A quiet and comfortable hotel. Perfect location to get around the center and the main tourist attractions of Andorra la Vella. If I returned to Andorra I would not rule out staying here again.

We went with a small child and the first thing we found is a plug hanging with the wires in the air, and another plug that didn't work. The front desk arrived half an hour before and we had to go until the hour on point. The Wi-Fi is not worth anything, they have limited to 120kbs the videos to blows. The TV half the channels did not reach signal and were cut. The heating is off and although in the bed is well, in the room to cold.

Very good value for money. Well placed.

Central but very small room overlooking a wall and an inner courtyard that smelled pretty bad. Elevator poorly functioning and the bed very poor quality. Excellent staff.

Affordable hotel in the centre of the city, close to historic district. Compact but clean and perfectly adequate. Car parks nearby and a McCafe next door for breakfast! Worth staying at.

Very good hotel for the price €40 about one night of Hotel €6 Breakfast in the main street of Andorra perfect with possibility to park a little higher on a secure parking I assure paying but free after 20h.

At first it seemed to go all right, although the hotel is not by far a 3 star, it is rather a hostel, it was comfortable, overall the rooms were decent, without much noise and spacious, but the problem was not the state of the rooms, nor the views, if not the staff in general and I think it is very important that people know about this.
The reception staff is not unpleasant, but it is very bland, nothing communicative or explanatory nor close, besides that I had several problems during my stay, the first thing is that my snow pass had the hotel from the same day I got there and when I gave them the Reservation sheet, where the ticket was purchased also, I was not warned that they had the tickets, so we had then problems on the slopes, then they didn't even apologize, they told me that I had been called at night to the room to inform me that They were at reception but that was fake as they didn't call at any time and stayed all night in the room.
Then I reported that the first day I cleaned the room I had stolen, specifically two personal items (barely worth but mine after all), I also asked to changed the towels and sheets because they got dirty and return to the room They had made the bed with the stain on the sheet and the towels had been re-hung and were still dirty.

It is well priced if you book with ski pages because you enter the passes the rental of the ski equipment breakfasts and some dinner. The hotel is well not the best but neither of the worst made a reservation for 8 people and have not had any complaints about the service offered.

The hotel is very good and is perfect for skiing and also to be in the center is very good price.

The hotel is very nice: refurbished a few years ago, cozy and clean and with nice attention from the staff. Our room was quite spacious and also enjoyed a large terrace overlooking the main street and the mountain. The layout of the spaces made the stay very comfortable. If you are traveling with dog no problem, as long as you are willing to pay a little extra. Breakfast is quite good (free buffet) and the quality of the rest is good (good soundproofing, mattress comfort, space temperature). Totally recommended for any type of trip, and more for that price.

The hotel is very good and the location is great. I went this weekend with a group of Trentaiseis people and they all had complaint from the hotel. From the Trentaiseis to about 10 the Personpersona cleaning stole from 10 euros to 100 euros. In the middle of the night the bathroom began to break until Q at the end ended Inundandonos the room where our things were soaked. They had stolen gifts and not to mention how unpleasant the staff were, they treat you fatal and don't care about your opinion. I could keep telling them all the bad Q has this hotel (which is almost everything) worse I think it was clear Q for nothing I recommend this hotel.

Eye! Inside the bathroom you will find some towels as in any hotel, but eye are of payment! If you use them all can cost you about 30 euros.
No one tells you that the towels are paid for, it's a scam!

For the price you can not ask for more! Cheap and neat.

Sleep and Breakfast! There are no meals or dinners! They do not have Wi-Fi in the rooms, there is only at the entrance which is a narrow hallway with a couch where you can't just pass by the people there with the mobile! I had a room upstairs and opposite had another hotel and I would get their Wi-Fi. The beds were good and the breakfast was good. No luxury but right!

Well, very dissaponted with the service mainly because we booked more than 20 days before going there, and well we found ourselves another way to stay there and save money, so we cancelled 2h later, and they made us pay 20 bucks, so unporfessional and disappoint no care at all for the costumer.

It's worth it for being economical and located in the same center, shopping mall right across the street. Great for shopping. But the breakfast service was very justito. Personal foul. The rooms could be improved with a few simple bedding… They look like "Tell me. " and a big glitch… they didn't make our room until the afternoon. If you feel like taking a nap… it stays without doing.

Very central. Very correct cleaning.
The Wi-Fi only on ground floor therefore doesn't do much good. It does not have parking although there is one municipal very close. The breakfast was good without a lot of variety.
Recommended to visit the city without touching the car.

Very good hotel but the only thing missing is that it has better Wi-Fi.

Good location, big room, nice view, just don't have private parking but near have a lot of place to parking the car just need to pay for. But hotel is in a good place near shoppings and comfortable.

No Wi-Fi blankets are very bad very old looks very old the next day the elevator is broken.

Very well located, cheap and very complete breakfast buffet. No Wi-Fi in the rooms and nefarious cleaning. It's worth paying a little more and going to another hotel where hygiene is more prioritized.

Good price quality is not bad, many things to improve in the rooms.

The location is certainly good, but the room is a furnace. It is impossible to ventilate because it overlooks an inner course that strongly resembles a greenhouse and in addition serves as ashtray and could the cigarette!
If you like camping, know that here you can spend the night to hear the tv, snoring, doors and other squeaking noises as if you were there.
Also the TV works very poorly and breakfast rest in tone.
It is really 3 *.

For the price that came out is not bad. The only downside was the strong smell of tobacco in the room.

The general opinion is wrong. Dirt, unpleasant smells, TV doesn't work anyway and that which must be allowed bail by the remote control. Mattresses would be better not to mention already than we would have slept better on the ground. In the morning, still worse when at breakfast we have a lot of stale bread for several days back, open that there were only remains and juices namely when, a multi-day cut sausage and four pastries which were not good. The staff would be best to change it completely. Definitely do not recommend anyone to go or even gift it is.

I spent a weekend at this hotel. I had read several reviews, and today after the experience I will leave my: unbeatable location, spacious rooms, ordered a double and got one with twin beds, reception, is a hotel of the 1960s, but is preserved in good condition of cleanliness, adequate and clean bathroom, breakfast a buffet with variety of pastries, variety of juices several options of coffee and coffee with milk, a variety of sausages and cheese, bacon, grilled, salchochas and rice with milk and fruit, in short, a buffet to satisfy you. Very good price. If I go back by Andorra again safe.
