Very clean and very good deal, just two hits, the quality of the breakfast sausage and tell you where you have to sit for breakfast having plenty of tables, (Saturday morning was not the director of the tables and we were all much more comfortable)

Hotel inside very careful, clean, helpful and well priced, the only downside for not 5 stars The parking is not yours, they make you discount on the bingo, still and well priced.

Hotel that I particularly appreciate considering several qualities: its location in the heart of the old town, the incomparable space of the room more than 35 m2, the full breakfast and above all excellent on the 5th floor with a dominant view and Wonderful, all with a very good value for money. Hotel that I recommend especially.

Perfect location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean room. Optional Spa circuit within the hotel and very affordable. Very nice buffet breakfast. A 5 minute walk from the malls. All very well.

An old hotel, renovated but without maintenance… Value for money Expensive. The breakfast was very good. I don't recommend it at all.

It is a super cool hotel The buffet is nice and the rooms also the hoteliers and the cleaning ladies are both Maja and stamina people, because I went with a group and the truth that what we did they complained little.

Located in the heart of the city, with parking nearby and also one of its own next door, from which you go directly to the rooms.
Spacious rooms, and with a well-equipped bathroom.
I was in a triple room, with three single beds, and no space problems.
Only one night, so I can't comment on the housekeeping service, although if it's true that it was all clean, room and bathroom.
They have a good restaurant, which is worth going to try the food.
The truth is that if I go back to Andorra and I have to spend one night, and I find a good deal, I will definitely repeat this hotel.

Great hotel, room and bathroom we liked, good location and good views. Ours was facing the mountain and the river.

The room and the service perfect, the only problem that the Wi-Fi failed a lot and being outside of Spain you can not use the mobile data.
Other than that it is not very important anything else great.

Hotel set in plaice Downtown no need for a car to get out. Great clean room, nice bathroom. Nice welcome speaks French and other languages.

Luxury to a paltry take. A hearty breakfast.

The Hotel was very nice and clean. The room was big. The minibar only has water. The breakfast was good but I did not expect anything from the other world. I was surprised that the orange juice you have to do you (they give you oranges and a manual squeezer). As bad points, that the temperature of the shower water is impossible to adjust, when you get to have it to your liking (if you do not want to go cold or burn) holds 20 seconds and it becomes again or very hot or very cold. And again to try to adjust it. So it takes you to shower too much and having burned a few times. Another bad point is that the elevators are poorly configured. It took me seven minutes to get up from floor 3 to 5. I even went through the floors below, including basement, despite having ridden in the elevator with no one else and having chosen "up" at the time of calling from my plant. To go back down more of the same. Expensive price for what it is. It has 4 stars but I think it has a spare.

Nice hotel in Andorra la Vella. Near the center to 3min walking.

A mediocre reception totally ruins the stay. At the reception, at the restaurant, the staff disgust you for choosing this hotel. The room was spacious but the services not at the height of the price (old Clim, damaged bathtub patched, etc…)

The Hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Large rooms, huge beds where as much as you want you can not play with the couple haha, very large washbasins, shower/tub spacious with grabs for those who need it, bidet and the best are the gifts of soap, comb and towel service.
Beautiful views If you choose Mountain views.
Average price for 2 nights I spend with my partner is €212 with breakfast included.
Parking payment But with a small discount for being a customer.

Very central Hotel. The deal with the employees is good. The rooms are very nice. Breakfast is spectacular. We have already been on more than 4 occasions and in all of them very well. It is located next to the area of Escaldes and Andorra.

