Great experience, the hotel with the best staff I have seen in my life, the breakfast was amazing! The staff can recommend you where to go and what to visit. I truly recommend it. 5 star service.

Probably the best value for money of our trip. The boss speaks French and very attentive. It also offers excursions for different corners to you to see, we have test the tour to Ninh bin, it was perfect.

Nice hotel smack in the middle of Old Quarters in Hanoi. The staff was very pleasant & room was clean & comfortable. Deducting 1 star because room size was really small, with barely enough place to walk.

Funky little hotel, up a lane (maybe 20m) where taxis can't go. But, the staff are delightful, the rooms are clean and well done up, and their concierge service is very good. Thoughtfully done, and part of a larger group so if they can't accommodate you in house, they have other resources to draw on. Nice experience.

Right in the heart of Hanoi's historic district. It is located in a street where cars can not circulate, making it a relatively quiet place. The rooms are charming and equipped with reversible air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is OK. Possibility to make reservations for excursions to the reception.

Excellent small hotel, perfectly located in the historic center. Very quiet, clean, offering multiple services. The hostesses at the reception always put in four to help, with natural and smiling. Good breakfast. Quality/approval ratio — unbeatable price!

Our stay at the Golden Art hotel was perfect, we were provided with a clean non smoking room, as requested. The staff was amazing and would go out of their way to answer any questions. Communication very good! Breakfast was perfect! You order from a menu if you want somethimg else than the regular toast/jam/cheese. Omelette was very good! Location, location location, just a few minute walk from the night market, and the Hoem Kiem Lake.

Nice little hotel located near the old quarter of Hanoi. Very nice employees who help you a lot in the search for trips and shows. Clean room, cheap, DPJ buffet included.

Outstanding hotel and staff. Value for money and nothing is too much to ask. Delightful stay and we have booked agAin.

Decent hotel rooms. We stayed two separate occasions. The first night was in the honey moon suite (not quite that elegant, but clean! ). The second night was in a standard room. The standard room was a bit smaller, but had a funky smell. For Hanoi, it was fine. The honeymoon suite was $20 more per night, and I recommend just upgrading for that if you stay there.

Noisy by the lift, but they did move us to a quieter room when requested. Also a bit whiffy, smell of drains. Breakfast is very good, with a nice selection. Staff are friendly and try to help you wherever they can.

Really nice hotel. Was given complimentary tea on arrival while they sorted out our check-in, and given a map and information on what we wanted to see. They also helped us set up SIM cards with data on that we've been able to use to to get maps and more information as we walk around the Old Quarter.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location with walking distance to most of the Hanoi attraction. Delicious breakfast with good choice of hot dishes. Room itself was comfortable although a bit dated and not a spotless. Unfortunately in our room, bathroom doors seems to be very tightly fitted and on couple of occasions we end up locked in the bathroom unable to push the door out. Being claustrophobic the experience was pretty awful.

We have moved onto another hotel and wish we hadn't pre booked it.

Super friendly staff. Went out their way to assist us. Even though they where full. Quickly cleaned a room that had just left to accommodate us. Cheap rooms. Superbly clean. Great food. Great place to bring our 2year old daughter.

Favorite hotel we stayed at during game our entire trip. The staff made you feel like family. They were gracious, accommodating, and kind. They gave us a fruit plate, drinks, and cold towels on arrival. They arranged all our taxis and printed our boarding passes as well. We had our laundry done here and it was super quick. Breakfast was great too. They even packed us up a to-go box the morning we left REALLY early for the airport. Overall, I would absolutely go back and I highly recommend this hotel!

Very courteous and friendly staff. View is bit disappointed, especially since it is advertised with a so called "panorama view". As it pointed out we were only able to see the building of the opposite site of the street. Moreover, the "trendy suite" offers a single large room. Compared to other hotels it is more like a superior room.

It is a good hotel. On a quieter street, although that doesn't mean it is completely void of street noise. The staff is extremely helpful and speak good English. They have typical Vietnamese breakfast, for gluten free they have omelettes and fruit at least.

Was pleased to find Japanese level hospitality in Hanoi Very clean and good ambience. Will also fix your travel or tour issues.

Service in this hotel was unbelievable, nothing at all was too much trouble! Even escorted us to the train station and showed us to our carriage.

Can't argue with the quality to value comparison here. Very well managed hotel in the heart of the old town. Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms (tip — ask for the 'quiet' rooms not the 'view' rooms… the quiet ones are often bigger and a bit less expensive. The view isn't anything great). Definitely recommend this place for this price range.
