A clean, beautiful hotel. Located in a very good location.

Good level of comfort. Access to the spa in the adjoining establishment. Very good restaurant. Free shuttle bus to Arcalis ski resort, in front of the hotel entrance. For other stations I don't know. To avoid taking the car. I advise you to take the parking under the hotel, expensive but convenient.

Very good eats very well the perfect treatment highly recommended.

Very nice, comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms. Water in fridge and tea bags and kettle to free point in the room. Free breakfast buffet children free.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very rude.
I am an agreement member and have been sleeping 3 times a week on average in their hotel for years. I've never seen that before. Draw your route take another hotel if you want to spend a good stay.

A good hotel at a fair price. Room well though the old sink. The shower phone came out water everywhere except where I had to go out. A very good breakfast buffet and very friendly staff.

Attentive service, good Wi-Fi and the parking not included is expensive.
Edit: In a new visit the room 328 had the worst pillows I have ever used, the Wi-Fi did not work or disappeared quite a while. We won in views of the river but the soundproofing of the window is not good and besides the river you hear the circulation a lot.

A place to spend a perfect day.

Quiet and central place, although I caught the arrival of the return to Spain that had the goal at the door of the hotel.

Fantastic location and the nice spa in the Mercure hotel nearby made our days here :). On the other hand the Wi-Fi quality was terrible and the staff a bit chaotic :).

I do not feel like this place is worth the price. The room was ok. But the Wi-Fi was very very slow, almost unusable at times. The food of the 20euro buffet was not that good. And when I asked if I could have my clothes washed they said they needed 24 hours notice in advance and showed 0 flexibility even when I asked early in the day. The receptionist said this was not her department and there was nothing she could do. I get this big coorporate firm feeling of this hotel with no character.

Clean, quiet, central and modern hotel with a swimming pool and spa next door. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This was the worse Novatel I have been so far. Receptionist with messy hair and some old looking uniform but polite. Receptionist from the morning was not able to recommend any restaurants and send us to the info center. Room was so outdated, old carpet, old furniture, TV in the middle of the room so not comfy watching from either the bed or sofa. And the only English programs were CNN and BBC. Wifi was so bad that we couldn't check anything properly. I mean the city free Wi-Fi was so much better. The hotel even charged us for that crappy connection. For the price one would really expect something on a different level! Disappointed…

Convenient to downtown only spa a little uncomfortable in the hotel next door.

Room reserved for three but everything for two absence soap, towel, water etc… Despite my request nothing will be done.

We hired a double room standard in advance. You get no availability we were offered their special suite for the same price! A suite of Hollywood movie. Unforgettable…

A (great) different experience. We stayed at the hotel the weekend of the 30, January 31 and February 1. My Special thanks to staff of the morning, not only was effective, but it also showed always interest to resolve all those issues you may have.

Hotel is a very complete, additionally half board, i. E. Dinner, very good. It has swimming pool, jacuzzi and very nice gym, is at the top of the mercure hotel, shared dining rooms and the fitness part. It is the more new of the three hotels that form the (palace, mercure and novotel andorra). I recommend it 100%, the only bad thing is you have to go out to go to the fitness area.

The Novotel Andorra is a normal 4 star hotel (in comparison to the German category). Also in this hotel should even be renovated, because the carpet already with vie3len overlook significant stains was. Because already large carpet rolls were in the parking lot and it in our room and easy to carpet adhesive roch (probably via air conditioning), I think that this much-needed renovations on a different floor already in progress are / were.
Rooms are very quiet, very warm but also at the 2010 used linen, with the Windows closed so that she had to run climate, making the noise level rose again markedly and there was drafts. Breakfast buffet was extensive and made acceptable for the relatively expensive Andorra by the price/performance. The restaurant area was very clean and the food were available in sufficient quantities and were good quality.
To the theme park House, you should know that it is really very tight. Although everything in the Park House is modern and so even an admitting guards is there but the eingezeichenten parking is intended only for small cars. An Audi A6 stands out extremely from the gaps and an a and disembarking for the driver is almost impossible. All riders must definitely previously exited the car and its trunk one comes also hardly.