Beautiful hotel, worth its 4 stars! Located in the centre of Andorra La Vieille a few steps from all shops and activities: Very good stay in our suite has more 30m2, good welcome and friendly and a memorable stay…

We got the suit for lack of availability. It is a huge room, Jacuzzi, hydromassage shower, sofa, armchairs, etc. As for the good quality, typical wearing wear of going past people. If there are a couple of things that could be reviewed that not everything is changing the sheets and replenish the towels. Nor do I say to paint the rooms every month but not, sometimes see the things left leaves a lot to be desired and especially being the suit.
The car I had to leave in the street or outside parking, the most negative point perhaps. But they only have 1 square of handicapped and they could not leave me another…
The restaurant ate and had breakfast and pretty good everything.
Overall pretty good, I don't know if I'll go to that but I'm happy.

Central Hotel in Andorra, very good situation if your intention is not to move much, you have practically everything on hand, and to say of Andorra… Very nice but honestly I like more the surrounding. Well commented my stay at this hotel: Pros: As I said at the beginning, the situation of the hotel is very good to visit the capital of Andorra, the treatment by employees is very correct (not as the director, I will comment below).
Cons: "A lot of eye" with this, the hotel says on its website that it has private parking being a lie. When you arrive at the hotel and ask for parking they tell you that guests can use the parking lot of a bingo next door in which they have an agreement with the hotel with discount for the clirntes, with their direct entrance to the rooms that if, we did not give much importance since the function is the same, parking and being able to go up to the room directly, the surprise was the last night, we arrived at the parking around 5 pm and which was our surprise that we could not use the parking because it was almost full, and I say almost why there were still free places and continued to leave cars, the bingo was reserved places for their customers, and the question is, when you book the room and you have assured that the hotel has "private" parking you expect a little more serious on the part The hotel. The hotel itself did not solve anything and I had to find my life to park my vehicle in another parking lot.

Stay and treatment received good.

Very comfortable, the rooms are very spacious and the breakfast very varied.

Hotel very clean and with very good service, in the room fail some small details as in the bathroom some ceiling plate in bad condition but overall very well.

A fantastic hotel very well situated for shopping and bars and restaurants a very relaxing lounge bar also the food was great and the staff were very helpful. We will be back.

Good hotel. Comfortable, clean and centered. 3 stars as Wi-Fi was really really bad, which I consider a basic need for anyone nowadays. UPDATE: Wi-Fi has gotten better so, increasing 1 star.

Everything is perfect the reception the staff the room the bedding the insulation. Small downside for catering except the breakfast buffet which is giant.

Staff at your service warm and chic setting, good restaurant at disposal but servings are a can too gourmet.

Great location. Large, clean room with a large and nice bathroom. Air conditioning was great. The hotel was clean and new. The breakfast in the morning was a large buffet. It would have been nice if hotel guests could have used the spa for free.

Step in our descent into Barcelona. Very good reception. Only downside restaurant a bit expensive for a tapas meal.

Nice place with a central location.

Nice space in the room, staff reliable. Otherwise, reconnecting to the Wi-Fi every 30 minutes is really a pain, the room equipment is very low, and the shower is half broken. Definitely not a four-star hotel. To use the spa you have to pay an extra amount.

Staff is unhappy and not trained for 4star service at all. The suit doesn't have a large bed but actually 2 small ones pushed together. Guest cannot book a massage at the hotel at all but are expected to run after the masseuse themselves to try and book one. You pay over 20euros per night to take your dog in but there is nothing for the dog at all. Not even a water bowl. Will never go back there.

The Wi-Fi just didn't work. You could connect, but forget sending or receiving email, reading the news, sending a photo. It was pathetic. Also don't park beneath the building. We could not pay at the machine, the hotel couldn't help, and we had to wait a half hour for the parking attendant to arrive to let us out. But the rooms were nice, the breakfast was great and it was central to town.

A modern hotel with very spacious, comfortable and well-designed rooms, spacious bathroom with enormous bathtub. Efficient and friendly reception staff, high-level breakfast at fair rates (9 euro), close-by parking at decent rates (maximum 14 euros), recently added gym, spa and beauty center, excellent location at 5 minutes walk from shopping area and restaurants.

I only know the restaurant and this pretty well, good service and the food is good. Support dogs if you ask for it.
