I wish we can put ten stars out of five. Their kindness and hospitality have been awesome! The room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Price was reasonable too! Location is good with lots of good food nearby. They even provided maps and food guide for us. We never had to worry about laundry too. They allowed us to use their rooms to shower before going onto Sapaly express and also to check out late on the last day! It was not requested but they took the initiative to do so. Of course, it’s subjected to availability. Seriously, we are very grateful for their help. Even before coming here, Tony has been helping us to book our tour and transportation. They gave good advice but were never pushy. When we arrived, Anna was so kind to us. She even gave my girl friendship bands! This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Service staff cordial, can take the initiative to help solve the problem. Six days and five nights of travel in Vietnam, living in this hotel feel very comfortable, this all the relevant travel itinerary, mostly by the hotel staff contact arrangements, so I had a happy holiday, if I come again Vietnam Sightseeing, will stay at this hotel.

Stayed here from 19th Oct till 22nd Oct 2017 with my family. Tony the front desk manager provided us with excellent service and helped us with good tips and guide as well. Everything went well but only on our last night during our visit to the night market someone stole my husband's wallet. The hotel staff helped us make the police report. Just a little advise when walking in the crowed street of Hanoi. Be careful and stay safe.

These are the nicest and most welcoming people I have ever experienced at any hotel anywhere. They were attentive and helpful throughout our trip. Tony and Wind were particularly pleasant. We truly felt at home.

Amazing helpful cute staff, very tiny rooms but yet very cosy, nice breakfast options you have to try the omelette and passion fruit, they arranged our halogn bay trip and got us a very nice price as we are in our honeymoon, they also exchange money in nice rates, they got us a taxi to airport cheaper than uber which is not the normal case scenario normally, the hotel is very close by the lake and walking distance from the main square.

Breakfast — good variety of vietnamese and western food, fresh fruits also served. Location good, many eateries around. Manager as well as front office staff very helpful & caring, staff in breakfast section very polite, courteous, genuine, helpful. Thank-you to all for making our stay at the hotel enjoyable.

Exceptional for the price, rooms very clean and personal to the small care I advise vibement.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They will arrange to have someone pick you up at the airport when you arrive at the cost of about 15 dollars. So you do not have to worrt about getting ripped off by a taxi. Very convinent as we arrived at 12:30 am at the airport. They have a breakfast biffet that is a 7/10. Local fresh fruit, with local foods to try. Also your basic bread, milk, and various juices. You can also order food, at no additional charge, like pancakes, and omlets. They got me a 15gb sim card ($10) so you do not have to deal with some places that wil take advantage of foreigners. They will also exchange money for you as well. Finally our checkout was at 12pm but our flight was not until 1am. We were able to leave our bags there and they even allowed us to take a shower before we left for the airport in the evening. The location is 8/10. A lot og major tourist spots are at a walking distance, the lake is about a 10min walk, the night market, and beer street is about 15~20min walk as well.

Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped us book additional travels to other parts of northern Vietnam. Adding that they helped us book trips to Cat Ba and Sa Pa, arranging accommodation, tours and transportation which made our travels frustration free!

Very nice hotel, great staff and awesome location. Booked a tour thru the hotel and it was significantly cheaper than we could find anywhere online. Private car to and private boat in Ha Long Bay for a great price.

I highly recommend this hotel. After many trips to Hanoi, I find this hotel the best I have stayed in all of Vietnam. The best bed, best breakfast, great staff. Located in a very quiet street in the old town not to far from the lake. Great tour desk with well informed staff.

Choose here to stay in Hanoi! Their staff could not be kinder, more eager to help, or more informative about the area. Absolutely beautiful and clean rooms and bathrooms. Delicious breakfast with large spread of options. I was so impressed by the hospitality and comfort, and the location was also perfect. We loved everything about our 3 days here!

This is a great Hotel in the center of Hanoi, lovely staff, really nice decor, clear & comfort room with window where you could look out to seeing all of the quite street (it was not common in Hanoi), a great breakfast inclusive of the room charge as well.
