Very well received, impeccable room an ageing décor but that is what makes its charm. At the restaurant, the meals are good, the breakfast is well stocked (buffet), waiters smiling the receptionist also, only small black spot the parking which is not next door.

A very good welcome on the part of the team, I found the meals rather successful and quality. Proper bedding as well I equipment. I would especially like to thank the person who served us at the table. First night as well as at breakfast today (a welcome more on his part, he will recognize (gas monkey…)

Great hotel except dinner for a 4 star I expected better.

The hotel is located on a main road but quiet if you are looking for silence to relax. Walking is close to the shopping area or malls. And as a detail I should mention that a river or canal passes by the side of the hotel, very picturesque in my opinion. It has its own parking, a restaurant and a massage center. The room that I had was somewhat small but comfortable. They offer breakfast buffet quite good and the restaurant service for us was better than other restaurants that we visited through the center of the city, without being anything extraordinary, just good.

The Hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean.

Great stay in couple, our room facing the river and the sound of this was super relaxing. If you opened the windows you could hear a lot the river but when they closed the sound decreased and did not disturb at all. Beautiful views. We had half board so we had dinner and had breakfast there. The breakfast buffet is great: juices, fruit, sausages, pastries, tortilla, eggs, cheese, cereals. Dinner, on the other hand, was not buffet so a proposal would be that it would be for more freedom of choice. The menu they offered was good, exquisite. And I must thank Ricardo, the waiter, his professionalism and his treatment to us, because he made us enjoy our dinner doing our best to make us like it. Also to the chef whom we did not have the pleasure of knowing and the one who agreed to our requests. The hotel has an outdoor parking and a videosurveillance for 13 € per day so a proposal would decrease the price a little. The spa consists of two saunas and a jacuzzi, not very large but enough. The room was clean, durmimos very good. The hotel near the center, you can walk without problem to all the sites.

A very cosy hotel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also large and has a large radiator inside to dry the ski clothes. The spa is simple with sauna and Jacuzzi although perfect to have a good time. Breakfast and dinner are nice. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good hotel, somewhat noisy the rooms facing the road but it is normal with the traffic that supports, good details and others that I think should improve as some flaws in carpet, room etc, very good experience overall. Nice Spa and Wellness area.

The staff is wonderful, the spa is amazing… The room is Draggle, the lampshades from the fixtures fall in the bathroom lid from the toilet and bidet hang out, etc. It's time to do repairs:) The room was clean and remnant. The bed was very clean. And after cleaning the room toothpaste and soap threw from the sink and scattered on a dressing table! But we are only Poveselilo! And in general, thanks to the hotel for the cordiality and hospitality!

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Massage makes Philipino with understanding of the craft. Rested very well.

Breakfast was good. The ski room is extremely cramped. The spa is small but cozy and nice. There is a free shuttle to the ski lifts.

Very decent hotel with a natural thermal spring. The private spa complex is small, but sufficient after skis. Breakfast was good. Free shuttle to the holidays and back the entire period of rocking. Friendly staff. Walking distance to all the shops of Andorra.

The SPA staff to highlight, the hotel to have the stars that have… lacks maintenance. But it is well connected and the breakfast is plentiful and very good.

A very well Conserbado Heritage Hotel, a family atmosphere, very attentive and friendly staff a quiet spa the very good massages, the quality food I well presented you can not ask for more we will return.

Right and nice staff. Among them, a gentleman who was on duty at night, very predisposed and sympathetic. The facilities are a bit outdated. As a minimum you could update the bedding, curtains … That maroon color … It is something that many hotels postpone and what they should invest in. I think it influences a lot in the impression that a hotel can offer. The sauna, the jacuzzi and the hammam … All very small but well … The only thing is that it is quite uncomfortable to get into the Jacuzzi having another couple because, as I said, the space was quite limited.

This very well located with a lot of tranquility with the river next door, you are served with much kindness you can ask all you want to respond with a smile is not far from Caldea or the main street you have, I if I want to repeat.

Pleasure hotel, room and total interior was great, old classic style fashion. Noise from river dont get much problems with closed window. In underground there are sauna and other healthy procedures, but we have no time to try it, just walk around.

Very good value for money… very clean and welcoming, staff very attentive and Nice. I do not rule out to go.
