The hotel is a clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is absolutely the best! From the receptionists, the bellmen, restaurant staff and the housekeeping personnel. They are what makes this place a 10+!

The best hotel in Hanoi. A pleasant surprise. A gem in the price point with immaculate rooms. Modern decor with lush carpet, the most comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. We chose the interconnecting family room which was perfect for our needs. Great location — close to the best bia hoi in Hanoi. The staff were courteous, spoke perfect English and we're very helpful making bookings for trips out. Thankyou for getting us all to Ha Long bay. It was a great cruise.

Very nice, new hotel. Staff at the small treatments. We stayed as a family in 2 rooms that are connected. Bedding excellent. Bathroom impeccable. Buffet breakfast very well supplied. Swimming pool in rooftop, very pleasant at the end of the day. Large jacuzzi in the mosaic. Machines running modern. Well located on the avenue of the embassies, and within walking distance of the historic heart of Hanoi. In short, recommended!

Well located, clean & professionally staffed. Breakfast was quite good & the coffee was acceptable. The rooms are up to date and extremely well presented. The hotel offers excellent value for money.

The spa and sauna area is lovely! The bed was amazing! However in the bathroom, we noticed that the blinds in our bathroom which overlooks the street wasn't block out, because with the blind down, we could still see street lights outside, so if we had the lights on people would be able to see in… basically we had put up towels over the blinds for a makeshift curtain/blind. We were leaving for Sapa early so didn't need breakfast, but I probably would have expected a hotel like this to include breakfast, which it didn't. We stayed at a few hotels in Hanoi, while this one had some of the best amenities, the service at other hotels were slightly better.

I dig this hotel. Smells of lavender, looks splendid, and friendly staff. They provide the standard: Wi-Fi, bottles of water stocked for you each day, and tea. Pool is on the top and is swanky. There’s not much of a view on the top — didn’t bother me. I want to go back to the staff. I found myself talking to them a bit because they seemed genuine in asking how my day was when I saw them. Made me feel good. One quirky thing here is that there is a window between the bathroom and room. You can make a silhouette out on each side. If you’re traveling with a family member and are on the bashful side, be warned.

Lovely small boutique hotel that has a roof top infinity pool, sauna, steam room and small work out area/gym.
I stayed here two nights in Oct 17 with my daughter. We booked the special business package on their website which included free upgrade, free breakfast, free wi fi, free daily water bottles plus pick up from airport. I think you had to stay two nights to get this but a great deal compared to other hotel sites. We just emailed and they were very helpful. They held the room by giving credit card details.
Great breakfast and good fast internet. We used the gym (just weights, 2 treadmills and a bike) but good enough for us.
Loved this place. The beds n pillows were so comfy and each room has individual a/c control.
The desk staff went out of their way to be helpful. They are happy to advise any info on tours etc and can book for you as they can transport as well. Just ask and they will sort.
This hotel is located between the Old Quarter and the French Quarter.

I love this hotel. I am definietely going back (in just a few days in fact! ) Perfect space to rest your head amidst the bustle of Hanoi. About 20 mins easy walk to the Old Quarter. Cabs are also cheap. Far enough away to be peaceful, close enough to be accessible. Loved the health club at the top with the sauna and spa. Staff were wonderful and went out of their way to assist us in any way they could. The beds were so comfortable, the shower pressure is great, the rooms are lovely, even the standard double (which we stayed in) exceeded expectations. The whole hotel is sparkling clean. Great breakfast.

Freshly renovated, ideally placed close to the lake, top equipment, competent staff, design, spacious rooms, few seats around the infinity pool on the roof-top but this pool is essential given the overwhelming heat during my stay in June. To be highly recommended in addition to is, the prices are very decent for a Hotel of this range.

This Hotel has the wow factor… The Entrance into the Lobby & decor all through out very tastefully presented… Suites beautifully decorated … The roof top pool… Jacuzzi… Staff very friendly & accommodating… I certainly will be enjoying the rest of my 12day stay here… 100% plus recommendation from me… Thank you Staff & Management. It's a beautiful hotel the staff are amazing it's definitely an oasis in Hanoi this is my 4th visit to Hanoi
And I can't say enough about this hotel. The beds and pillows are comfy the rooms are tastefully done I could go on and on. The roof top pool is amazing I will definitely be staying again.

An oasis in the midst of mediocre hotels … just wonderful accomedations … very inexpensive rate … better book it … cause prices will rise. Quickly … imported marble everywhere with American chestnut trims.
