The Rollason Hotel Hotel

I stay there the last three night cleaning staff very disrespectful woken up hours before check time telling us to get out. The worst thing is there was Fresh rat droppings in my room and numerous occasions. I would never stay there again.

Food was ok not great,
Bathroom is a mess needs updating,
3 pumps at the bar but 2 wasn't working so no cider or bitter,
Staff were friendly tho.

0 star absolutely discusting only gave a 1 as it wouldn't let me post with out.

It was ok only spent 1 night there and breakfast the next morning good it was just a stop of to get r heads down for the night.

My stay at the Rollason was a 3 star experience. I like the way they roll, and at weekends, and during public holidays their milk shakes bring a good number of boys to the yard. If I were the manager of the gaff, I would implement a business model that brought both girls and boys to my yard. Maybe the Rollason Wood hotel should consider a wider choice of flavours me thinks?

We can obviously see the amount of work carried out on the Rollaston Wood Hotel. It is tidy and clean and work is still being done to please the guests.

Put my mom up there when she was visiting EN from Lithuania, her feedback was that her sleep was interrupted either by central heating being cranked up too high or inconsiderate somebody stomping their feet and slamming doors.

I would give it one *. Massive disappointment. Sour taste. Owner despicable ethos and ethics in customer satisfaction and business management. I think he is just greedy. Never even entertained breakfast as the hygiene standard so low in bed room.

Staff good food good rooms beds comfortable decoration dated.

A stayed there woke up 3am in the morning coverd in bed bites owner of hotel in formed me that it was the first time any thing like this as ever happend had to throw all ma clothes n things away as bugs was in my bag.

Cheep, clean, well staffed great breakfast.

Value for money… felt very welcome by dawn (hope thats her nam). Bar open until midnight which is great after a 3 hour drive.
Bedrooms and amenities basic but clean and a great nights sleep! Not a spund during the night.
£28 for the room and a very nice full breakfast.

This is a cheap and cheerful budget hotel that knows very well the market is catering for if you come expecting luxury facilities and five star rooms then you will be disappointed however this hotel does have one five star attribute to its name and that is its staff and service. Very rarely have I stayed somewhere where the staff can not only have a laugh with you but also the Professional and greet you by name as well as getting everything else right including serving meals drinks and keeping the place clean On that point it is indeed clean and I do not know which hotel all the people that say it is not have stayed in but it sure ain't this one The fact I have stayed over 20 times should probably say all there is to be said on the matter Food excellent drinks retailer priced Wi-Fi and parking free shops ETC in walking distance buses at the front door trains 5 to 10 minutes walk. What's not to like.

Polite and helpful staff, tasty full English breakfast, reasonable prices.

Possibly the most disgusting dated hovel I've ever stayed in. Only good point is large car park probably better sleeping in it. Breakfast vile and cold. Rooms dirty and smelly bedding and pillows stained.

This place needs fumigating I had Fleas in my room a hair in my breakfast & room stank of smoke. When I complained to the owners they dismissed everything. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Plus it's a half way house to refugees.

You get what you pay for, if it was value for money it would be 5 star. Staff are friendly, but quality is reflected in the price.

Hahahahaha it was a dive that desperately needs decorating but Dawn (staff member) made up for it and the other guests were great too … there was that much condensation I thought it was raining the stairs to the room were a death trap and you undertook them at your own risk the room well what can I say … lol it was that bad it was funny I'm sure they forgot to put a mattress on the bed the pillows had as much bounce as a pancake the wallpaper was hilarious the "wardrobe" bit was just a bar with unmatching coat hangers there was a nail in the wall didn't dare pull it out as I didn't know it what was holding back lol … the breakfast however was lovely and would I stay there again … yes I would but just for the laugh x.

Clean, well priced with breakfast included. Need to get taxi or train into city centre but that still makes it competitively priced.

3 star hotel with 4 star service. Bit tatty but as one would expect for the price. I booked to stay again on my next trip to Birmingham. Good value for money its the little things like the plate breakfast comes on being heated.

Lovely hotel, with great kind staff. I stayed there to watch a villa game, and the staff was very kind, giving priceless tips about everything from the best pubs to the best taxis, Pleasant stay, would recommend to any traveller on a budget. Very simple rooms. Clean, but small. All you need really.
