This place is the worst place to stay if your a color of race.

This place was so cute — the lodge/cabin and the grounds. I really enjoyed staying there. Stayed in a 1 queen bed cabin. You can tell they take pride in their property and cabins. Reasonable prices for a place 2 mins down the highway from Lake Louise! Would definitely go there again.

Has everything needed… best place I've ever stayed and I've been around.

Spent a night here while hiking in Lake Louise and would have loved to stay longer. This is a beautiful spot with great rooms and outdoor space. The staff are lovely and were very helpful right through booking to departure.

We spent a lovely two nights at the resort. Very peaceful and very clean. We were also very appreciative of the staff's attentiveness to our safety throughout. This was our first COVID outing and they made us feel very comfortable.

What an amazing, charming, well-kept, CLEAN, friendly gem of a place to stay with stunning views!

Once again this year, I came to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise for three nights and stayed in Paradise Lodge after Jasper's return. Three nights had a different feeling. We prefer paradise Lodge. It does feel like Paradise. Small wooden houses scattered in the forest, surrounded by a turbulent river, the environment is quiet and pleasant. It looks small in appearance, but it's big in the house. It has all kinds of daily necessities. I feel like a hut in a fairy tale. The car is parked at the entrance and is easy to travel. The bathroom here is large and clean, no less than the bathroom in Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Can do some simple breakfast, save a lot of time, sheets and quilts are clean… Anyway, it's so comfortable. I'll stay here again in the future.

After 24 years we returned to Paradise Lodge & Bungalows. We loved it the first time and we still do.
The suites are very comfortable.
Close to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise so that makes it’s location perfect. `
Property is maintained very well and staff is above and beyond to please their guest.
Laundry and bbq facilities are available as well as complimentary tea and coffee.
I can highly recommend this accommodation and when ever back in the future we will definitely stay here again. Preferred Fairview Suites as located somewhat more from the road and have a full kitchen. Thanks for making our stay memorable again.

Good location. Highly recommended. With the sleeping place inside the national park, you can take the benefit of visiting the travel spot on sunset and sunrise time.

+ quiet and clean lodge. Great location, 3 minutes drive to Lake Louise — the room we stayed in didn't have a pullout sofa. We ended up paying extra $20 per night for the sleeping pad.

We stayed in a Wilson cabin for two people. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Everything you could want except a bathtub, perhaps, but appreciate that space is an issue.
Absolute peace and quiet (no train/traffic disturbance) and totally spotless, with friendly staff too. A five minute drive to the village, they will make restaurant reservations for you.
A 15 minute walk to Lake Louise. Leave the car behind. If you go after 9am, you can't get in the parking lot anyway.
Thoroughly enjoyed the two nights we spent here. Would highly recommend.

We spent 7 nights at this beautiful place, 3 nights in the suites and 4 nights in cabin 15. Views are amazing especially off the deck in cabin 15. All rooms were spotless and ground are immaculate! Close to everything in Lake Louise and yet so peaceful! The management and staff truly go out of their way to make sure you are happy in every way! Not only do they take good care of their guests, they also go above and beyond for their staff! Thank you for making our stay so great at Paradise!

I loved this place. Great location. Beautiful with a log cabin feel to it. Friendly staff. Plus: It snowed one of the days we were there and their staff cleaned the snow off of each of the cars parked in their lot. Minus: The only reason I didn’t give them 5 out of 5 stars is because they limit the internet use to 2 devices (and you cannot switch between devices).

Updated and sturdy (remarkably quiet! ) cabins, great location, friendly staff — a great value given what's nearby!

This was our 5th time staying here and it is absolutely stunning, the grounds are well kept the cabins are quaint and cozy, the owners and staff are awesome, anything you need they are on top of it. Would highly recommended staying here if your thinking of visiting the area, we have already made or reservations for next year!

The accommodation is nice and stylish. Comfortable. Bedroom is very small. Good location. Biggest drawback is lack of privacy . Bedroom windows face a public passage and everyone can look in unless you draw tge xurtains which blocks all natural light. Not great for such a pricy place. Not impressed!

We spent about 2 weeks between Banff and Jasper and the 3 nights we spent at Paradise Lodge were probably the best in terms of accommodation. The staff went out of their way to make sure your stay was comfortable. For example, we asked them for food suggestions around Lake Louise. Instead of just handing us a dining menu, the girl at the front desk spent a good 10-15 minutes telling us about various locations, including personal recommendations. On another occasion, we started laundry too late and our drying wasn't done yet by their closing time. They kept the laundry room open even after their office closure. Rooms were regularly cleaned and restocked. I thought the snacks they leave in the room was a nice and thoughtful touch. Housekeeping did an excellent job and had a good sense of humour. Every day we would come back to our room to find a little "montage" created out of a stuffed toy and other objects in the room. Whoever did that, thanks for making our stay fun! They have a nice open area with tables and chairs for you to enjoy dinner or a drink outside. The property is just off the main road to Lake Louise. So you do get some noise during the day, but it's nothing major.

I only stayed one night, but it was the best place to stay during my visit to Alberta. It's super clean. The staff is friendly. The views are amazing and very serene. I can walk outside my cabin to a rocker and enjoy the view. Very close to lake Louise and lake moraine. It allowed me to wake up early and enjoy lake moraine without worrying about traffic and parking.

Love the complimentary oatmeal and coffee tea. Has microwave and dishes and cutlery. Everything was clean and tidy. That fireplace is a lovely touch.

We've had an awesome time, perfect location for the lakes and mountains. Our view was outstanding. The beside my Jack Daniels was a topper.

Unit 32 has a water bubbling noise coming from within the walls that is louder than the provided fan, bring a sleep aid. The property is really nice and I'm sure a suite without the strange noise would be great. At over $400 for the night it could have been much better.

My husband and I are here for part of our honeymoon! We love the beautiful, well kept cabins! We first came here years ago when we first started dating and LOVED it! The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area. The cabins are extremely well kept and clean. It's a perfect spot to be near to many hot spots and still feel you have privacy. Love love love!

Good location, nice cabins with full kitchen, very considerate cleaning staff. Took one star off for the not very welcoming front desk staff (a British girl). Definitely recommend but hope the front desk staff are more friendly.

Stayed in the carbin. Perfect place.

This was our send stay here in 2 yrs, we stayed in 2014 and 2015, loved the cabins very cosy with a lovely fire to take the chill off at night, had a nice kitchen area so we made use of that to. Bathroom amenities were great, all the little details after they cleaned our room didn't go unnoticed. View out the back was spectacular, and if your lucky you may see a bear.
We loved our stay here would highly recommend.
