Service and staff here are very good. The viewing angle is clear, the lights and the surrounding design are magnificent. Enthusiastic staff to help customers. Great food. It is about the wedding party. The resort is great, the view is very beautiful, the trees look green. Too brilliant!

I stayed for 4 nights in Melia Hotel, Hanoi. It’s wonderful and comfortable. I joined the fitness class room and spa/Jacuzzi but some part is under construction. The BF and lunch are plenty of meals. In the room is very comfortable.

Helpful staff who had helped me to freeze my ice packs one day before my flight. Very accommodating too when I was rushing for my city tour. The front desk helped to keep my extra bags so I can go for the tour free and easy.

Great hotel, great location and fab breakfast! Only complaint is when there was a function on I could hear the music and we were on the 12th floor. Also, if your neighbour’s doorbell rung it sounded like your room and unfortunately someone rung our neighbour’s doorbell very early and very late and woke us up. But other than that it was a great hotel and would definitely stay there again.

It's a very nice hotel, rooms and environment are great. It is located near the center but in a quiet street. The best thing is the breakfast, which has a variety of very tasty food.

Very nice and modern Hotel. Right in the center of the city with many shops/tourist attraction around. They have a big parking which is so convenient comparing to other Hotels in the city center. Very nice breakfast buffet, the staff are all incredible and take care of the smallest details to make you feel home away from home! Highly recommended!

Big Hotel near Old Quarter. Outstanding service and the food and beverage excellent. Check out the impressive photos of dignitaries who have visited there displayed in corridor before elevators. Melia Hanoi has spacious and luxurious rooms with a good gym and nice pool. We were in Hanoi outside area on business, and this hotel was convenient to get out of the city with little congestion as well.

No real complaints. Probably a 4.5 than a 5 star. Breakfast was surprisingly decent, with a good range of cuisine and quality. Rooms were satisfactory though the water pressure of the shower was average.

There was a huge fight (physical) between drunk customers during a Thanksgiving buffet dinner, where management handled the situation pretty poorly, and continued to let the fight go on affecting other guests who were trying to enjoy the night. We managed to capture this scene on video and posted it online to share. Instead of receiving an apology from the hotel representative about the incident, the marketing/pr manager bullied us to take down the video, and told me that it was wrong to put up the video and share it. We will not return to this establishment, and do not appreciate the way management handled this incident.

Hotel well located for sightseeing. Luxury standard of amenities. Staff always helpful and obliging. Very good range of foods.

Before we signed the contract, we were extremely well taken care of, treated to dinner and wine, was promised excellent service, this and that. But when the time comes, no one was on stand by at the event, not a single staff, not even the technician guy. We had to run around to find a staff when there were problems with the audio and visual system, etc. Maybe our event was too low budget for them. When it's time to collect payment after the show, guess what… they came so fast! The room is nice though and the person handling our group reservation was very helpful. Update: March 29, 2018 — Thanks for telling me when I should make the complaint (sarcastic). Didn't know it has an expiry date.

Great, good location, nice rooms, great kitchen.

Located in the city center, rooms large enough, beds with three squares, panoramic, cozy, great breakfast and D even dinner. For the evening there is a good bar, little frequented during the week but, definitely crowded the weekend. I would definitely.

Hotel is in a great location just 10 mins from the lake, service has been very good all the way from the front desk, concierge, tour desk and the cleaning for the rooms are good as well. The complementary chocolates and fruit waiting in the room upon check-in was a nice touch! Would stay here again.

Hotel recommended 100%. Facilities modern and immaculate. Staff very attentive and friendly. Buffet breakfast plentiful and varied. Nice hotel in the old district in Hanoi. Rooms with access to the lounge are recommended. There is a good breakfast in the morning, high quality snacks for lunch and dinner.

It is a wonderful hotel and the room where we were was great. In addition, we prepared cake, flowers, and fruit for our honeymoon. The people who work there is educadísima and great. They were super attentive at all times. I recommend it 100%

We were upgraded to a suite because it was our honeymoon and greeted with flowers on the bed and a lovely cake. Reception staff are incredibly friendly and so polite — as one would expect, but still worth noting! Atmosphere is lovely, well equipped gym, nice pool, stylish bar, impressive lobby, two ballrooms. Cherry on top is the breakfast. I had 5 courses and still didn't sample everything they had to offer.

Excellent luxury hotel well located in Hanoi. Stayed here for 2 nights, first part of our holiday trip. Staff very attentive, rooms clean, comfortable. Excellent selection at breakfast. Used the pool after several hours sightseeing. Could use a little TLC but comfortable loungers very welcome after walking around in the heat. Can definately recommend.

A great stay, each and every time. I have stayed at this hotel for work for the third year running and each time I am blown away with the level of service. The check-in process is very easy. I arrived late after a flight and was immediately helped and everything was very smooth. I was allowed to use the Business Centre even though it was late. The rooms are nice and clean with a welcome gift waiting for me. This is beyond great service. The breakfast buffet is also quite good. Overall, I have nothing to complain about.

Good 4 star business hotel with lobby bar (jazz music in the night), good buffet breakfast spread. I stay in the deluxe suite which has a living room (with office station) and big master bedroom, attached big bathroom! A good size fitness center and swimming pool at 3rd level Friendly staff!

Was here for a week attending a conference. The room was comfortable and cozy. Buffet tends to be repetitive. The gym was well equipped. The only downside was the pool which was only 10m long hence the 3 star.

Nice rooms, good views of the city. Staff were always polite. The restaurants were a bit pricey but did have great food. The bar is convenient, but significantly more expensive than easily accessible local bars. The 3rd floor bar is great, with a glass ceiling along the outside wall giving fantastic views while it is raining.

The hotel is in a quiet location. It has been recently renovated and it is quite confortable. The breakfast buffet is wonderful.

Definitely one of the best if not the best hotel in Hanoi, services and cleanliness worthy of a 5 star.

Suites are very large, brand new, modern and perfect. Bathrooms huge with full bathtub and train shower separate. Everything about our stay was great, including a spectacular buffet breakfast that will please any taste. Hotel offers all services and is frequented by many famous people. Definitely would stay here again. Just perfect.

Great rooms and very clean. Location is also handy, only 10 minute walk to the lake and another 10 to the heart of the old quarter. Food at the restaurants left a lot to be desired. Also access to the pool appears non-existent, perhaps it is only available to certain guests?
