Absolutely amazing service, great recommendations of food and wine, attentive and on point service. Wine suggestions were fantastic.

We love the Post Hotel, we’ve been coming here for over 30 years. The service, the special touches, you feel like you’re family. Casual elegant is a great way to describe the vibe.

My husband is rarely able to leave his work behind but our stay at the Post was transformative.
Right off the atmosphere the staff helps create in the beautiful surroundings puts you at ease.
Our room was perfect, clean, cozy and elegant. The food… oh the food. The smells, the presentation, the flavours are exceptional.
All of these things made our get away relaxing and rejuvenating. We can’t wait for our next visit.
Definitely want to enjoy the spa. Thank you to the Post. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful location and rooms. Food was acceptable, was expecting better. Was under the impression price included room, 4 course dinner with wine pairing and breakfast. Not the case. Price included 4 course dinner (no wine pairing) and continental breakfast. Servers and sommelier were excellent.

What a beautiful hotel. Awesome and every detail, the staff was great and the surroundings are surreal. A little pricey but we felt it was worth it.

My experience was great there. The food was amazing also. The only down side is that are AC didn't work. Either than that, I had a great time there.

Stayed for one night for an anniversary with my husband. Stay and service was excellent. We also ate at the Outpost pub, which was excellent food and service!

Nice hotel with good food and atmosphere. Rustic but very clean and in good condition. Great shower in the room. Exceeded expectations for a hotel bathroom. Beds were fine and fruit bowl in the room/chocolate on the pillow at night is a nice touch! Location and atmosphere make it worth the extra cost. A real treat.

Could have 5 stars. Chef is from Switzerland, good danish pastry, croissant and dinner. Rooms are very well appointed, almost had every amenities — with a nespresso coffee machine! Missing stars :- 1. Roof height (an unfortunate set back and hard to change) 2. Black out curtains needed. Spring/ summer sunrise is just so early. Sunlight comes thru and you cannot sleep.

Had a wedding here and loved it. Super nice people to work with and very professional. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable bed, clean room with a beautiful view, front desk was very accommodating, and the meals are fantastic. We came in looking like vagabond hikers and they treated us with professionalism and respect.

The service you will receive here is absolutely outstanding. They have a fire boy that comes to refresh your fireplace every day. Coffee and tea delivered to your room is free. My new wife and I were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room since we were on our honeymoon. The Post Hotel has character, excellent staff, and 5 star service.

This is the best ski hotel in Lake Louise and in my opinion Canada The best restaurant in Alberta and the best wine list. Check out the wine cellar! We enjoyed relaxing in the spa followed by an amazing romantic dinner. This is the place to take your partner or your date.

Amazing food, generous select of wines. The staff is very friendly and helps to make sure that the dinner was amazing. Great menu that isn't the same cut and paste menu found in many restaurants.

Mountain experience at its best. Having stayed at most rocky mountain hotels/resorts over the years The Post is ahead by far in fit, finish and customer experience. The staff are amazing, the rooms and hotel facilities are pristine, the food is second to none. This is by far our favourite mountain get away. Well worth both the price and the time required to get here. Make sure you bring some footwear to go for a walk and experience Lake Louise and a swim suit for the pool and spa.

Great service, gorgeous scenery. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and relaxing. We did find the room got super hot even with the thermostat at the lowest setting. Room rates are not inexpensive, but that's pretty much the case for all of Lake Louise.

Very nice hotel and accommodations. Our suite had a ground floor lounge area with a full bath on the same level with the bed and a powder room on the upper loft. We had a couple very small issues which the staff quickly corrected. Staff has been happy to help us with anything we need. This hotel is above the price point we usually look at, but if it fits your budget, would recommend.

Beautiful setting. Every single employee we came across was so ridiculously polite. We wandered in and ended up sitting down for breakfast. Service was wonderful as was the food. Highly recommend.

We had such an amazing time at this hotel! We were completely surprised at the genuine hospitality of the staff and how beautiful and clean the room was. They are incredibly friendly and courteous, and really made an effort to make our stay as great as possible. Having come here as a surprise for my birthday, the front staff double checked that the room was at its highest quality upon us checking in and said they were "checking a light bulb" in the room so that everything was as it should be. Not to mention they treated us with a complimentary bottle of wine! This hotel made such a great impression we are absolutely going to be staying here again!

Had an amazing time here. The staff were unbelievably friendly and hospitable. They also gave us a free upgrade to our room and surprised us with a bottle of wine and personalized note because it was my Girlfriend's birthday. Could not get over how good the customer service was. Room was super clean and beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and we're already planning on staying there again.

My favorite hotel in a long time. Elegant but not pretentious or stuffy. Serene and restful. For best results a car is necessary. Very accomodating, friendly staff. No A/C but lots of windows and doors to the terraces. Lots of shade as well. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains (Canadian Rockies).

Exemplary European boutique experience in the Canadian Rockies. Attending to every details of your need. Elegant and opulence but at a reasonable rate. Very generously staffed. Excellent, not just good, dining. Beautiful floral arrangement everywhere. The only little improvement the North America tourist may want is more high tech gadget in the room, but we are very satisfied. Excellent hotel and dinning facilities.

The Post Hotel is truly a 5-star hotel. Excellent staff and excellent restaurant. It's next to the river and guests can walk across the little bridge to Lake Louise village. I've stayed in the Cheatau Lake Louise before and I would definitely vote for the Post Hotel.

I really like the atmosphere, very cozy and cottage like yet upscale. There is a restaurant and pub onsite. The restaurant was nice, with a decent vegetarian selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the robe, slippers, turn down service and afternoon tea. A short walk to the plaza. A short drive to Lake Louise. The room was nice with a balcony and a large jetted tub. We also enjoyed the salt water pool and hot tub. There are spa services onsite as well. I hope to come again!

The Post Hotel is fantastic. The rooms are rustic with a real wood fireplace. The spa is also wonderful. The location has jaw dropping scenery and is close to both Lake Louise and Lake Moraine.

Checked in with excellent service. The property is nice, but a bit dated. The rooms art the same but charming. We then had dinner and everything changed to 5 stars across the board. Amazing service, very good food, and outstanding wine pairing. Unfortunately, since the rooms are so dated, I cannot give more than 4 stars overall.

Had an amazing experience at the spa and the restaurant here. The spa was quiet and serene. The amenities were excellent — the hot tub and steam room were lovely and not overcrowded. We went to the restaurant after our service and had a top rate dinner. The dining room had an intimate feel to it. Food and service did not disappoint. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Amazing experience. The dinner and breakfast were elegant and delicious. The log cabin was top tier with a modern 5 star bathroom.

Great experience. We went for breakfast instead of eating the free conti at a local hotel we were staying at. I had the Rosti and we also ordered eggs Benedict. Both were excellent. Wait staff really attentive and professional too. Will be going again.
