Overall we had a great weekend and would recommend staying here. There were some minor inconveniences but we will come back in the summer. It's quite expensive but worth it as it is so beautiful. Go with an open mind and don't expect perfection. Instead expect to be surrounded by beauty and friendly staff.

We had such a great stay at Baker Creek Mountain Resort. We will be back again soon! Clean, great rooms, pet-friendly, and so much to do on the property.

Private. The Creek is definately the most gorgeous part about this property. The grounds are beautiful with paths all around the cabins and all rooms have their own door to the outside. The only downside is that the restaurant was quite overpriced for what you get. I would recommend eating in Banf unless you want the convenience. Otherwise, you need to go here!

The best little secret in the Bow Valley. And don’t tell anyone about the amazing food available! Quiet surroundings, fire pits along the creek and fresh air! We have been here twice. Once in the winter and once in the summer. Coming back in August. I love the disconnection from tech that this piece of heaven offers! If you haven’t been here, this is a must, but just don’t tell anyone else about it!

Fantastic location in the National Park. Log design gives a mountain style feel to the place. Outside fire pits & bbqs available. Jacuzzi in the room was great after a days hiking.

Highly recommended. Beautiful cabins, relaxing place to stay. Love the sitting in the swing just watching the river. No TV and slow internet, not a problem coz the place is stunning.

In love with this place! ❤️ We only stayed one night last weekend, but our family will be back. It was a magical place! Had such a nice time with our family skating on the rink, sitting by the indoor and outdoor fires and snowshoeing! Cabins are beautiful…

Baker Creek is the perfect escape if you're looking for some peace and quiet in a mountain/forest landscape. The staff is incredible as well, Carla in particular really goes out of her way to ensure that your stay is as accommodating as possible. Can't wait to go back!

Stopped in on a cool rainy day for dinner. They had the fireplace burning and was so cozy and warm. Had dinner there and it was a 5 star meal! Excellent service and the food was fabulous. Wonderful gem off the beaten track! Highly recommend! ⭐️

Awesome place & staff are amazing.

This resort is simply stunning. Whilst we did not stay there, we stopped in for a drink and enjoyed an hour warming up in front of their fire! Before doing so though, we walked around the complex, looking at the cabins and wandering around the stunning gardens. When it started to rain, we headed for a glass of wine in front of the fire! This would be an outstanding honeymoon venue, or a couples retreat as a romantic getaway. It would be a great place to stay whilst exploring Banff National Park!

Beautiful scenery, amazing cottages. Unfortunately their prices have more than doubled since we last stayed there.

Beautiful food, excellent service by friendly staff. Would be a great place to spend a relaxing weekend. A shame we are heading back to Australia tomorrow.

Love the jet tubs in the rooms! Great location and we’ve had a great time both times we’ve stayed here. Only disappointment was discovering they’d renovated since we last stayed and the kitchens were removed from several of the suites. We didn’t budget for supper out so it ended up being a pricey night!

The cabin is cozy and clean，but food is just ok. Very friendly stuff and great location！I would like to give 4.5 star！

Nice cottage, cozy and clean. Come with complimentary bike rental and fire wood. It is pricy, but consider about the location, it is still worth the price.

Located in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, Baker Creek Resort was a great destination for one night stay or a multiple night trip. We had a personalized letter waiting in the room and the best part is that it is pet friendly.

Fantastic location and incredible property. Great views and nice atmosphere around the cabins. Staff were very friendly, but front desk service is not 24/7. Restaurant was very nice, food was great, but very pricey. Room was a bit dated (and no TV), but a cool layout and very comfortable. Wifi is spotty and there is no cell service. Overall, very impressed and would go again, but there is room for improvement.

Beautiful room with view of the river. There are some really wonderful seats outside where you can enjoy a nice evening!

Perfect getaway in the most beautiful surroundings. Gracious staff and fine dining in the Bistro! Even the cafe breakfast sandwiches are delicious. The view with a campfire beside the creek is unreal. Just the most perfect place to stay while experiencing Banff.

Neat and cozy lodge. You can see a beautiful river when you walk outside of the balcony. Indoor jacuzzi is always sweet. No wireless mobile coverage and nearly unusable Wi-Fi were a downside.

We had enquired to plan our wedding at this beautiful resort for the March long weekend. We met with the staff in person and toured the facility and were ready to book this place for our wedding. A few days later, my wife spoke to the manager of the resort to finalize details as well as clarify our questions and was in short told that we would be an inconvenience to the patrons who had planned to stay at the resort for the long weekend to take part in Easter activities. Was incredibly disappointed in hearing that our party was seen as an inconvenience to the resort! Despite how gorgeous the resort was we will never visit this place again and want to caution other readers to reconsider this choice as well. We ended up selecting Pyramid Lake for a wedding destination in Jasper and were highly pleased with our experience there and want to encourage others to follow this suggestion or any other one for that matter!

A little piece of paradise in the Rockies. This is one of our favorite winter getaways. Tucked away along the Bow Valley Parkway and only minutes from Lake Louise this place is secluded enough that you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Log cabin style accomodations with wood fireplace is cozy and comfortable. Snowshoeing trails on-site. Staff are attentive and courteous. On-site restaurant, cafe, large workout room with suana and steam room make this a perfect mountain retreat or base camp for a Rockies ski vacation.

We stayed overnight. It was so nice. There is no cell service and the Wi-Fi is nothing to speak of. It was absolutely perfect. We unplugged from the world and reconnected.

This has to be one of the nicer cabin lodges I have ever been to. Very comfortable with great beds, all the conveniences of home. They sully all the firewood for indoors and out with 5 or 6 pits. A great facility for big family or work group events that has large separate meeting rooms with tables lounging couches, fireplaces etc. Best of all 15 minutes to Louise to ski and beautiful river right next door. Very nice people also. Thanks baker creek!

