This hotel is in a great location with friendly staff. The beds were one of the most comfortable ones I have slept on in a hotel. We were able to open our door to a small balcony and do some people watching on a busy street in an awesome city. Everything was clean and the maids did a great job cleaning for us when we requested it. There was free parking if we needed and close to great restaurants and fun in the Marina district.

It's a decent stay, you get what you pay for. It's about a 20 to 30 min walk to Fisherman's Wharf. The room was clean but had a humid smell to when we arrived. Bathroom was clean. Vanessa was the receptionist who checked us in, she was very helpful and friendly. Max was a different receptionist who was not to friendly hardly smiled and was not so helpful. The customer in front of me, an elderly couple, was having trouble loggii g into the Wi-Fi and he would not take the time to assist them. Other than that everything else was okay.

Good Deal, walking distance to the Wharf. And Pier 39. Clean room and comfy beds. No coffee or amenities… but FREE Parking!

So far so good. The staff has been super helpful with any questions we have. The parking is easy and plentiful. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Update… We had a wonderful stay. Again the staff was great. Vanessa was always happy to help us out with ideas of places to eat and visit. I would definitely stay again.

Bad air quality. Strong humidity odor in room and corridors. No smile at reception, they have a very old credit card scanner, which would not scan my card. I could not enter my room until I find another card, even if it was already fully paid. Room on the back have no light and no view. There is another building on the back of the hotel, at literally 4 feet from the window.

I was super happy with my stay, the room was clean and the memory foam mattresses were comfortable. My reservation got messed up on the travel site I used and Vanessa at the front desk too great care of us, our trip would have otherwise been ruined but she helped fix our reservation, and getting us a room with a view of the Golden Gate bridge. It is just a short walk to Fisherman's Warf which was a plus. I feel like it was a good value for what we spent. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Very poor attention at the reception and the room with a smell of humidity. The Wi-Fi was not working well.

Was a great first visit will be back for sure helped us out and was able to switch us room great golden gate bridge view and great little food places within walking distance.

Pros: Near some main attractions in or around the city of San Francisco; Within walking distance to several restaurants; Free parking; Rooms are very affordable. Cons: City noise (help yourself and bring a pair of ear plugs) ; Outdated rooms. Overall a good experience.

The room was very clean and the staff were nice. I like the added security of not being able to go in the elevator without a key card. They also offer free parking.

Great place very nice people that work here. Beds are super comfy and the TV's are brand new. Heat and air conditioning are present in the room and work good. Some rooms have a nice balcony that outlooks the Golden gate bridge. Parking is very convenient and close to the entrance. Bathrooms are very clean and neat with no urine stains.

We've stayed here a coupe times before. We like the price and the location. The memory foam mattress beds are quite comfy.

Everything is Great! The Asian receptionist is very kindly and hospitable, great place for this price.

Nice place and a great location. A little dated but quiet clean. Would stay there again.

Affordable, clean, and free parking in a city where it costs $40 bucks a day. The beds are super memory foam comfortable. The rooms are nothing fancy but everything works. Bring a long phone charger cord and prepare to move your side table to find the plug. Staff is helpful and our balcony overlooked the always interesting street. A great breakfast coffee joint next door, and Bobo's Burgers across the street is a great burger joint. Walking is mostly downhill to the waterfront, and Lyft cars are cheap and plentiful for a ride home. Good choice for us on our SF getaway.

Clean. Friendly and affordable. Foreigners can easily tour the city through the staff. A+

Housekeeping is excellent. Rooms were extremely clean and actually very comfortable. Free parking is a major bonus.

Super close to the wharf! 15 minute walk! There was construction next door but I believe during the day when were out so it didn't bother us. The front desk is not so friendly but they helped us out. The rooms are all right and clean. I used it for sleep and getting ready in the morning. House keeping is super nice too!

Great place to stay on a budget. Parking is free, showers are great. Carpets could be redone, and sliding doors could have more sealing, as road noise can be an issue.

Best trade of this hotel is in my opinion, that you get a parking space for free. You might get a less noisy room away from the mainstreet if you ask for it. Rooms are clean. AC has seen better days.

Free Parking. Free ice on each floor. Great TV. Unfortunately, you hear about a Hausen extremely. Every Step Of The Way. It also smells a little here. But the price and the Rest as the comfortable bed or the iron and Ironing Board and coffee maker
etc Make all the difference. PS: you can travel the road you will automatically start on the infamous road with their 8 steep curves.

Hotel with good location, close to fisherman's and 4 blocks from lombard street. I would change a little the design, more modern, and add a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms.
