Good hotel in Cuenca. Approximately 15 minutes by foot to the historic center. Safe and quiet area. Rooms are nice, but you can hear all the noise from the hall and stairway.

I was a bit skeptical about this place but it was a real charmer. The service was impeccable and they had the courtesy of a late check out which was a huge plus for me. It’s not THAT noisy.

Staying at Hotel Boutique Los Balcones felt very historical, with antiques and grand décor throughout the hotel. The lobby was absolutely gorgeous.

We were booked into this hotel by Royal Galapagos which provided our driver and itinerary for the cross Andean trip. It was an excellent choice.

We stayed two nights at Mansión Alcázar Boutique Hotel with my wife and her sister along with her husband, each couple having their own room, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

From the first interaction, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us with both amazing attention to detail and even impeccable valet parking.

We had 40+ guests for our 40th wedding anniversary party. Many guests took photos of the decor of the hotel which was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

The staff was professional and caring. The room was clean.
And worth the value. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is not a five star hotel, but it certainly is a five star service.

Nice accommodations in a very good neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is consistently good and the staff is friendly.

The rooms are a bit small but if you can book the family room is worth it! Beautiful room.

We stayed 6 nights and loved it. Rooms either have windows overlooking the inner courtyard or outside. For air flow recommend outside window as it can get stuffy at night.

Spectacular crew who were kind enough to harbor a special cup I accidentally left behind until I could return for it many months later.

The room was comfortable and modern, the service was fantastic and right where you want to be in the city. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, great breakfast and excellent price.

My gf and I celebrated our anniversary in Cuenca at Hotel La Ronda. The staff was understanding of our late check-in and the room with balcony we had booked was delightful and comfortable.

I spent a few days in Chasky when I was in Cuenca and it was lovely, the staff are super kind and the rooms are perfect!

This is absolutely a charming hotel. It is so well located in the old city that you can walk and see everything from the old cathedral to the new.

We had a very nice stay in La Orquidea. It’s in the city center close to the park. Almost everything is in walking distance. The service is very good and kind.
