We had the Bottomless Brunch which was value for money. We were served by Peter, great character made the experience even better.

Six friends had dinner, drinks, cocktails before our AC/DC tribute show, staff absolutely fab, food amazing, we will be back 100% great experience.

We went here last February a group of 12 for bottomless brunch, I know I am late writing a review but anytime I think of here it makes me disgusted. So when we get there they were all so welcome and lovely, sat down and was advised by the manager oh maximum of 6 drinks per person and 1 bottle totals 6 drinks (technically 1 bottle equals 6 very small glasses not full glasses) which we thought ok fine false advertisement but still means we get 12 bottles for 12 people. After the first 2 bottles they brought over another 2 and everything went down hill after that we had to keep asking for more drinks and the staff was pure avoiding us and becoming less friendly each time. Turns out we only got a total of 8 bottles which we just wanted to leave after that instead of trying to hunt the waiters down we rather go somewhere else with better service.

Food was good and the ambiance was wonderful if you are under 45. Music was horrendous. Good value for what we had.

Was here last nights for drinks, actually was running late and missed my table booking but the manager was able to get us another table sorted out straight away. All the staff where absolutely amazing and went over and above to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and that our drinks were always topped up. Can not recommend this place enough if your looking a good night out in Belfast id call in here. Was an excellent night. Thank to all the staff and especially the manager. 👌 10 outta 10 folks.

Stayed here last night with my partner and I must say, the place is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and very relaxing. The bar is absolutely stunning and the food and cocktails are so tasty. Will definitely be back. The staff are very friendly too.

Boozy brunch, would've liked more options other than eggs on the menu however the beetroot & mushroom burger option was amazing! lovely place, great atmosphere and the staff (peter then sadie) were just fantastic. I think the afternoon was better due to the lovely staff. Would definitely return 🙂🙂🙂

Had booked afternoon tea today with 2 friends for a special birthday treat and we had a really fabulous time. Our server Peter was just so helpful and attentive. Very pleasant and friendly. The tea itself was just amazing. Loved the little cup of soup as a starter! Delicious 😋 Plenty to eat and all so tasty A lovely way to pass a wintry Sunday afternoon Enjoyed a few cocktails too Can’t wait to get back for another visit soon.

Booked here for a meal after getting married yesterday. Service was absolutely amazing from the second we walked in until the second we left. Food and drinks were also fantastic. Honestly couldn’t have picked a better spot, really can’t recommend House highly enough.

Had an amazing brunch with my sisters today. The food was delicious. The ambience and decor inside was lovely and the service was fast and friendly. A special shout-out to Sarah our waitress for the day for impeccable service! Looking forward to going for another visit!

Went for dinner last night and had a wonderful night. Staff are super friendly and the food was delightful. The manager in particular was such a lovely girl, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend the cloud cocktail too.

Visited on Saturday with friends. Food was great and the service was amazing. Corie our server couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you.

Staff is very friendly and nice, but that was the worst stay that I ever had.
The halls smelled like a dirty public bathroom, rooms were very dusty, and suffocating, it had only a small window, that didn’t open much, and made the room very uncomfortable to stay in by the heat and the lack of ventilation. The bed was advertised as king, but it was two single beds put together, that kept moving and having cracks between it. TV and phone didn’t work at all. And the shower, besides the terrible water pressure, it kept cutting of the water every minute.
Also, they advertise “free parking”, but is in the streets, and most of the spots you only can stop for an hour, and you need to move your car.
Don’t recommend.

Never had a better steak dinner in my life tbf. Staff wer outstanding and even thru me a round of drinks on the house. Compliments to the chef and all the staff. 5 star recommendation. Thank u.

The staff in the bar were fantastic couldn't do enough for you and the food was delicious. The waiting staff went over and above and were a delight. Would definitely recommend and will be back again x.

First visit to House Belfast this evening as we're here on a short break. What a fabulous spot! We had the seafood board for two and it was amazing. Efficient staff and lovely atmosphere, we'll definitely be back.

Was in on sunday for breakfast and few drinks after the staff r brilliant so friendly and the bar its self is just class even the toilet r class no complaints from me well done to staff and management just class.

Beautiful hotel and lots of beautiful decor great rooms and bar nice a relaxed atmosphere! only thing I would say is the hallway is very dark and the room was facing the bins outside which isn't the best of views.

Fabulous lunch, extremely impressed with the veggie stack! Marcus was excellent, went above and beyond! 5*'s all round.

Stayed in House on Friday night for our wedding anniversary. Very highly impressed for the quality and style of the hotel. Totally fell in love with the place it oozes character and so many small details. The rooms are stunning and bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Staff are super and really friendly and chatty. Breakfast was lovely again staff were so helpful. Thank you for making our night so special! :

Had a fabulous stay at House Belfast this weekend! Great rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated close by the vibrant city centre. Great place for dinner and drinks as well! Will defintely return!

What a great place to stay and enjoy Belfast! We stayed there for 2 nights. First evening didn't even go out for diner. Started with drinks in the bar and ended up eating in their restaurant as well. Good rooms, goods beds, very friendly staff!

