I stay here a lot and it’s always great! Just one little issue is the choice of music in public spaces especially the breakfast room.

This is a great place to base yourself in Berlin. Our room was very clean and very comfortable and was serviced daily. Also, the room is very quiet.
The staff are outstanding.

I had a wonderful stay at the Garner Hotel Mitte.
The location is ideal, right next to check point Charly, with easy access to restaurants, public transport, and all the major sights.

Decent stay. Good room, very quiet at night. Bed comfortable. Good desk and seating area. 2 minute walk to anhalter s bahn, 5-10 minute walk to Kockstrabe U bahn Friendly staff. Can’t go wrong.

Enjoyed a week in this hotel during my first visit to Berlin. It was centrally located and walkable. The hotel was near the S — and U-Bahnstations as well as historic landmarks.

This was my 2nd stay with the Mandala, the 1st was 20 years ago. The hotel staff are wonderful, attentive, thorough and so helpful. The hotel itself is in a prime location.

Nice hotel in good price. Quality of room conditions better than I expected. Clean, prepared for guests and fully equiped in basic necessities like hairdryer, coffee, cups, kettle etc.

I did have a very good stay there. Rooms were very nice and breakfast was excellent. The staff was awesome, too, while we there. Only issue is that they stop being awesome once you have left.

Clean, well run, good breakfast. Spring for the lounge if it's not included in your rate. They have a full buffet breakfast AND dinner in the lounge 7 days/week.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Super close to a lot of different attractions making them within walking distance, nearby shopping center, and lots of fun restaurants in the area.

Lovely stay at this hotel 2nd to 5th January. The position is excellent, short walk to the s Bahn station. The hotel has obviously been refurbished, everything gleams and sparkles.

We received a warm welcome at reception and were booked in quickly. Hotel is in a great location and was very handy for walking to some of the major sites in Berlin.

The highlight of this stay was the staff. They were incredibly eager to please and proactive. Anything we asked for, they tried to provide.
The accommodation was large — definitely a big layout!

We stayed here with our 4 month old baby. The cot they provided was perfect.

Spacious rooms but terrible air conditioning system. The control system seemed to do nothing except emit a bright green light at night!

Absolutely amazing. Ideal location, beautiful spacious room, comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom and most importantly, 24/7 sauna, with a lounge area, towels, water, showers, lockers.

The staff are very nice but perhaps a bit less helpful than expected from a five star hotel.

What an amazing room! So much space in 313. Big and comfortable bed. Big bathroom and superb quality shower. Housekeeping was great over the five nights spent here.

🤵‍♂️The receptionist made our check-in quick, swiftly guiding us. Our 2-bedroom with a private bathroom surpassed expectations.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel Neuer Fritz. From check-in onwards, nothing was too much trouble for the staff – everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Overall I loved our stay here, honestly no complaints at all. From the moment we met the reception staff Patricia and Hyden we were sure everything would go smoothly so friendly and professional.

Return visitors. Love it here. Amazing views (superior room floor 5) … and a warm welcome. Like the quirky style and unusual room layout, with movable screens and curtaining.

A beautiful place. We were in Berlin for the weekend from Ireland. We weren't staying here but called in for coffee which was beautiful, ended up staying for drinks and cocktails.
