From the first interaction, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us with both amazing attention to detail and even impeccable valet parking.

We had 40+ guests for our 40th wedding anniversary party. Many guests took photos of the decor of the hotel which was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It has a great location within walking distance to all the main attractions in Cuenca.

I was a bit skeptical about this place but it was a real charmer. The service was impeccable and they had the courtesy of a late check out which was a huge plus for me. It’s not THAT noisy.

Stunning hotel, was very surprised. Fernanda at the front desk was excellent. The food was above average. Rooms were great. The fan they gave us wasn't great but otherwise it's a great hotel.

Good hotel in Cuenca. Approximately 15 minutes by foot to the historic center. Safe and quiet area. Rooms are nice, but you can hear all the noise from the hall and stairway.

Excellent attention, hotel service, all workers very friendly and super safe.
They helped us with the luggage before check in and very good location, I would return without hesitation.

Excellent hotel with private parking located 3 blocks from the central park. Very clean and tidy, its price includes breakfast. It has Wi-Fi.

The rooms are a bit small but if you can book the family room is worth it! Beautiful room.

We stayed 6 nights and loved it. Rooms either have windows overlooking the inner courtyard or outside. For air flow recommend outside window as it can get stuffy at night.

Incredible, all luxury movie breakfasts and let it be said of its rooms a luxury, 5 stars.

The shower is very small the closet is scary the TV is confusing and the controller is broken there is explicit adult content in the child’s Chanel.

My gf and I celebrated our anniversary in Cuenca at Hotel La Ronda. The staff was understanding of our late check-in and the room with balcony we had booked was delightful and comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and half of the next night for a value of $110. As we were two people, it was 55 each and included breakfast.

Excellent service, the hotel has colonial architecture, it feels very homely. Varied breakfasts, very good.

Family run with pride. Some of the nicest people in Cuenca. On thr north end of el centro, which is perfect for some quiet, great food too.

We had a very nice stay in La Orquidea. It’s in the city center close to the park. Almost everything is in walking distance. The service is very good and kind.
