There is nothing to complain about great only a pity that at the pool between the hotels the lawn is not overgrown with grass.

Nice hotel, 2 pool areas one quiet one and one with entertainment areas by the beach. Sea is beautiful. Staff are very helpful and very polite. Food isnt perfect but always a variety to choose from. Would recommend if looking for a relaxing holiday.

Place is spotless. Pool areas are nice. Big plus is the staff. Very helpful and polite. Rooms are as good as anywhere. For me the place is just a little remote. If you're happy doing the all inclusive and happy with hotel entertainment this place fits the bill.

Great hotel. Completely renovated rooms. German-dominated international clientele, but we had a very good time.
Great buffet restaurant served by them because of Covid. Two beautiful pools. Cleaning and sanitization everywhere. There is also the Italian chef Daniele who cooks excellent express pasta, congratulations also to the Greek chef who cooks delicious Greek and non-Greek dishes, with Mexican and Asian themed evenings. All inclusive with beer wine and spirits up to scratch. Very good and very nice The guys of the animation Eden village. Being on the northern coast of the island it is a bit windy but without bothering. Unlike the east coast where there are pebbles and bowls here the beach is sandy.

Very very nice. Who has the opportunity to come here … is only recommended… it's so wonderful here… Gorgeous… I love it!

Very beautiful and well-maintained complex. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Sufficient and abwegslungs rich food. Also the room cleaning was super, it would repel from the advantage if the daily cleaning time short with sweep. What we found, personally, super, is used, re-used cups.

Everything, but really everything was thought of so no wishes remain open. Very nice staff, super Pools, beautiful beach, huge choice of food, etc.

The hotel is nice enough. Maybe not pulls on the full 4 stars, but the rest is great.
Of course, weak Wi-Fi, only 2 restaurants, pool bars with little to no appetizers (cookies, hot dog and ice cream), housekeeping is not always perfect, beach towels (0.7 euros per day), but otherwise everything is fine.
Its sandy beach, which always has free sunbeds. 2 groups of pools that always have a few campers, very friendly staff, free tabletop and great tennis, billiards. You won't be hungry, you won't die of thirst :)
1.5 km large water park (the guide can buy tickets below the official price)
Rent cars, mopeds, bicycles, etc. Probably more expensive than in Kos, but resort prices can be bargained at the ability to :)
In one day you can go around the whole island. Fortress in Kos, hydrogen sulfide "thermals" and, necessarily, peacocks recommend to visit. The raunched beach of Paradiz is nothing special
There's a couple of shops in the hotel and a couple of shops with all sorts of stuff. Prices are differentiated.
I think the hotel is more suitable for families with children or middle-aged and older people (in the hotel 70% of Germans, Poles, Czechs).
Rest in June 2018. Liked. Recommend.

Super cuisine & Sandy beach!

Great stay! Sen. Boss and staff great! One felt arrived! Food was unfortunately sometimes only lukewarm outdoors, but still.

I'm for 14 days on holiday in Kos. Am thrilled to date total. The weather is great, there is much to see. We did an island tour and were on the traces of Hippocrates. I can recommend the island of Kos. However, it is more favorable in the or not to season, and not just financially. There is still no mass tourism. Anyway, I'm very excited.

Super nice Hotel. All very friendly, clean and modernized. We are very satisfied… Just eat the top and varied… the room also Top… What you want more… Come on all the cases again…

We had in the year 2013 a very nice room with bathtub including air conditioning. The food was delicious and always adequate. The staff was very friendly. Our waitress Monika came from Slovakia, which we found very nice. (Many love greetings, if you read it). The facility was well maintained. The Wi-Fi was very difficult to access.
The island tour, which has nothing to do with the hotel, I can not recommend. It ends in a pure sales trip. Every time you stop, you have to keep your pocket in the bag again. Prefer to rent a car and explore the island by yourself when you get to know the traffic rules.

A good place to make your summer holidays.

Nice Hotel for family with children. Not so attractive for younger couple's. This hotel ofer only All Inclusive.

