Lovely ambiance, friendly and helpful staffs. Location was very good as well, with supermakets being opposite the hotel and tons of retail outlets within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Hotel very good way to train station only about 5 minutes very nice staff will help immediately continue simply just thank you nice greetings from Munich to Zurich.

Hotel correcto y muy céntrico en Zúrich. Las habitaciones no son demasiado grandes y juntan dos camas, con colchones mejorables. Lo que me gustó es que el baño tiene un bañera suficientemente larga para personas muy altas. El hotel cuenta con restaurante (que tiene acceso desde el interior pero también desde la calle).

It's not a five star hotel but it's a great place. Location is right in the center of Zurich and a walking distance from all the activities in the city. Two steps from the train station and all the metro lines. It was recently renovated (4 or so years ago).

Great hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Location is perfect. Breakfast costs are very steep and the noise from the street can be bothersome. Other than that… give this hotel a try… for the price of the room it's worth it.

Modern hotel, business suite is marvelous. Staff is great, english speaking, helpful and attentive. Breakfast is very good and relatively cheap. No parking for hotel guest but city parking is not far (4 min walking\ 40CHF a day) location is excellent. we had a great stay and loved everything!

Great hotel. This hotel is located in the heart of the new city, and is very comfortable. Rooms have air-conditioning. Nice little bar / cafe too.

I totally recommend it, hotel is nice and clean, with elevator, good location close to the main train station, the room is not big but have everything you need, including AC, hair drier and soundproof window, for a really good price. Michael from reception received me very well, I'd definitely come back here when in Zurich again.

The room is nice and clean. Breakfast is not included. Very good location. There are supermarket and shops on the opposite side of the road.

Very clean and comfortable, as nice as some five star hotels I've visited. Excellent location close to town, with restaurants and a supermarket across the road. Friendly staff, easy check in, about the same price as an Airbnb. No complaints at all. Note: the twin single beds is for all intents and purposes the same as a king bed, but cheaper!

The newly opend hotel city is a enrichment for zürich. A nice boutique hotel with a fair price in walking distance from the main station. The family owned operation is very frendly and individual.

While the restaurant is well place and the staff very friendly, the food was really not good, rice was not perfectly cooked and I had some unagi that felt like it had been unfrozen to fast.
