Tara Lodge is by far the cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed in, room was comfortable, breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order. Staff where more than friendly and extremely helpful… even offered us a plate for our late night takeaway will definitely be back in the near future.

My wife and I stayed last night after winning a prize draw. Amazing hotel. Friendly staff, immaculately clean rooms, car parking, high quality breakfast. I honestly cannot fault this hotel. Many thanks for a lovely stay. Barry Gorman.

Stayed here last weekend as it was an anniversary week to which a lovely card and personalised O Brien's chocolates were left in our room upon arrival. All staff were so approachable and friendly, perfect location with clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Would highly recommend. Thank you to all staff for a lovely weekend will most definately be back ❤

My friend and I stayed here on Saturday night I was absolutely impressed the lady at reception was so lovely and helpful the hotel was immaculate and the room was just amazing clean comfortable and the breakfast was to die for and the guy serving was just so friendly there wasn’t a single thing that could have been improved on well done guys we will be back.

On arrival, Amanda was at reception. Lovely bubbly personality and extremely helpful. Rick, the night porter and breakfast staff was extremely friendly. I’ll definitely be back again.

Very good hotel. Stayed in building adjacent hotel. Very nice rooms. Had to go out of building on to street to get back in hotel for breakfast which was very good. Would recommend booking direct through their website.

Excellent hotel in walking distance of city centre. Train service around the corner. Staff were excellent, helpful, friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices on menu. Great place to visit, would return to this hotel again.

We have travelled around Ireland for two weeks and this hotel was one of our last stops. It was the best overall. Rooms were spacious so our large bags fitted easily. The rooms were clean and bathroom seemed new. The staff at reception and also in the breakfast area were super friendly and helpful.
Parking was included during your stay. The hotel was about a 10 mins walk from city centre which was perfect after finishing a big meal. Time to walk it off.

A charming hotel just minutes from the most beautiful monuments in Belfast. A spacious room, well equipped, somewhat noisy as located in a popular area. The staff is lovely and helpful. An address to share and advised.

I loved Tara Lodge. Everything from the decor to the ambience. Staff were excellent… efficient, friendly, helpful and very welcoming. This alsone includes breakfast staff. Bedrooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I will be back and have already recommended Tara Lodge to others. Keep doing what you are doing as it is what we all need. Nice clean place with lovely staff. They are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are near perfect, food is great (breakfast) and a few hundred yards from a train station and very good pub! Honestly, you cannot get better in Belfast!

Room are nice and clean… only this is if you a mine coach driver you will fine there is no parking… but there is room for one outside the door but there local build keeps his van there all the time so you will not get parked… and there know about it.

Comfortable beds, great area to head downtown for pubs, resturants and entertainment. Reception staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was also very good here.

This place is such good value. Comfortable, warm, friendly with exceptional front of house service. The local area also has lots of funky bars and cafes. About a 10 minute walk into the city centre. Will visit again.

The most comfy beds I have ever slept in, nice quiet room, the most friendly helpfully pleasant staff. Plenty of places to walk to eat and the most amazing breakfast. The porridge with a nip of 10 year old whiskey is not to be missed along with an Ulster fry. All this with private off road parking mean this is a place to return to. Tara Lodge is a must if your in Belfast.

Tara Lodge is one of the friendliest cleanest places I have ever stayed in… nothing is too much bother… extensive breakfast menu freshly cooked will set you up for the day. Rooms are. Comfortable and spotless. There is no bar or restaurant at Tara Lodge. Well worth a visit.

Back this week from a 3 night stay in Tara lodge and it was just fantastic from start to finish. Great location and only a 15 min walk into the city and the nearby train station is just 5 min walk away. The staff here are just exceptional so so friendly and accommodating always so welcoming with a smile and a hello they take a genuine interest I their guests and the day that they had. Breakfast was just beautiful such a great choice perfectly cooked and Ricky is just a gentleman he really is so polite and friendly. The rooms are just lovely everything was spotlessly clean and loved the orla kiely toiletries a really lovely touch and the free car parking was an extra bonus thank you so so much to everyone at Tara lodge for a really enjoyable and memorable stay (we got engaged during our trip to Belfast) so we will definitely be back x.

Nice B+B, the room was ok and are nice and clean. The breakfast was fine, staff where nice and friendly and helpful, all in all not a bad spot.

