Beautiful hotel with attractive and clean room, friendly staffs, great service, you can discover many interesting places from it, very close to famous places of Hanoi. Highly recommend!

I am travelling with a group of four friends. We stayed in two separate rooms for one night on different levels. The room was comfortable, had a cute, wooden decor, and there was a small balcony included. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Things to note during your stay: your shoes need to be taken off and slippers need to be worn before ascending the stairs, and there are only stairs and no lift.

We had a wonderful experience coming to Cinnamon Hotel in Hanoi. We also liked the ceramic-reusable, shampoo bottles-less plastic, eco-friendly in here. Breakfast was lovely, staff here are incredible. Highly recommended!

Great staff and incredibly helpful. They speak pretty good english and they know the city very well, leading and recommending for eating and sightseeing. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast was delicious. Good location within walking distance from many Hanoi attractions. Highly recommended and would stay here again!

This is an amazing location! You won't find a hotel which has good view, central area, awesome services and friendly humorous staff! I am sure come back here next time!

A great experience, staying in Hanoi, in an old town building, with views over the City Cathedral. The rooms and bathrooms need a little TLC, and the public space is limited, but the attentive and helpful staff work hard to create a welcome place, and they succeed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, even though the Cathedral bells might disturb some. The location is near the city centre, and the area comes alive with food, bars and street life after dark. Well done to Mai and her colleagues.

This boutique hotel is located across from St Joseph's Cathedral and walking distance to the "buzzing" old quarter. The staff are so sweet and friendly and as a solo female traveller really took care of me. My room was stunning! I had a juliette balcony with a view of the cathedral and early mass this morning gave me goose bumps. Breakfast, bottled water and a wonderful foot massage was also included with the room. Cinnamon Hotel — Value for money. The staff is amazing; very friendly, always smiling and genuinely happy to have you as a guest. We were welcomed with a cocktail on the house and were offered another cocktail which we could other any time we wanted. Also, a complimentary foot massage was offered. And we only stayed 2 nights! The breakfast, which is included, is also very nice. We will definitely stay at the Cinnamon again.