A great atmosphere in the bar and excellent food would highly recommend this venue if your ever in Belfast.

Lovely bar but as someone with reduced mobility & walks with a stick, having the disabled toilet away down loads of stairs in the basement isn't great

Can't recommend House Belfast enough. Stayed for two nights at the weekend and it was an absolute dream. Gorgeous rooms — spotlessly clean and some thoughtful extras — like earplugs and bottled water by the bed. The bar was absolutely stunning, and the cocktails were to die for! The outside area was perfect to sit and enjoy the sunshine and people watch The food was incredible and quite varied. Of course, the staff were lovely and extremely helpful, which is always refreshing. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Lovely relaxing Saturday afternoon in the House, great selection of Gins on offer, tried few, be rude not to! Stayed for dinner and were seated by the window, thoroughly enjoyed our meal and people watching on Botanic Avenue. The food was lovely and reasonably priced, although the sea bass portion was quite small only a small half of a filet? Great staff and service, with a relaxed atmosphere, be back again.

I visited last night and cannot commend the staff highly enough… They found us a seat on a busy Friday evening even though we did not have a reservation, and servers were so friendly and engaging throughout the evening. My friend and I tried two of the cocktails, both of which were delicious, and enjoyed a selection of the yummy small plates. We were so well looked after and really enjoyed the comfortable & relaxed atmosphere. I look forward to an opportunity to come back for another visit!

A great selection of draught beers, DJ played awesome tunes all evening. Bar tender (Kyle) was asked for a cocktail, only specification was ‘sweet’… he was a legend. The gentleman in question was incredibly professional dishing up top quality service and beverages. Cannot recommend enough.

Attended a Christmas dinner with work. Was very surprised by the how good the meal was. Good music and a good night's craic. Would recommend it.

Standard selection of drinks, some good cocktails and service is fine. Atmosphere lively enough but not the nicest place in Belfast to enjoy a drink on the weekend.

Went for dinner & drinks with a group of friends. Food was tasty, my pasta came overcooked but other meals were fine. Happy hour cocktails seemed weaker than they should be but nowhere near as watered down as some other places do it. Staff were great & handled our group well. Overall a pleasant experience.

Knowledgeable and friendly bar staff are happy to accommodate any drinks request. The bar had a lively and fun vibe, there was a brilliant atmosphere especially since it was mid-week. We went for cocktail happy hour (£3), every cocktail was delicious and a generous size; quality was definitely not compromised because of the happy hour. At 9pm there was live music.

Front desk and staff are quite helpful, And the location of the hotel is wonderful. The rooms are a bit worn, they were hot as well and when we asked for fans they said they only had one per floor. The elip the elevator was not working upon arrival, but they fixed that, Then the Wi-Fi was down, and they fixed that. Their paperwork also indicated they had laundry service, but upon asking we learned it was only dry cleaning And we had to find a laundromat instead.

The rooms are good and the staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is located near the university, in a livley streets with pubs and restaurant.

Very poor room, drains extremely smelly in the bathroom, could genrally do with a refurb. Meal left much to be desired, waiting staff lovely. Manager on duty not so much, I think they missed the class on customer care! Live band were amazing, the only good point of this hotel. This is my 2nd time staying, the last time being a few years ago, it wasn't the best stay then and I'm sad to say nothing has improved. We checked out and did not stay, staff member seemed to be embarrassed and very apologetic when we checked out, manager again not so much. I can pretty much put up with most things and we would have stayed if the manager had seemed to care, the fact that the rest of the staff (who were lovely) were so apologetic makes me think that we were not the 1st customers who have had this experience. Would not recommend a meal or stay here.

Excellent location. Pleasant staff. Lively restaurant / bar in the evening.

My girlfriend and I went here on a Friday night in late January. All of the staff were extremely friendly to us and gave us a list of offers and services available at the time. The room prices were justified given the central location and cleanliness of the room. I'd love to stay here again soon.

Attended super bowl party. Set up was great and staff super helpful in facilitating the event.

Great door staff. Club downstairs is a greatnight out. Needs a few more seats but Def a top spot in city centre.

Too loud nightclub beneath hotel, and crap bed!

Decent service, good location, inner rooms with windows facing into the corridors on either side and the room opposite.

Hotel well situated if you are a party animal. Bedroom comfortable and well maintained apart from a slightly leaking tap and rather slow internet. In one week, half of that gave me no Internet and next to nil. Staff were very helpful though and tried their best to resolve matters. I would go back if the Internet was improved.

Visited your establishment on Friday 30 May 2014, and was delighted with the friendliness of the staff and the excellent food we were served. Very, very reasonable price for a most excellent meal and glass of wine. Would recommend you to everyone we know.

Ideal location if you want to see Belfast. Stylish and comfortable rooms. Cheap drinks in restaurant downstairs. During evenings there is problem with Wi-Fi connection in rooms.

Good cocktails and food. Waiting for them however is boring. Still waiting. Still waiting. Still waiting. Need to shave. Still waiting. Removing cobwebs. Still waiting. At least they taste good.

Perfect location for visiting QUB. Pleasant rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and the food was good too. Next time I visit Belfast I'll stay here.
