Lousy attention of the chef who greeted me, supposedly it is a breakfast Buffet and at the time only you should take 1 juice and the manager says it is new, and the lord has time to work with You, or mad I go back to your hotel.

This was my eleventh time staying here. Very English friendly. Great staff and food.

A hotel with very good attention. All the infrastructure has a rather impregnated colonial air, to revisit it. Its location is also quite convenient.

Quaint hotel at downtown Cuenca. Not the laps of luxury, but clean and comfortable. Building is 200 years old, so expect uneven floors, older plumbing, etc. Made up by great staff and location 2 blocks from cathedral.

Fantastic, staff are great with making you feel welcome, the hotel itself is cute and homey, the restaurant in the hotel serves great food as well.

My family and I recently back to our Ecuador we stayed in this hotel and were delighted. What escojimos by its location and colonial style, apart from that the attention of their staff is super special. We highly recommend it and definitely plan to stay here again in a future visit.

I live the old and antique style. Yes it is a bit noisy, it is over 200 years old after all. The rooms are clean and the bathroom newly updated. Love all the natural light coming into the courtyards and the fresh air flow. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Good English spoken here.

The Hotel Inca Real is ideally located in the old town of Cuenca, the car can be safely parked.
Our room was very small and cozy. The only downside was the very slow internet connection. But the breakfast was great.

The hotel is in the middle of cuenca. The room are big and nicely decorated. The hotel is a converted colonial house with the restaurant tables in the courtyard. All the window looks inside the internal courtyard. Overall a nice hotel.

Beautiful hotel which is over 200 years old. If you are into old, old fashioned hotels, you will love this hotel. The only issue we had was with the Wi-Fi in the second floor, it was down although it did work by the front desk. Also, the wooden floors make a lot of noise when you walk on them, specially in the room I slept in.
