Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Reasonably priced for being in the center of old town. Staff is excellent and super helpful. Laundry service superfast and good (2usd/kg). Great breakfast.

Truly home away from home. Their hospitality is top notch and worth your money. Everything in Old Quarter in your door step!

The hotel staff are some of the most friendly people I've met! When my wife got sick, they went out of their way to help and check with me on how she was doing. That made our stay in Hanoi so much more pleasant. The breakfast at the hotel was some of the best breakfasts we've had with all thr custom options to order. The room was great (ask for the soft bed! ). The location in the Old Quarter can't be beat, close to hundreds of shops and restaurants. Thank you Hanoi Guest House for a wonderful stay!

Great location in the old quarter near the night market. It is about 10min walk to the Hoan Kiem lake. All the team has been very friendly and smiling. We stayed there twice during We checked out very early on our last morning there and they woke up early and provided a breakfast to take away. The rooms were very comfortable.

Affordable, clean and comfy. Also good location too. Three times I visited Hanoi and three times I stayed here. The road by the hotel (ma may street) is closed during night at weekend (night market), so it is nice to walk around at night. This also means it will be difficult to check out at night during weekend if you have a lot of baggages since cars cannot stop in front of the guest house.

Terrible! Made a reservation months ago and when I arrive a bull shit story and NO room!

Very welcoming staff in this guest house in the heart of Hanoi's Old town. Responsive Service According to your needs: laundry, restaurants, places to visit, organized tours, private vehicle, telephone cards. The rooms are nice although a little retro style but a little damp. The breakfast included is good. A driver can ensure the transfer from or to the airport for the sum of $18. Its position makes it a strategic point to discover Hanoi and its region in a few days. Very convenient!

Very nice hotel with great views from the honeymoon suite. The bed was beautifully decorated with swan towels and rose petals. The views were amazing from our balcony. The only critique was it was a bit cold in our room at night being the winter.

I had a really great time in Vietnam thanks to the great personal working at this hotel. They were really helpful at planning transport and tours in northern Vietnam. They will make everything you want happen. The hotel is perfectly placed in the middle of old Hanoï. 5 stars!

Stay at this hotel last year april and enjoy the stay there. Front desk was very helpful and always reach out any question or queries. Recommended to my friend who stay there yesterday and they also agree that the service is very good. Room was very nice and clean.

Great location, very clean room and excellent customer service especially from Hien. She went out of her way to organise the tours for us and kept me well informed. Will stay here again next time I come to Hanoi.

My son & I stayed there Feb 21-24, 2017 and we were very glad we did. The staff were so friendly and very well trained; we were comfortable in our spacious clean room; breakfast is superb (you have several choices and is prepared especially for you). Its a 2 star hotel with 7 star services. We loved it. We'll look for the day when we could return. Thank u Hanoi Guesthouse!

Excellent mid-range priced hotel. Clean, comfy, central. Staff spoke good english and there are many breakfast choices. Dont look for an awesome room view, this is hanoi central.

Just the nicest staff, looked after us so well, anything that needed doing was just no problem, so friendly. Rooms nice and awesome shower.

The staff were exceptional at Hanoi Guesthouse. Extremely friendly, and exactly the right amount of helpful (not pushy, but also not standoffish). I didn't have the hotel breakfast as I at around town each morning so can't comment on that. Elevator or stair access to rooms, good Wi-Fi, laundry service $1/kg. Rooms cleaned daily and in a timely fashion. A welcome snack pack of complementary chips, nuts and candy and daily complementary waters.

Very clean, comfortable accommodations in the "heart of the action"! The staff are very genuine and helpful and the room is a nice size with everything we need. The location is an easy walk to shops, restaurants, the lake, and other noteworthy attractions. A wonderful find!

Very nice staff and very helpful. The room was roomy and the air-conditioner works great. My bed was covered with orchids when I arrived.

Our stay at the Hanoi Guest House was one of the highlights of our trip to Indochina. Situated in one of the liveliest streets in the Old Quarter, the guest house gives immediate access to a plethora of restaurants and bars, most of which offer excellent food at competitive prices. As far as the staff at the Hanoi Guest House are concerned we could not have received more friendly and attentive service had we stayed at the Hanoi Hilton! They were superb, treating us on our return from Sa Pa like long lost relatives. The room was quiet, cool, clean and comfortable and the breakfasts excellent. Everybody went out of their way way to make it a memorable experience. When I next visit Hanoi, the Hanoi Guest House will will be my first port of call and the only place I would ever consider staying.

This was our 2nd hotel in Hanoi and will in future definitely be our first choice. We had an excellent accommodation for 26 USD in January. Everything was very clean and well kept. Fridge in room, buffet (fruits, juices, yogurt) for breakfast and optional then American breakfast etc. On top.
In addition, the entire service was really very friendly and helpful. A very good English is spoken at the reception desk.
Best organize the taxi to the airport. There are special Airport taxis, which drive to (currently) fixed 220, 000 dong, which are not even 9, — €.

Very well placed the District of corporations 36 ds. Clean room and very comfortable. The staff is competent, English is extremely helpful. They also make travel agency and offer varied formulas. Asked them pr a tour Sapa and ds Halong Bay: 2 memories.

Super helpful English speaking staff. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is located in the middle of the old quarter. Good value for money! I totally recommend this hotel. I enjoyed my stay here.
