Great Hotel! Very nice reception. In the room you have 2 beds, a casal and a small beds, you also have a TV. You have everything you need to stay warm. You have a shower and a bathtub "sets". The street is very quiet, especially at night. The hotel is well located, 5m to 10 m from the shops and supermarket! You have a small "restaurant" where you can have breakfast! The ratio/quality price is perfect! Wifi, breakfast, TV, heating… I would recommend this hotel!

We got a room in off peak season (May 2018) for 20 euros and it was a very pleasant experience for the value! Centrally located.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would have looked for another hotel.

The location is very central, and a minute walk from the skibus stop, if you come to ski it s very convenient. Close to the public/private parking. Staff is very friendly, but most do not speak english. The room was of a good size with plenty storage space, however the complementary shower products did not include shampoo for some reason, there was not a kettle in the room. Breakfast was very basic, mostly pastry /sweet cereals.

Value for money-very bad. Old rooms. The cleanliness pretty poor, better not look under the beds. The old and stained bedding. The breakfast was better. The worst thing about the staff, as you have a problem forget that they help you. The tone in which they speak is quite lacking in education, especially by a woman. The only good thing is the location, although if you go by car parking will be mission impossible, unless you go to a paid parking.

Good place relation warm price and well located near the malls and bus terminal is small but with all the necessary and excellent the attention of the staff, the breakfast is not buffe but this very well.

Very good for what it requires. The bathrooms are reformed. The heating is fine. Comfy beds. The front desk will inform you of anything you need. This pretty good and economical.

Very nice staff. The hotel is not too bad located in the center. The rooms are old-fashioned as well in the furniture as in the bedding and the sheets and very poorly soundproof. The Wi-Fi only works in the entrance hall. On the other hand, spacious but old-fashioned bathroom.

Dirty room; Wi-Fi capricious; Staff sometimes friendly — sometimes disparaging; Aging infrastructure, and I'm going to… It's a three-star.
I have seen better accomodés youth hostels.
Good location and multilingual staff.

Centrally located budget option. Gets the job done.

Parami experience I can't complain I was with my dog toy and Guai is the second time.

Booking online on the day of arrival is never a good idea but we could see why this place still had rooms. For the price we got a dated room with a small interior window. We encountered 2 staff, one was lovely, the other not helpful at all. We were relieved to get out of there.

Buen Precio, personal muy simpático y servicial, no pusieron pegas cuando me presenté con mi perro ya que aceptan animales, zona tranquila. Si vuelvo a Andorra volveré sin duda.

Great place, affordable rooms, super staff. Only hiccup is that there is no parking, so you will have to go to the church nearby to put your car in an undergroud parking.
