The hotel is fine for what you get. I got a very good deal and I had a nice clean room with a decent breakfast. It was a good value at that price point.

This is our first trip to Chicago. We had no idea what to expect of the area nor of the hotel. We were surprised by the quality of everything from the room to the surrounding businesses. There is a piano bar and one of the best little pizza places across the street. We will be back.

The hotel was as expected. A two star hotel. The first room we went into had a weird smell and the T. V. Was not working. Not only that, the sink worked but the toilet did not. The second room had a weird smell but at least it the T. V. Was working and so was the toilet. A nice thing was they had complimentary breakfast. The room was small and was quite crowded. The food they had was pretty good for a two star hotel.

Swank in the Lobby with spacious rooms that have a balcony feature. Paul Mitchell products. Starbucks mini on-sight. Plus, in-door pool. Right on Milwaukee & Lake in location. Eateries within walking distance.

I bought a Park and Ride package to stay here and shuttle to the airport. I was only there one night but the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It's a little north of the airport but well worth the drive. There are several businesses nearby including a bar but I had to Uber there.

Terrible. Worst experience at a hotel in my entire life. The windows are a quarter inch thick you hear everything going on outside and are located directly next to 294. We stayed three nights and didnt receive a room cleaning ONE TIME! granted we put our do not disturb sign up, but at various times of the day, we were only there in short periods. Not one of the three days we were gone for a period of 8 hours or more, did the room get clean. Absolutely disgusting. The hotel was so loud and there is no sound barrier between your neighbors upstairs or to the left or right. The service was awful, and they did not even ask how our stay was when we checked out. I will NEVER book here again and would rather pay the extra money to go somewhere nicer than this junk of a hotel. Never again. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a plank with a marshmallow pillow. The elevator is sketchy and stops abruptly we ended up taking the stairs after the first ride. This hotel is good for one night, but do not bring your family here expecting a nice experience. The bathroom was extremely small and I would NOT dare sit in the bath tub. Dingy, dirty, grubby, and tacky renovation.

Spent a night in Chicago on 5/19/18. Came in early with my daughter around 1:00pm. Had already requested while making my reservation I would check in early if possible. The receptionist lady sounded quite blunt that they do not have rooms available as of then. The manager on duty heard us and immediately said he will get us one. He did it within few minutes. I was very impressed with his hospitality. This enabled me and my 4 yr old daughter to catch some rest before a get together we had that evening. Although some renovation was going on during our stay but overall the hotel was good for the price and room was neat. Because of my impression with the manager (not the receptionist), I will surely stay here next time I am in town.

My husband and daughters stayed here overnight. They did not like it at all. The bathroom door wouldn't lock, the carpets were gross, the beds were very uncomfortable, and you could hear every door close. All that was offered for the Continental breakfast were dry bagels. For almost the same price, the Hilton down the street is much nicer.

I booked a reservation at the last minute and I was still able to get a room. The place was quiet and nice, they have gym and laundry room which is a plus. My room was not bad, the only issue for me was the furniture, it was a little dusty and the girl at the desk went over the instructions really fast and I didn't want to ask again, I was tired and I just wanted to sleep, so that's on me as well. Overall good place, I would definitely recommend this place and I will book here again if I need it.

It's a place that I wouldn't stay. It smelled like mildo or something. The Halls was really narrow. Overall for a fly on sleep and get out it's cool.

When we searched the Google results, they were inaccurate. There is no pool anymore. This is the nicest hotel I've seen though, very newly renovated. The furniture looks modern, clean, and new. The rate was great, but it was an odd time to stay so that's part of the low cost. They were working on the elevator, but it may be fixed now.

Remodeled rooms, basically equils lipstick on a pig here. HOWEVER, this no frills inn offers one thing money can't buy, service and attitudes that exceed even the most hard to please customer. If you're looking for an inexpensive stay with beyond friendly and helpful staff, this is your destination.

I really liked that it was clean, it was quiet. My room had a hair dryer and a microwave. The breakfast was very nice too. They had a bit of variety. Good waffle maker too!

Second time staying here. Great price. Clean updated rooms. Small fridge and microwave in room. Continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Lots of walk to restaurants.

