Rooms good, staff mostly helpful.
Very good location and helpful staff. We got very good breakfast each morning. During our stay we visited Ha Long Bay and they kept our luggages while we were there in a safe place. They even offered us to take care of our luggages while we are visiting another place for a few days, even though we already checked out and won't stay in the hotel after we arrive back to Hanoi. Our room was awesome as well with AC, clean towel, soap, shampoo and a view to the old quarter. If I come back to Hanoi I will stay here for sure.
