The departure station and the train station are close, the room is really small, for the traveler to pack the luggage location is not. But the location is too good, to go there is convenient,

The location is very central but it can be noisy and the rooms are not very large. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Nice place. The room was clean. There is an iron and a small ironing table, not very comfortable to use it, but still. Good location, close to the central railway station.

Clean, good shower, decent. Downsides: airconditioning does not function and is replaced by a fan in front of the window (and outside is a noisy street) ; also the breakfast is quite basic, especially considering the price.

Overall it was a nice place. The reception people were great and the location is outstanding. It's close to the train station and right along the street with a lot of nice restaurants. The rooms themselves leave a little to be desired. I would consider staying here again given the chance.

Lovely hotel not to far from the station and easy walking distance the sites of Zurich. The room was fairly small but fine for short stay. Air-con would have been nice. But we were given a fan which did the trick.

I had not stayed at the Hotel du Theatre before, but I booked a one night stay online. The location of the Hotel just a short walk from Zurich Hauptbahnof was ideal, and I found it easily enough. The Hotel was compact but very modern and nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lady on the reception desk supplied me with a connecting plug to charge my i-phone, which saved me from a few communication problems that day! The breakfast was very pleasant and I sat eating the meal in a window seat overlooking the hustle and bustle of Seilergraben!

It is a standard sort of European hotel. It was adequate; though room was smaller than expected (and I did not expect a large room). Advantage is that it is in a good central location in Zurich; within easy walking distance of most attractions, including the train station. Good place to rent for a day or two (I was there for two nights).

Room ventilation didn't work — received fan in place of. Bathroom light would not switch off due to faulty switch and the bed was sagging… Then to make matters worse, they tried to overcharge me by nearly 100CHF when I checked out. I had to show them my original booking details and the rate I had booked to get the correct price. Nice hotel in the perfect location but little things …

We were greeted with cold citrus water at check in (it was 90 degrees and humid that day), the room was neat and clean (bathroom was huge), and it was very quiet despite the traffic outside. Late night snacks in the lounge and morning breakfast were tasty, with many options… and the staff was really pleasant and genuinely nice (also very helpful with transportation suggestions). It was also nice to be able to purchase our tram tickets at the desk when we left. Would definitely stay again!
