Spectacular Hotel, Elegant and excellent attention from all the staff. The dining rooms are very well presented with very varied menus for all tastes.

Good hotel very close to the town centre and also just a short walk from the Andorran National Bus Station. Wi-Fi could have been better.

Very good hotel in the center of Andorra la Vella. Very clean. Don't get to use all the amenities, such as jacuzzi, gym. About 60 euros the single room You use, but the hotel is 4 stars.

+ Rooms are nice and tidy, hotel is very beautiful and it is fun playing mini golf! — I don't think we will come back because of Spa. It is small already and no one ever from the stuff enters it to check if everyone follows the rules. Parents with big stomachs and their kids just do whatever they want jumping in water splashing water which is normally prohibited. Jacuzzi only for 5 people? Parents and their kiddos dont care. I dont mind kid 0-5 y. O but there were many 7-10 y o. They are bored and Spa is not for kids! Did not relax! Stuff should watch SPA and kids 6years and older prohibited in! — For everything need to pay! For parking more than the parking next to hotel! For SMALL breakfast 8Eur for person, american breakfast even more! We ate very good in city — both less than 8 eur.

Clean, comfortable, good bed, a good bathroom, good light, good meal, good staff, nice pool but a bit dirty, but overall all are fine and I recommend it as it is a value for money.

Great room very decent with a very suitable service. Very well placed in the heart of the city while being in a very pleasant calm.

After more than 11 years without stepping on Andorra, I can say that the staff and stay has been very pleasant. I'll repeat in the future. The rustic style suites are very nice.

On holiday 4nuits with two children. Very clean Area sauna swimming pool… Very clean and nice.
Children's space at the top.
Restaurant Breakfast with Mercury just what it takes. Room a little uncomfortable but not annoying.
Dinners at the Novotel of super Quality in a great place.
For paid parking info but we spent the stay leaving the car parked in the street for QQ euros.
I highly recommend especially off season.

As it has been habitual in recent years we have revisited this hotel, this time at Easter.
I can only make positive mentions or ratings to both the reception staff (Christian specifically) and the rest of the service, the treatment received by the catering staff (David Judit Flor Diego Johanna), was exquisite and close.
We will be back for Christmas to enjoy everything they offer us.

In the center of Andorra, away from the noise and with indoor pool. Good restaurant and comfortable.

Great hotel But the dishes are good but not too.

Very disappointing… accustomed to the Mercure chains in France we had chosen this hotel to be satisfied but it was the opposite! The staff were very friendly and very uncomfortable, almost none of them speak and understand French… Table reserved for 4 people we meet at a table for 2 on the evening of Christmas Eve! Bar side… 35 min Waiting for a cocktail… We are told full parking while free seats are right in front of our eyes?! What is this service?

Comfortable and pleasant, although there are better rooms than others in the same rate as they were refurbished, this hotel belongs to a chain of hotels united by its plants that share services. Heated swimming pools, children's play room, Minigolf. Good and spacious breakfast/lunch buffet. Good Wi-Fi and the parking not included is expensive. Quite central and close to the main shopping avenue. Nice views.

A complete hotel, where the treatment and stay is completely satisfactory, we years ago k go and we leave more and more happy and satisfied, for their comfort, in the center of Andorra, their magnificent breakfasts and varied buffets, we go k a 10!

A great welcome, the staff is at the small care for its guests, very nice. The hotel is very well located and has a very good comfort for its guests: massage, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, mini golf, gym and playground for children… And on the 7th floor an exceptional view.

Only downside there is a power outlet or a multisocket in the rooms to charge the phones.

Not a very good experience, as was woken up at 3am by the fan by the door. Which sounded like you were in a wind tunnel! Did ring the night manager who could not turn it off and said we could move to a room on the otherside of the hotel!

Spacious room. Narrow bathroom. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Correct restoration. Breakfast is plentiful. The pool and all the facilities are a big plus. I would recommend this hotel which has excellent value for money.

This hotel is very well located in case you want to stay close to the main shopping area in La Vella. Rooms are spacious and clean. Car parking is available but not exactly in the hotel but in parking garage in hotel Novotel just across the narrow street.

Old fashion rooms, nice location.