Unbeatable quality/cost in the beach or gold coast of Chicago. Better rates by online sites than at counter even three months in advance.

Very clean establishment with easy check in and tasty breakfast in the morning. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were modern and up to date. The staff was very friendly when checking in and out. Will definitely go back.

4 stars for the value. Very close to the tollway so you get a bit of road noise if you're in a king room. Bed was very very firm. Pretty clean but could use a bit of cosmetic maintenance here and there. Great spot to stay if you just need a place to sleep.

Rooms were comfortable, noise level awful. I Was woken up by there private plow truck at 5am. They lied and said it was the city, in which it was not. I stated I will call and verify, then all of a sudden the plow truck was gone within a few minutes of ending my phone call with the front desk. I get removing snow, especially after the amout we received, but better timing and more respect for sleeping guest is a wiser choice. I paid for a restful, comfortable stay and did not receive that. Also there is a bad smell coming from the faucets, so I will be reporting this to water and sewage, and the health department today. Elevator broken, stairway need to be cleaner and updated.

Pros: Located conveniently close to Chicago O Hare airport. Long term parking available, and reasonably priced. Shuttle service to airport on demand. Rooms were clean, and staff were friendly. Cons: Nothing that I can think of!

I was a guest at this hotel, but my friend was. He parked his car at this location with a night of hotel stat for his month-long travel plan. According to my friend, the rate was pretty good. The check-in process was fast and easy. The best part was the hotel stay after 17 hours of flying. That gave my friend a really good rest before driving another 2-3 hour to get home.

The customer service agent was tops, as he sensed that another guest was trying to get info on me so he made certain to not say my room number. They seem very safety conscious here, and the rooms are beautifully updated. I usually bring my own Glade plug-in, but didn't have to use it at all because my room smelled amazing.

Stay here when I go to Chicago. The rooms are great. Nice and clean and a modern style. The rooms are big enough as well and the staff is friendly and laid back. Would recommend to anyone who is lookin for an affordable hotel close to chicago. You can uber to a metra station and take the train to the city.

It's a big parking lot and check in was relatively quick. Rooms are clean andorrtty modern in style. Comfortable bed and good amount of TV channels. Many good food spots nearby. Price for room is reasonable, some nights cheaper than others.

The lobby was fine but the breakfast was questionable and the room awful. They serve the same food every day and I'm pretty sure the sausage just gets reused. Our room smelled like a group had been smoking all afternoon in there. The smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling and the lock on the adjoining room door was broken off. After much insistance they agreed to give me a slight discount.

Wouu what a great experience tonight at this hotel the guy at the reception Joey! what a great guy so good at he's job and made my night for me and my family great well done.

Great hotel for the price. Theres a nasty motel 6 next door for the same price. Bianca Ward you are an idiot go sleep at the motel 6 next door and see if you get the same breakfast!

Stayed at the Baymont as part of a wedding block and our group had a positive experience. Convenient location for the event. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were small but suitable for our needs. Unimpressed with the continental breakfast but it was complimentary with our stay so I can't really complain!

Josh and joe were so helpful funny and knowledgeable about the area especially for it being so late. Rooms have great amenities and the location is good price is a steal for the area.

We were passing through and decided to stop at this hotel. We were nervous because it is our first time in Chicago and the last hotel we stayed in not as favorable. The service was excellent! Joey was a big help answering questions. The morning staff was great as well! I am very very pleased with this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again the next time we stop in Chicago! We may have to stop by sooner rather than later. Our family had a good time. It was perfect for our little family.

Joe and Josh (the front desk guys) are very friendly the front desk people are really helpful. The breakfast was good, the room was clean. This is the best hotel in the town.

Our friend had a wedding in chicago and all her best friends from across the United States came for it. There are 6 of us and we got 2 adjoining rooms and split it and it has been great! The price is fair, though the beds aren't super spacious (They're doubles I think) it's been comfortable and nice. There are blackout curtains, it's clean and looks nice in the rooms. The continental breakfast is good and there's plenty of parking. Also, the gym is very nice with a big open area for weights. I would recommend it again!
