Wonderful stay here. Danielle, front desk worker makes you feel very welcomed and bent over backwards for us to make sure all of our needs were met! The only reason I didn't do five stars is because the entire 4 day stay, the west elevator did not work and my mom has C. O. P. D and asthma, stairs were not her best friend and no free coffee and breakfast! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful, and our room/housekeeping service was great. However, the hotel itself was dated, as exemplified by the elevator that broke down the morning after we checked in for three nights, making it difficult for my mother-in-law to get up to/down from our hotel rooms (we were on the third/top-most room). Other than that our stay was very pleasant.

I got there on the 6/15/18 and was told the hotel had doubled booked my room. They did not have another room like I had requested so I was told I was going to get a room with a king bed and then an adjoining room with another king bed, but I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE SECOND ROOM. The room was very nice and worked out great. On 6/17 I get a receipt under the door for room 162 but nothing for 160 and the amount was less than I had been quoted. I went to the front desk and I asked is there anything I need to pay for room 160 and I was told no. When I asked about the rate she said they took the amount I was quoted and divided by two because of the mix up of the room they were giving it to me at a discount. Which was great, a nice room and even better rate I felt they had stepped up for the mix up in the rooms. That was until I got home and looked at my credit card account the next day! There were TWO charges for the same amount! For them to lie to me at the front desk and say I wouldn't be charged and then for it to be done anyway is horrible. It would have been one thing for them to say something when I was there but to sneak it in after I left AND asked about it is very deceptive. Will not go back will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Which is a shame because I have a niece that lives up there now and this hotel is very close to where she now lives.

There was an issue at check in and I asked to speak to a manager. The guy at the counter said there was no manager on or off site and nobody that he could call. Then after asking for his name and telling him that I would just look it up myself he called a manager and the manager supposedly told him that they did not want to talk to me. We booked through Expedia so there is nothing we can do and are being forced to stay the night, but after my experience today I will never stay at any hotel in this chain ever again. Very poor customer service and very disappointing because the hotel actually looked like a nice place to stay.

Was a good hotel room with adequate space. Had a good working TV and a clean bathroom. However, the cleaning service was mediocre. Did not clean everything and threw personal items left on bed to the floor to make the bed.

Another great hotel by Marriott. Clean and updated. Cute little bistro for breakfast or lunch or just a snack. Very nice, welcoming, and inviting customer service. Well done.

Room was very clean. Front desk friendly and helpful. Did not eat at hotel restaurant so no experience there. Televisions are nice and let you log into Netflix directly through the tv.

Excellent location, staff and service, immaculate rooms and quality breakfast — very enjoyable. Got everything I need even more pool is lovely and the views are great. AS I came from Europe would make a fab base for long trip or a short weekend break — would definitely stay again.

Received a personal, hand written note when I entered my room! Did not expect that from a typical Courtyard. There's plenty to love with this particular location. Good food choices nearby and a burger places right across the Courtyard. For those Gold and above, the breakfast option at the Bistro is surprising good, made fresh and modern dishes like avocado toast and egg whites. Just make sure you give breakfast plenty of time since it takes above average time. I would say that the building layout is confusing — make sure you know where your room is. To add, the decor is obviously old, but renovated a few years ago (maybe). Overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location the next time.

This location has finally been renovated and is much better than a few years ago. Great location, great service and friendly staff. My only gripe is with Courtyard's in general and that is the Starbucks only breakfast. No free coffee available and limited menu. Also takes a while if there are a few people in line on front of you.

Love Courtyard hotel. It's in close proximity to restourants and malls. Easily accessible and very clean and modern rooms. The people were very nice and the hotel itself was clean and beautiful. Will definitely come back.

I've stayed at this specific location twice now, and will make an ongoing tradition of it. A few minutes drive from the highway, but great restaurants nearby. Clean rooms, and has been quiet both occasions. I Recommend.

The location was very accessible and easy to find. The rooms were very clean, and the balcony was swept. The staff was great and very accommodating.

This is my second time staying here. I stayed here for four days and absolutely enjoyed it. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms and common areas are very well kept, and the hotel's proximity to shopping and dining can't be beat for a suburb.

Great hotel, friendly staff. My only complaint is the floors are split. My colleague and I were both on the second floor, but different rooms. The only way for me to get to his room or vice versa was to go to the first floor, go around the hall and back up to the 2nd floor.

Nice hotel very clean good size rooms. The lobby is nice with a small eating area with a bar.

Been coming her for over 20 years. It's our getaway. Love the place but they took the hot tub away it was the reason we came to relax.

Good parking. Easy to get to. Very spacious rooms with frig and microwave.

Rooms were clean and modern, beds were comfortable, and the staff here is fantastic. Very nice people. The only downside is that the area had heavy rain when I was there and the parking lot filled with water in some areas. In order to get to your car you were forced to walk through a huge puddle and get your shoes (and feet) completely soaked. Nobody wants wet shoes for the rest of their trip. I would stay here again now that I know how to park upstream when it rains.

We enjoyed our stay. The lobby has a Starbucks and a small convenience store. There's plenty of cozy places to read and rest. There's study desks with computers available. There's a courtyard that's well maintained. The rooms were clean and the furnishings were excellent. The beds were comfy. There's a balcony for each room as far as I could tell. I've never stayed at a better hotel.

Hotel was very clean and in a quiet area. Check-in was very efficient and front desk agents were friendly and informational. Hotel was also nearby a lot of restaurants and shops. Nice hotel right outside of Chicago.

As a 3 year regular marriott platinum member I am so thoroughly disappointed with the service this marriott has. The staff is rude. The managers are useless if you complain and they definitely don't care about whether you are facing any issues. I LOVE marriott and will not stay anywhere else BUT as a loyal marriott customer I request DO NOT STAY HERE and get a false impression of what marriott service is like. Thanks, K.
