Very clean rooms, bang in the city Center. Menu very basic but you are not far from A good choice of eating places.

Fab hotel. Wonderful friendly staff. Great facilities. Family friendly. Thoughtful about older clients. Great location. Best breakfast. Coffee hot chocolate teas. Will recommend to family and friends. Great stay. Thank-you.

Excellent location, straight out the airport onto the bus 300 and to the bus station which is right next to this hotel. Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. The rooms where perfect. Lovely selection for breakfast and something for everyone. The bar area in the evenings had a lovely atmosphere, the staff again where brilliant and friendly. The hotel isn’t far from bars and restaurants (5! minute walk). We are already looking to return in the summer. I would definitely recommend and it’s worth every penny.

Had a fab stay here on Monday night for a catch up with friends, excellent hotel, so clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious, altogether better than one of the higher star hotels nearby. The staff were so friendly, Greta on reception greeted us in a lovely friendly manner and drinks in the bar on Monday night were served by the lovely friendly Carson, Stephen K and Mateusz, not forgetting Sarah who we met on Tuesday on reception. 5 star stay 😀

First time staying at this hotel this weekend past, and couldn’t be more happy with their service. All staff was extremely helpful and friendly and are very good with their costumer skills. Hotel room and the hotel itself was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel to family and friends, and will be looking forward to staying here again in the near future. 5* from us 😊

The worst Hilton Hotel I ever seen. My room wasn’t clean from the previous guests, as in the bed both pillows and sheets were dirty and full of grey hair. Grey hair also was visible on all furniture and all over the carpet so as the dust levels were unacceptable for a Hotel that claims to really care for the health and safety of their guests. Additionally the staff didn’t offer me different room or a room cleaning and due to that I had only two options, to sleep in this filthy and disgusting room or to check out. As obviously I choose the second option I hade to move to a different hotel in a last minute during the Belfast Marathon weekend which costed me a lot more than the usual prices of Belfast Hotels. The only explanation I received from the rude reception manager was that due to extreme staff shortage due Covid-19 they can not offer a proper cleaning which for me is a nonsense as if they can’t ensure the right amount of staff members they should close the hotel or sale less rooms. We the guests are not responsible for something such as this nonsense. Please Hampton by Hilton Belfast please train your blonde short hair female housekeeping manager firstly to clean and check the level of cleanness of the rooms and also to be more professional and polite with your guest also you can train your from desk manager working on a day duty on First of October 2021 as they both was very rude and unprofessional.

Very disappointed from the cleaning standard room was very dusty and covered with hair bed also. The management of the housekeeping wasn’t polite and professional she did not provide me any solution of my complaint! I just left the hotel and move to other brands hotel last minute booking costs me a lot! I don’t recommend Hampton Hotel in Belfast if you look Hilton standard clean rooms!

A very modern and comfortable hotel, excellent value for money, and great rooms. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. I will definitely return after tonight, and I’m actually using the same hotel brand for my trip to York over the next couple of nights.

Just back from a 2 night break staying at the Hampton. The hotel spotless with sanitising stations and the latest regulations posted for guests comfort and information. Staff were friendly and helpful and happy to answer any queries we had. Breakfast was grab and go with a full list of options provided. The choices were basic but tasty. We parked in the adjacent car park at the train station and the hotel validated the ticket to reduce the cost. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

Very good location and friendly staff. The Hampton Hilton Chain needs to go back to its signature breakfasts thrigh. To me… a decent inclusive breakfast is a deal breaker over choosing over hotels.

Location was superb! The bus and train station are next door if you wish to travel outside Belfast which we did to Carrickfergus.
The rooms were spacious and clean.
The staff were second to none, we had our 11 month old son with us and they were friendly and did everything the could to make us feel at home.

The best Hotel I ever stay in Belfast staffs were Amazing and very helpful easy assets to all bus train and the pub shopping centre fabulous well done Hampton.

Had Enjoyable stay. Staff were excellent. Room was good size and clean, same as the bathroom. Location is great.

Everything was amazing, rooms very clean, comfortable beds. Staff were terrific, as for the breakfast, best ever, selection unrivalled. Definitely would recommend and give 5 stars, can't wait to visit again, oh yes! great location.

Staff were great so helpful keep up the great work guys, the breakfast this morning was nice and plentyful, just two things I did not like The Bar Food Menu selection was very poor maybe a few more items added to the menu. The room was nice and relaxing but the bed in our room was so hard and abit uncomfortable but everything else was great. 24hrs Parking next door in Carpark only £10.00 very good value.

Everything is perfect only down side beds too high lovely meals staff very friendly would recommend to anyone.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, quiet at night, friendly and helpful staff, reasonably priced w great location. Parking was a bit confusing but worked out.

Fab hotel, excellent breakfast, the bed is far to hard, feels like you are on the floor.

Hotel situated in the centre so that's a big plus. Staff all lovely and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning will set you for the day. I've took a star down as hotel took unauthorised payment from me as a result of human error. Took couple days to sort out lots of phone calls, stress etc. Now to wait up to 5 days for payment to be returned to my bank. I'm not satisfied at all how the situation been handled.
