We mentioned it was my sisters 40th birthday and she got a free drink, balloons in the room as well. The people on the desk were extremely friendly, and the room was immaculate and really good size.

The Concierge staff were always welcoming and extremely helpful. I went for the small studio and loved the fact that for the same price as a Premier Inn, l got my own kitchen.

Wonderful staff and brilliant drinks and canapés at the bar downstairs. Very reasonable prices, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Good music and not too loud.

Popped into this hotel bar for a drink during the Birmingham Light Festival. What a lovely surprise! The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to put a smile on your face.

Enjoyed a really fantastic one-night stay at The Grand Hotel Birmingham. The building itself is beautiful — tastefully restored — and I really like how there’s artwork throughout the hotel.

Recently renovated and it shows! All the public areas are so clean and fresh. The rooms are really lovely, plenty of space and they are SO quiet.

After we fled our Airbnb due to some issues we had a very warm welcome by Palek en Zaya. Thanks again for helping us out with everything!

The rooms are really nicely laid out, clean, spacious and has everything you need to make it feel a home away from home. The service from Alex as soon as you walked through the door was fantastic.

I recently stayed at Easy Hotel Birmingham and had a fantastic experience.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, especially if you are visiting Birmingham by car. It was very convenient and easy to access.
The room was very clean, modern, and well maintained.

Stayed at this lovely little hotel as a base for shopping, eating out & visiting the Christmas market in Birmingham.
Pros: Entry to the hotel & parking outside was very straightforward.

Very nice place, super close to the centre and the main station (Birmingham New Street). The room was very big, with everything you could possibly need.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed at the Malmaison for our wedding. I stayed with my family the night before. After we got married we stayed overnight with friends and family. Had a fabulous breakfast as newly weds.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we both had a treatment (different rooms, same time). My husband booked a treatment for himself and I — the Drift away full body 60mins.

Really spacious and well equipped apartment. Had a wine cooler as well as dishwasher, full sized fridge freezer and coffee machine (Nespresso). Really comfortable bed.

This is an excellent facility. A home away from home. It's clean, centrally located facility close to everywhere and well secured.

We booked 4 rooms for a special anniversary and we all enjoyed our stay. Very friendly service, very clean rooms, traditional with character, not trendy but comfortable, with decent bathrooms.

Service: Excellent. The reception staff were exremely welcoming and helpful.

The location is one of the best ; right near Birmingham city centre.
The room is small but amazingly well designed, with everything you need.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel, it was very nice and quiet, one thing I always judge by is the cleanliness and standard of service. On which points it scored really well.

Stopped at the Crowne Plaza for an overnight stay, while in Birmingham to see a show at the Symphony Theatre.
Our room was very clean, good tray of free drinks and kettle.

We stayed here for my significant other's birthday, and I honestly can’t praise the staff enough. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our stay.

Simply the best hotel. I'm. A regular customer and I always pick this hotel as they are so friendly. Anhar always been so helpful as well. My family love it there as well.

Wonderful experience at Hyatt Lunch! Tefayal made my husband’s 40th birthday extra special by surprising us with a celebration platter—such a thoughtful and memorable touch.

Stayed for one night whilst on a business trip.
The room was spacious and clean, with a desk and chair suitable for working. The bathroom was clean and well maintained.

This hotel is accommodation only but they do have affiliated partners where you can get discounted food. Lovely bakery / coffee shop across the road.

Stayed here for a work trip and was overall extremely pleasant experience.

I personally prefer this Styles hotel to the normal Ibis in town.
The rooms are spacious and modern, and the downstairs common areas are nice too.

Stayed in the hotel last weekend and it was a pleasant stay.
The room were clean to a very good standard and breakfast was good too.

We had a lovely stay here. The receptionist was incredibly helpful despite only having started the job the week before.

Perfect stay, the staff were attentive and met our every need.

Overall happy with stay here. Its not too far away from city center/new street station — about a 10 minute walk — so its easy to get out and about without a long trudge between.

Visited Saint Paul’s House for the first time for an event; it’s a beautiful venue with a great atmosphere. But what really made it outstanding was the staff.

100% so grateful to all the staff at St. Pauls for all there hard work at my Daughters wedding on the 30th December.
The food was delicious and hot, loved the Biscoff cheesecake.

I stayed here for two nights with my partner and two young kids, the room, hotel etc was immaculate, we had the pleasure of meeting Faye, Ryan and Akira, they were very warm welcoming and beyond

Stayed at the hotel in December last year and it was a very pleasant experience. I was checked in by Fay at the front desk and she was absolutely pleasant. Her customer service skills are top notch.

Apartment was great for our overnight Christmas meet up. The booking experience and on going communication was fantastic. Use these apartments if you want to be next to the Mailbox.

Apartment were extremely clean and loved the fact there was 2 toilets and a separate living area.

Went for lunch today with my son, food was delicious. We had table service, the server was a really lovely gentleman, very friendly and polite.
The prices are great considering it's city centre.

Was supposed to be a 4 night city break but had to cancel last day as potentially getting stranded in Birminham due to train strike.

Had a fantastic stay. Rooms where big and clean. I had orginally booked 2 bed ap but was contacted that it was split which worked out better as we got 2 big apartments.

Really nice service, staff were lovely when asking for some bits like a fork to eat my takeaway etc. Room is clean and nice but just quite small.

Felt like a higher end no frills hotel. Friendly welcome. Rooms were very comfortable and had everything you'd need for a short stay.
