Absolutely amazing. Ideal location, beautiful spacious room, comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom and most importantly, 24/7 sauna, with a lounge area, towels, water, showers, lockers. Perfect for a nice relaxing evening after a cold winter day.

I celebrated my birthday at the hotel. It was amazing. We were greeted by friendly staff. Our room was lovely and clean. Added suprise was a cake and bottle of bubbly on arrival. It was a great location, on a direct line from the airport and walking distance from most of the sights. Lovely restaurants close by and bars too. The hotel itself had a delicious restaurant and bar. Staff were super attentive. Facilities at the hotel were perfect. Would stay here again.

Great hotel. In the heart of everything, short walks to all the landmarks, which is massively convenient. We ate in the Tapas restaurant and the food was really good and waiting staff attentive. Front desk answer all questions. We did have access to the Level lounge, which is good however they wouldn't let you take the drinks to your room, which I just thought defeated the purpose of the upgrade, after a day of walking around the sites it is nice just to relax with a beer in your room. Room was really good, we had a view of the river and bridge, area is quite noisy at night though, always an emergency service siren blaring or taxi papping horns. Windows do open. Air con in the room needs clear instruction, most nights we woke up sweltering despite turning it off. Breakfast was included and really high quality, they have an omelette/eggs station, and pretty much everything else you can want. Breakfast area is a little snug, but the staff again are very attentive. Would recommend.

I will start off by the most positive points of this hotel — the location and the clean rooms.
We got to the hotel at around 8.30 AM and came up to a lady at the reception for the check in. Our initial reservation was for a standard room with no breakfast.
The lady told us that there is a promotion for a room upgrade with breakfast for only 30 euros per night (pay for one breakfast and get the second one for free) and we decided to accept it.
Not even 5 minutes after we went up to our room and unpacked, the same lady calls us to say that she was mistaken and that the promo is not valid, so that if we decide to keep the upgraded room we’ll have to pay 15 euros per night and if we want to get breakfast than it will cost 28 euros per person (during the check in she told us that breakfast + room upgrade will cost 30 euros per night for 2 people as a promo, and now we would have ended paying full price of 71 euros per night).
It was very frustrating as we already unpacked and if we knew it we wouldn’t have accepted the room upgrade.
There were also a couple of issues with the cleaning staff. We decided to sleep in the next day, and at 8 AM the cleaning guy knocked on our door so we asked him to come back a bit later. We left the hotel and came back at around 6 PM only to find out that the room was never cleaned. We then called the reception and the girl who responded was very polite and helpful. Later that night the room was cleaned.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Berlin within walking distance of all the main sights. Transport connections couldn't be better just 4 stops by train from the airport. Rooms are well appointed with comfy beds and the restaurant is outstanding offering delicious tapas and tasty wines in a beautiful design and with very friendly and professional service. Spotlessly clean.

Simply superb — comfy clean room with lovely enormous bed and well equipped bathroom. Great views over the river with a Juliet balcony. Friendly helpful staff. Great reception area. We will be back. Thank you to the whole team at the hotel. The Level (like an exec lounge) was also lovely and great breakfast.

This hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city. My Deluxe room with a Spree River view was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great variety. I loved dining at the hotel's restaurant with its stunning views of the bridge and city. While the tram vibrations at night were noticeable, they didn't significantly impact my overall enjoyable stay.

Booked Level Lounge & Junior Suite pre Covid. Rang to check all was open 2 days before arrival to be told yes all ok. On arrival none of the level lounge facilities available none of the nice bits in the room, everything stripped out. Staff just shrugged, no managers available. Instead of civilised level lounge breakfast all herded into buffet breakfast with queues. Our first room got unpacked only to find a massive leak into wardrobes through ceiling from air con so half our clothes wet. Moved to new room where air con worked as in it was on but only cool to 24 degrees so hot sweaty nights. All in all rubbish service unhelpful staff (except one lovely lad in breakfast room). Mainly reception who basically didn’t care. Wouldn’t mind if we hadn’t paid a lot of money or indeed if they had bothered to tell us it was all shut so we knew what to expect. Shan’t rush to give Melia chain any more of my hard earned cash. Poor!

Worst service ever! Due to COVID 19 the hotel never welcomed us… Send them 4 emails and called at least 10 times during the last 2 months no answer! Still waiting for the reimbursement… Not what you could expect from a 4*…

Great rooms with comfy beds. Large bathrooms and environmentally aw.
Are toiletries are a bonus. Level one services and staff were fabulous.

Spanish hotelry level, top as usual. Best value for money. It's 4* but could be 5*.

I went alone to know the Melia Tapas and the service was terrible, I did not get, there were tables available but the waitress said that alone could only sit on the counter.

What an awesome experience in Melià Berlin… Awesome hotel, beautiful and completely equipment rooms and the best thing: awesome people working on it. Josué from reception is one of the most kind, efficient and nice worker I have ever find on my life. I’ve travel a lot and I really know who is the people who makes a difference. Thanks very much for all!
