Very nice quiet hotel, well maintained with many swimming pools with enough sunbeds. The food is excellent and varied. The staff and the staf deserve a ten out of ten. Especially Mrs. Nitsa who welcomes us every day with her beautiful smile and kindness. Our stay at this hotel was a success!

Good food, good service, nice people, you can reach every place on the island in less than 45 minutes (by scooter), at least there is only one bus station to kos but never mind, everything pretty well, 5 stars.

Very good hotel, we are currently there, very nice and helpful staff, and not to mention the management, open to dialogue, and always listening! I recommend.

The facility is top, the staff mega. Have AI booked… on arrival there were 2 bottles of water… then it must be bought. Also the are located on the private beach must be paid. Not really pretty. It's whining at a high level but in Egypt you get water until you wave it off. Especially when you need water, you don't buy good advertising from AI. Also coffee powder, tea and the kettle are there. But what everyone will be… Not true… will not be refilled.

Poor, star status doesn’t match what you get. Fair points was deluxe rooms were excellent standard, great finish good beds. Rooms don’t match what you get, food not excellent, not terrible but very repetitive, if you like spag Bol, your in luck I’d in dinner and tea daily. Lack lustre and not managing covid well as lots of queues close by, breakfast you queue for drinks, while waiters are standing waiting to clear tables these could be serving drinks while you get your food. Rubber gloves to clear tables and then set tables with same said gloves on, sanitising surfaces of gloves between, no. I know at this point you’d think a bitter customer but I feel all are valid as so many unhappy people who this holiday was not their first choice as originally going to Turkey where service is superior, so maybe this could let you down. Middle of no where, walked 5 miles to next village, Mastichari, reliant on taxis at 10 Euro’s, they will only take 3 people so if your group is 4 you need two taxis. Kos town 27 euros each way, bus service isn’t regular.
Plus again, our fantastic barman Kevin as he said, brilliant and worked hard everyday, had great personality. Then on reception the other side of the coin, Vassia so bad words fail me, last day keep room on 40 euros, due to chit chat at pool only 20 euros charged.

The friendly staff and service is absolutely amazing, very clean, a beach and view to die for, beautiful pool, but it is the people that make this place.

I can't really fault this hotel in anything. We went on the 7th August 2020 in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic and the hotel was fully prepared with all the measures to ensure full safety of its guests but at the same time maintaining a high level of service. Rooms very big with bathtub, big bed and big balcony. Staff were friends some will be friends for life. Special thanks to Kristos, Ferat, Yiannis, Dimitris, Vagelis, Nikolas, Fafá, Cleverton and Anastasia.
Amazing food, big variety and top quality including the best Greek produce like Greek yogurt, feta cheese, houmus and many more.
The pools were immaculate every day super clean and there are a lot of different ones spread all around the resort. Enough sunbeds for everyone and always easy to get one.
The private beach is a short walk away and has a bar with very friendly staff too. The views are to die for.
A short taxi/car or bus drive away from Kos town where a lot of restaurants are and busy nightlife.
You can rent car/quad/buggy at the hotel at discounted prices. I cannot wait to come back.

Perfect organisation, best staff ive ever met. Everyone does a brilliant job, especially now in these difficult covid times. we felt very safe and well looked at all times. Very friendly staff, very good rooms, even with whirlpool, delicious food, unobtrusive animation (minidisco and aqua gym with Ahmed were the hammer! ), great facility, thoughtful garden design with beautiful oases, slopes — chairs, loungers and umbrellas, great Spa area. Especially friendly everyone at the pool bar, really great! A very well organized and functioning hotel — great praise to the management! Small minus point for the not so direct beach location, but the way passed the mini golf course and the mini zoo, so that it didn't get too much for the kids. We'll definitely be back:-).

High-level property, Beautiful pool, a bit far from the sea (relatively, you get there on foot, but the walk, at 13.00, may not be pleasant).

The greenery between the buildings that compose the Hotel is taken care of but can inevitably bring small insects into the room.

Wow. What a wonderful holiday location but you do need to get out and explore.

I just returned home from 2 weeks at the Gaia Palace. The staff is amazing, very nice and always helpful, trying to let you feel at home. Our room was a family one with 2 large bedrooms, 1 toilet and a balcony with table and chairs overlooking one of the relax pools. We were on the 1st floor at a convenient assistance from the beach and the services. Meals are served in the central restaurant with a great selection of food, local and international, lots of fruits and vegetables. You never have to queue at the buffet and foods are always replaced. Quality is very good. In general cleaneaness is very good everywhere. Animation program is soft and this is appreciated in a resort where you go to relax. The swimming pools are really beautiful and well kept. The beach is furnished and clean. The sea is not one if the best of the island but you can easily reach other beaches with a short walk. It is never crowded and you can relax. I want to thank you all the staff from the Turusanda girls Sabrina (Tour Operator representative) always present, Erika (sport profram) always kind, Laura (singer) with a great voice, Giulia (chef), always kind, Maria (maitre) always attentive, Tony (beach) very nice, and least but not last Leonardo (cart driver) always smiling and helpful.

Great resort. Lovely clean and with lots of pools. Not suitable for children. In the family better. Choose the 4-star. Great Italian animator singer and entertainer. Good guys of international animation… you speak English. Non-Italian.

Arrival was at 2 o 'clock at night, but we were received nicely and there was even a little thing to eat. The staff were nice and attentive throughout the stay. The pool landscape is very spacious and quiet. Food and drinks were good.