I recommend the cabins to anyone. We recently took the family and kids (4 and 7) and rented the 2 bedroom cabin. Kids had a blast snowshoeing, tubing at Lake Louise and just enjoying the isolation. They even have a cute little rink that the kids played hockey on. Everything is very peaceful and quiet. Wood burning fireplaces were great. Restaurant was pricey and was out of stock on half the menu (slow season) but hey, what do you expect in Banff nation park. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!

The wood cabins are amazing and have everything you need. The food and drinks are delicious and the staff where the cherry on the top. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

We got married here 02/02/2018 and were astounded by the guest service, venue, food, atmosphere, and staff. It was a dream come true, in large part because of the care and attention of the staff (Mike D in particular! ). The resort itself is a perfect getaway nestled in the mountains, a winter wonderland. Room was perfect and cozy, guests spoke very highly of the rooms and service as well. As for the food… amazing. Chef Tracy prepared delicious meals that everyone was talking about all weekend. She also made our wedding cake, which was absolutely delicious and well-presented. The Manager, James, was attentive to our needs for the wedding and worked with us to make sure our day was perfect and went smoothly. I would recommend this to anyone I know for events, and getaways (or even just a meal :) ). Thank you for making our special day and weekend so special and unique for us and our guests! Very nice condo that was secluded and very cozy. Internet didn't work during our time though and the cafe doesn't make breakfast in a reasonable time at all. The room was very nice though.

You know make this place amazing? The chef and food in their restaurant! You wouldn't think that a place in the literal dead of nowhere would have amazing food, but… they truly do! We went both nights, basically had the place to ourselves, enjoyed listening to the crackle of the fireplace, and most of all eating our insanely delicious dinner. The staff was awesome both nights. Price? Yup, it's expensive but who cares? This is 5-star dining!

Great cabins. Excellent appetizers at the bistro. The burger was not good but I was so full from the apps I didn't mind. I was also a bit disappointed by the other main I tried oxtail burgonion.

Was great! The room was amazing and neat and I head a great time with the romantic jacuzzi. However I would suggest bringing your own pillows as theirs are very very flat and not the best quality for sleeping on. The food at the bistro was nice. Very very expensive as they have a monopoly in the area. Steak was more rare than medium and very charred but truly I enjoyed my stay.

My boyfriend, his son and daughter in law, and myself recently stayed here. From the moment we walked into the cabin where it felt so cozy with the Christmas Tree lit, we knew we came to someplace very special. We enjoyed a beautiful meal at the Bistro where the service was top notch. The resort is absolutely magical feeling, it was very hard to leave. We are from Newfoundland and were visiting family around Calgary, so it was the perfect place to spend some quality time together. We are really looking forward to returning in the near future.

This resort provides a perfect outdoor getaway! The staff were so amazing and thoughtful. Loved the wood burning fireplaces, and the fire pits outside for roasting marshmallows. It was also the perfect location for being close to lots of great hikes! Will definitely return again!

Sooooo peaceful! I highly recommend this place! I’m from Calgary and the fact that this is such a short drive to something so peaceful, calming and serene makes it that much better. A place I will be back to over and over. This was a birthday surprise to me from my husband! He did great!

Enjoyed a great lunch on the patio. Bush pilot burger, which was bison and Saskatoon berries with smoked Gouda, tomatoe compote, and field greens with frites. Only downside was the white floaties in the water they provided in a wine bottle.

Stopped in for a coffee and they were unfortunately all very warm. Lovely place to stop just need to make sure that coffee's are hot!

Great resort for visiting the Lake Louise area. Room rates are high but are well worth it: even the most basic rooms are huge and are well equipped. The decor is lovely. The views from the rooms are also spectacular, with the nearby creek and mountains. The Wi-Fi is very slow (you are in the middle of nowhere after all). Nevertheless, it is a fast 15min drive to the Lake Louise visitor center and supermarket. The restaurant offers a great a la carte breakfast and excellent dinner. The service is always polite and helpful.

Awesome resort! My wife and I went to for a weekend away. The resort is nice and clean, cabins were awesome would be great for families as well. We loved the location, nice and quiet but close enough for day trips to Banff and Lake Louise. Perfect home base if you're visiting the Rockies. Staff and bistro were excellent.

This place is awesome. New owners have polished the place a bit, but it's the same cabin adventure. Kids (7, 5, lump) love this place. Have seen great animals, and a very short drive to L. L.

Beautiful location right next to a a large creek. The cabins are very clean and cosy and the view of the mountains is breathtaking.

Our stay-cation at Baker Creek Resort was very nice. We stayed in one of the main buildings and had a wonderful dinner at the bistro. The room was very spacious with a gas fireplace which was the main source of heat. We also had a jacuzzi tub which was great. We only used it once out of consideration for neighboring rooms, it was pretty loud. The surrounding area was fun to explore with snowshoes. We would definitely recommend a couple days stay.

Excellent winter getaway location. Cabins are clean, cosy and rustic, the lodge accommodation is very spacious and our room had a lovely huge bath. Great walks to be had right from the door, with snow shoes available to borrow. All the staff are very friendly.

The area and chalet's themselves are gorgeous and rustic. This is the perfect place to get away for a few days and shut off. The service is excellent and you can tell they really care about their clients. Will come again soon!

A very nice place to stay for holydays… We were ther for 3 nights, a marvelous stay, too short… The enviroment is "grandiose", the chalets are comfortables, calms, cosy and well maintained… The bosses are friendly… Elkes can walk by in night, a fairy tale for Chrismas… Bernard & Nadine French tourists from Normandy.