Excellent 4☆☆☆☆ hotel. Wonderful setting in it's own gardens. 3 minutes from a 10km beach. Would recommend to anyone.

Comfortable, quiet place, polite smiling staff, good cuisine, if you describe everything, will take a lot of space and time. A decent hotel, there is a desire to return again.

Great hotel, were 2016 there. Were totally satisfied, it was our best holiday until then. Food was great, we stayed in one of the front bungalow's and that was also a luxury. The beach was awesome, especially if man wants to find a secluded beach and goes west on the beach, man finds. All together 5 stars!

The facility is super nice, and our room was always clean. Our room was recently renovated, but it was particularly evident that many of the Bars and window frame color remnants and drops. Did not bother us personally but. The food itself is fine, but after the second day we could not see — there was little variety and everything tasted the same. The choice of food we were a little disappointed — Gyros in 9 days Greece vacation… so if you want to eat Greek, it should do better outside. Unfortunately, the Snacks at the Pool were not to our expectations. There was a bowl of cookies and Hot Dogs the appetite were not truly human. Under the "snack selection" as at the time of booking described, I think of something else. The drinks have not convinced us, unfortunately, really. A machine with 4 sodas (2x lemon, Fanta and Cola) and water — this is really edible, the water was one of the Zitronenlimos and Yes,. The Rest tasted like soap water. Difficult I also found the cooler bag from the anyone with ice cubes. These were mostly melted already strong and thus, quite hygienic, would not seem to me to be the old, partially popped boxes. In principle, the pool facilities are prepared but very nice, in the case of Pool II, you even has a view of the sea. You should, however, be a little careful. The edge of the tank rusty bolts protruding part, and some plates are loose. But if you to the job requirement, just climb the stairs in the Pool can't happen.

Fantastichotel … the plant with a lot of green, large. 2 pool areas … They eat very fresh. Lots of healthy food. The choice enormous. … The dessert is just fantastic. … Directly accessible from the sea and loungers are free of charge. The staff is happy about a ''thank you'' in Greek and is friendly. … the rooms are modest but with mini kitchenette but who needs the one room on holiday …

I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful week. The staff are friendly smiling. Meals are ok that's not to expect luxury. But we were right for us.
Throughout the day there are scheduled activities (volley Water-polo aquagym dance) and every evening a special evening translated into all languages. The host is great.
Evenings are suitable for all ages.
There are two pool and the beach not far away. Our room was clean.
The hotel is located near a bus stop or you can take the bus to kos for 6 euros return. Otherwise a few meters from the hotel there is a quad scooter car rental shop for not too expensive. I recommend renting a Quad on a day and strolling around the island visiting the beautiful little villages. The quad bike days cost around 35 euro.
At the beach as in the pool the sunbeds are free you just get up early to book them. Background music all day long.
I thank the whole team of this hotel for this week of vacation which will remain for us a very good memory.
The island of kos has put our eyes on it.

I was told that Greece increase their star rating so if you'd go to 4 star in actual fact it's 3 star. Same here. Location very good. Pool Ok. Beach sandy — one of the best in Kos. Food very very good. Can not complain. Staff very good. However rooms are dated. Bathroom you can see that were upgraded recently to very good standard which you can not say with the rest of the room. Honestly if you go here expect normal 3 star hotel. Not 4 (apart from food). Regardless very good holidays. To managemen of Kos — If you read this please buy this poor pool lady a dishwasher!

A lovely hotel! Liked everything! The hotel is family run, quiet and peaceful, but had fun and rested in a rather.

Just arrived home from a week in "Princess of Kos" hotel. Kos is nice… The Beach of the hotel is good. But… That’s all! The hotel is 2-3 star hotel. Old, Not Clean, Food is below 3 star, no Shampoo, Shower steam = drops, smell of Cigarettes in room, mosquitoes anywhere, TV 20" with 4 channels, no Wi-Fi / Internet in room, Nothing is close to the hotel (You will need a car). So find a better Hotel.