Too many stairs too long ways soft drinks hardly carbonic acid and too sweet. For older people with impaired exercise nix. But very very friendly all.

Very well maintained and beautiful 5-star hotel. The whole staff is super accommodating and always friendly.
Every evening there are always some actions that encourage you to participate and end the evening beautifully.
From 23:00 it is almost completely silent on the entire complex and you can sleep in peace.
The only criticism is the somewhat weak food, it repeats everything quite often and really regional cuisine is not available.

Simply the best and relaxing holiday ever. The staff are all so polite, friendly and so hard working. The hotel is absolutely spotless and your room is cleaned daily. Beautiful hotel and restaurant and Bbq options were fantastic. We will most definitely be booking this hotel again.

Just returned from a wonderful and relaxing week. Everything was absolutely perfect. The food, the staff, the pools, the weather. We only met super friendly people which made our holiday a special one. Maria the supervisor at the restaurant takes care of everything and always find nice words. At the poolbar I have to mention Elvis and Dimitris: you both do a super job always with a smile. Ilias in the bar near reception. A very nice guy who always find some time to talk and help. And last but not least the animation team Friederiki, Ducan and Stefan: you are all great and real animators! Thank you all! We will come back for sure. Keep up your good work.

Good hotel with a beautiful and super manicured garden and several pools. Very friendly and helpful staff. The beach is well maintained, sun loungers and parasols are available. Some of the rooms could be maintained a little better.

Food is okay, service and staff very friendly! The hotel is a little bit aged and needs some renovations at some places. Especially tennis and basketball court. Our room was a little bit dirty. The pool area and the near location to the beach are good on the other hand!

Best Hotel In Kos. The staff, manager and owner are lovely persons. Always try to do the best for the wellness of their guests! Food is amazing, waiters are so professionnals and smily, Hotel is very clean, the exotic gardens and the swimming pools make you feel like we are in paradise. Mastichiari is one the best destination on Kos Island. I recommand this hotel at 200 %

We just back from amazing holidays in Kos. We stayed in this beautiful resort which I would like to strongly recommend to everyone. I've joined my family in their second week by really late flight, hot food was still waiting for me with various of choices. As soon as I went to my room I've seen bottle of wine and fruits as a welcome pack. Also get a warm welcome by hotel manager. Rooms was cleaned in the proper way every morning. Food was good with various of choices, and everyday special dish was made by chef front of us, even on breakfast. From the morning volleyball thought darts, table tennis, water gymnastic to night discos, all was organised so well by Duchan who is a part of excellent entertainment team in Gaia Palace hotel. Have to mention a barmans who keep smiles on our faces Dimitri and Valentina (tequila time). Hotel manager was care about everything. On our last night we joined amazing Greek night show, with taste of nice Greek food, entertaining by amazing dancers. On the end of the show we saw big fireworks display. Me and my family had a great time and I am sure we will be back next year to see all nice hotel staff again in this hotel. Chairetismoús.

The only thing that let the resort down was the food. Not that is was bad, it just wasn't great. Also, there wasn't that much in the way of entertainment, the sister resort, the Gaia Royal, seemed a lot more lively. That suited us anyway so it wasn't an issue. The resort itself was modern and clean and the staff were more than helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Nice chilled place, brits are a minority though and therefore hard to chat to other guests at times. And If you like to end the night watching TV and want to watch anything but the news your out of luck, other than that nice place and the night pool bar staff are awesome.

We stayed with 2 families for one week all inclusive. I have read other reviews, but in general it was perfect. Very attentive and friendly staff. Esp the manager guest relations is pleasant surprise. Rooms are kept perfectly. The accomodation is wonderfull, well kept and full of flowers. Pool is very nice, may be a bit cold for some at this time in the season. The entertainment team does a good job with all kinds of activities. The restaurant is good, the variety is good, quality is good. It is really worth its money. Also hired a car and saw the whole Island. Did not see any refugiee. As a bonus the weather was also wonderfull.

Very nice and generally quiet hotel in a quiet location (the best hotel can unfortunately not quieter make loud holiday — shame people don't believe you — that is those to perform home too — of course this does not apply to the majority of vacationers! ). Very nice staff and very good food. Big, rich selection at the buffet.

Cons of beach is not close, but we are not OK. There is no entertainment, family-friendly and relaxing stay.

Wrong location, the Hotel Royal Village behind the Gaia 4 KM right on the Google map.
Very nice very clean, no animation (God be thanks to), all inclusive.
Beach of one of the cleanest on the island side.

Wow, what a beautiful hotel. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels on the Greek Islands and this is there with the best of them. As you, can imagine everything was only a year old, so little used and like new! Large rooms with very high-quality facilities E. G. Jacuzzi bath, flat screen tv. Swimming pool was also lovely with 2 quiter pools. No loud PA system you or activities interfere with, so very quiet. Had nice pool bar, Spa and gym, good quality of the equipment. Restaurant was also very good quality of food from the buffet. In regard to the evening's entertainment, there is nothing in this hotel, which is great if you want to truly relax and unwind. Kids club very, nice facilities, but as children usually German, European, little German spoken. The location is only 100mtrs from a small sandy beach and water park is just 10 minutes away. Kos town is located 25mins and Mastichari is a pretty fishing port just 15 minutes drive away. Overall, we had a really relaxing holiday. Thank you Gaia.
