Lovely place to stay… made real welcome.

Excellent little B&B. We booked at late notice so expected high prices. We were very impressed by the price and the quality! The rooms have free Wi-Fi and USB charging points, but lack the usual tea/coffee making facilities (there is however access to a communal kitchen should you want a hot drink). There is easy access to fast food and shops as well as public transport as it is located on a main road (which can make the rooms a little noisy). The overall impression is good, but the building is a little run down and could use a few repairs. This being said, I would recommend to family and friends.

The room was lovely beds comfy. The lady there was very welcoming and friendly. I didnt like the idea of the help yourself continental breakfast. So I passed on that. But we enjoyed our stay.

The bed was heavenly. The personal and other guests very friendly. We could put our beer into the fridge.
It was cheap. Okay the toilett was very small. I thought always its gonna break next time I sit on it, but who cares. Its just for one or two nights… the breakfast was not that good… but for the price okay. You could eat as much as you wanted.
We forgot about the check in time, but the owner was very friendly and helped us.

The owner of this place is unbelievable. The place is run badly. Locks were broken on the front door. Guests smoking, playing loud music and shouting but The owner was not willing to deal with loud guests properly. She doesnt seem to know whats going on. No warm breakfast unless willing to pay extra. Your just left to fend for yourself. I was brought in by other guests and given our key by the guests as we were ten minutes later than we said we would be due to traffic. Very small bathroom. Basic clean room. We were told staff would be in during the morning. Yet again not anyone to be seen. Left keys on the desk and left. I'd rather sleep in the car than here again.

Booked in for a night to stay over in Belfast for a relaxing evening, but the landlady did not inform us that there was roadworks right outside her premises and these works continued right through the night and we left at 10.30am the next morning, (I text her at 02.30am approx and I still have had no response) and the work was still on going, pneumatic drills, jack hammers, lorries… also the front steps at the property is a health hazard as there is no handrail and not non slip, and a member of our party fell as a result and has serious bruising, aches and pains. Not a very pleasant establishment at all. Will not stay here again.

Waited 30 minutes in the cold to be let in, finally get in and our room is TINY and the bathroom stinks. Then the owner calls and says we're put in the wrong room and need to go upstairs (where there is a horribly messy kicthen and long-term resident) to share a bathroom and smaller room with the long-term guest. We didn't pay what we did for a hostel set-up. Not to mention, there is ZERO parking, it's on a roundabout on a very busy intersection that is hard to find what little pull-in there is.

Has a hostel vibe about it. Only bed and breakfast I have stayed in where you sort your own breakfast out — there is supplies in fridge you make your own. What was nice though was there is a kitchen on second floor tha guests can use — so we made dinner there each night instead if eating out which was nice.

A real home away from home place, really friendly owner and had a comfortable stay here! Thanks very much.

Spent almost a week in this bnb and I have to say it's best so far. Vivienne the owner is very accommodating understanding kind and caring. Will go out of her way to make sure you are happy and help u in any way she can. Highly recommended will be my first choice again when I stay in belfast. It's home from home and close to all amenities. Ty vivienne your a star. Xx.

Greenmount is an amazing place to stay close to all amenities asda, lidl for shopping wolf and whistle, felons and temple for food and entertainment within walking distance and a black taxi right outside to take you to city centre where you can do the tours and some retail therapy or go to some of belfasts best cultural spots.

What can I say. Greenmount is a great place to stay and cannot be faulted.

Breakfast terrible and you have to share toilets with other memebers.

Vivian, the owner, is very accomodating. Guests are well looked after.

Vivian will do what she can to accommodate you. Clean beds and bathrooms with a good breakfast is all and she has it.