All the staff are friendly, the rooms are spotless and so are public areas and the breakfast room. Nice complimentary toiletries in the room and comfy beds. Breakfast is delicious well cooked and nicely presented. The porridge was particularly creamy a real treat. Excellent location, in walking distance from the town centre, museums and the university. Lots of great local eateries right on the doorstep. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Beautiful Central and Nice hotel.

Warm welcome and owner let us use the dinning room for our shop bought fresh fruits feast! Views would need spectacular if the weather was kind!

This hotel is a hidden gem. Friendly helpful staff, lovely cooked breakfast with a good choice on the menu. Very clean bathroom with a selection of toiletries, tea/coffee facilities in the room with biscuits, complimentary bottled water in the room.
Very comfortable bed. In a nice area with plenty of bars and food places nearby.
10 minutes walk to the City Hall.
Would highly recommend it.

Loved Tara Lodge. The rooms are fab, the staff are all lovely and a true credit to the place. The rooms are spotless clean and modern as well as a fair size. Oh and Breakfast is excellent. A wee hidden gem. I was in room 16.

We descended upon Tara Lodge as a large gaggle of university students fresh off a plane from Canada, exhausted, excited, and unsure of how to fit in in Belfast. The staff of Tara Lodge were both incredibly kind and professional, and treated us kids very warmly and respectfully. We felt welcome by both staff and by the coziness of our hotel rooms. They were quick to help us with anything we needed. The location is fantastic. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Nice coffee shops and restaurants near by, as well as a few grocery-type places. Hotel is very clean as housekeeping does a fantastic job. Water pressure is great, and being 6' tall, I was pleased to know I did not have to stare down at a shower head. Biscuits and tea are available in-room, which was amazing! Kept me going during school assignments. The lounge on the first floor was a nice, quiet place to get work done. As others have mentioned, the breakfast IS fantastic. It is served to your table, fresh and hot, and is the most delicious I've ever had in a hotel. There is also a cold food bar, including fruit, yogourt, juice, and pastries. I recommend giving yourself ample time to enjoy the luxurious Irish Breakfast — — though there are many other delicious options on the menu. Thank you, Tara Lodge, for hosting us.

You cant inprove on perfection. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here. Best breakfast ever, parking and good location make this the perfect place to stay in Belfast.

The Tara Lodge is my favourite place to stay in Belfast. All the staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is sensational. Highly recommended.

I had high expectations when recently staying at the Tara Lodge and was not to be disappointed. The décor, room, breakfast and service were all top class and the very good value for money we got by booking early only enhanced our visit. Very satisfied.

Located in a handy yet peaceful part of Belfast. The rooms are large and stylish, breakfast is superb, staff are friendly and helpful. There is free parking too. Better than many a 5* hotel.

What a lovely place to stay! The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The location is about a 15 minute walk into the centre of the town, nice walk along the way lots of bars and shops. There is a lovely Chinese right around the corner called Lee Garden that is worth visiting best Chinese I have ever had. Breakfast at the Tara lodge is cooked to order and 4 out of 4 days was delicious. The room itself was very spacious and very clean even on top of wardrobes etc where we were storing the suitcase. Fresh linen, towels, water, toilettes, tea/coffee/milk and biscuits all stocked up daily, the bed was very comfy. The only bad review I had come across before staying here was one about the shower and the pressure of the water, I did not experience this at all the water pressure within the taps and the shower could have knocked me down, there is also a setting at the top of the shower head to lower and higher this, my guess is the reviewer had not noticed this! When we arrived we was warned that the hotel is between a student area, do not let this disappoint you as we heard nothing from any of them despite staying for a long weekend. There is also a train station around the back of the hotel, this wasn't so bad when the windows were closed but whilst they were open every 30 minutes or so a train would come past and be rather noisy.

Lovely, beautifully decorated, very comfortable hotel near the Botantic train station, just steps away from many restaurants and about a 10 min walk (if that) to the city center. Staff are all nice and patient with my many questions about the area. Room was clean and well stocked with generous-sized, high quality toiletries. Good size parking lot. The hotel appeared to be full when I stayed, but I never heard the other guests moving about at night. Breakfasts cooked to order from a menu plus plenty of juices, coffees and teas. They skimp on nothing here! If the weather is nice, walk across the river to the beautiful Ormeau Park and then up to the Belfast waterfront.

Quite wonderful. Very Clean! The breakfast menu and the beds were fabulous. All the staff were very helpful and engaging. Not far from the city core. If I ever return to Belfast, I would return to Tara Lodge.
