Rooms were a bit small but workable. They do offer a shuttle which was nice as well.

Sami and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and courteous. Room is clean and comfortable. This just made the trip even better. Will update when we return.

I and my collegue stayed there for 4 nights a few weeks ago. It was good to be there. The cleaning ladies looked happy and the staff, Sami and other young lady were kind. We could have enjoyed the whole days unless the hotel charges us the shuttle fee twice. The only mistake we made was give the fee to the driver guy without tip for him. My collegue, who falsely paid to him 25$ was from other country. I think he wasn't used to giving tip or he didn't wanted to give it since the front called us 15 min before the van was supposed to depart, saying it would depart in 5 min, making us hurry up (but actually it departed on time, making our hassle in vain) The shuttle guy recieved 25 dollars happily, which is 100% tip. But as a matter of fact, it was not the the shuttle fee hotel charges, since the hotel puy another 25 dollars on my collegue's credit card the next day. The shuttle guy lied to us by not telling the truth that he was not the person who got the fee. I called the hotel twice and Sami answered kindly saying that the general manager and the driver guy would call me back for refund, but neither of them made it. They might think that when the customers checked out, that's it for the services, including dealing with claims. It's a shame young man. I hope you hold the money safe since it made the whole reputation of the hotel fall apart. If you have told the truth, we could have given you the money pleasantly. But you didn't and made yourself a poor thing.

This hotel is a huge disappointment. I wouldn't waste your money there. They charged me a smoking fee, when I didn't smoke in the room, not only did I not smoke in the room, but the hotel employee was more than obnoxious, stating he'd call the police. Not only was he threatening, but he changed his story, several times about how he had found rhe evidence. Total bullshit. We are disputing this, and just now, almost a month later getting the letter in the mail from their 'general manager' stating they were disputing it because 'we admitted ' to smoking in the room? Well, that's bullshit too. Do not waste your money. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that are just as nice to stay. Seriously people, look into hotels before you stay and nothing you leave in the room is safe either, concidering their staff had went through our belongings. Our clothes were mangled, on the floor and bed.

Almost great. They put you on hold for a very long time.
