Good location Super Central. The rooms are very nice. And great breakfast. All very good and varied. The girl who caters very helpful and friendly. All very well. Recommended 100 for 100.

Book Two rooms. Same price. A good one. The one that I touched my little girl, complicated to get into the bathtub and the wardrobe of the clothes in the bathroom. No comment. Few customer services.

If you need to ask for a double bed and specify whether you want a shower or a bathtub, they meet your expectations!

Very friendly staff and nice breakfast.

I will have put a 9/10 at this hotel but here I stayed for 1 night and they charged me 2. It is Impossible to get a refund despite the proofs provided. We always had to wait because their bank, supposedly, did not find the error. Luckily I had booked by booking because 2 months after I contacted them and they managed to reimburse me even in the week when normally they only manage the reservation. Thank you booking!

The room was clean and comfortable. Well located, friendly staff and possibility of covered parking at 17o per day. Breakfast was good. Please note that the entrance is not adapted for people with disabilities.

The room was clean but very small. To be a 4 * casino in terms of services, such as: bathroom utensils, only gel and a soap tablets with handkerchiefs. They could put at least cream. That if at night not a single noise, it was easy to reconcile the sleep. Something that took me out of my squares is that the savannah was smaller than the mattress so it did not get caught and was out and when you moved in bed you ended up with the Savannah throws an eight and on the mattress without cover. Horrible! Buy bed sheets of correct size that's a god-free! Inadmissible. The breakfast buffet is good, the coffee machine and the potato tortilla.

It's very good hotel. The price, quality and location is unbeatable.
I came a few weeks ago to ski in Grandvalira and have not hesitated to repeat. They have a fantastic ski shuttle service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.
The only downside I would put is that the rooms are very small and the closet in the bathroom.
No smoking Hotel is more, if you smoke you will have to pay €50.
If you would repeat at this hotel for the price it has it is fine.

Ideal location in the heart of all the shops. Very friendly staff and amazing breakfasts just made the pastries. Nice and modern rooms. Very clean.

The hotel was right, with glitches like the shower that didn't stand in its position or the fact that the closet was inside the bathroom so the smell of moisture on the clothes was tremendous, in fact the extra blanket that had there smelled terrible. But the worst is the political aleccionamiento of an employee of reception on the issue of independence of Catalonia that made foreigners. That a man who represents a hotel chain is allowed that kind of practice seems terrible to me.

Close to the mall Illa Carlemany, just about 50 m. Perfect location in the Meritxell/Carlemany avenue. Small and cozy rooms. Perfect for couples. No kids. Helpful staff and good breakfast served.

You can improve for the category, and prices offered. Double rooms small, lack of cleanliness… the Location is perfect for shopping, not so much for skiing.

Small Hotel located in the centre of escaldes, just 20 meters from the avenida Carlemany to the side of the shops, very cozy, modern and very good treatment. In general very good weekend, I would repeat and recommend.

Staff, the restaurant below doesn't understand the mechanics of a hotel 5 stars (would love? really? ).
Room very clean, with very good smell, the spacious shower and everything is always clean. Genialisimo for the week that I was in Andorra.
