Brook Barn B&B Bed and Breakfast

Wonderful place to stay lovely food and great service I would recommend it to any body that that comes up to Liverpool I've been about 10 times now wouldn't stop any we're else.

I was dreading visiting a b&b as I only stay in hotels, but everywhere in Liverpool was far too expensive. This place is a hidden gem. It's a converted barn, which has been turned into a boutique hotel. There are security gates which keep you and your car safe, a lovely large garden where you can sit out and look at the wonderful views. The room was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed. The shower was amazing, I didn't want to get out. The owners were so helpful and friendly. Told us to help ourselves to anything in the kitchen we wanted. In the morning they cooked us such a good breakfast and there was loads of food put out, we literally couldn't eat any more. To top our visit off, they had a wonderful little puppy called Lulu. Can't wait to go back again.

It was a perfect place to stay the host was friendly and very helpful breakfast was very nice 5 out of 5. Room comfortable I would definitely recommend this place to stay, overlooking fields very quiet and peaceful.

I stayed at Karen and Ian's B&B August — November 2017 for several days a week on a weekly basis for business purposes and I can honestly say it is a lovely homely place to stay. It is a perfect half way house between a hotel and a B&B. Ian and Karen are a really, welcoming, friendly and approachable couple and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are modern, clean and all have lovely en suite facilities. The shared breakfast/common sitting area is great and a real bonus is the kitchen with microwave, electric oven, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities available for guest use. I highly recommend this whether you are travelling for business, pleasure or require a convenient stop over for the airport.

Absolutely beautiful place in lovely surroundings. Modern comfortable rooms with mod cons! Excellent friendly service from Ian and Karen. Nothing was too much trouble. Spoilt for choice at breakfast. Highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again.

Brook Barn is such a wonderful self contained b&b! Private parking area, communal lounge area with a pool table and large TV and we even had a generous communal kitchen exclusively for guests so we can cook dinner. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners Ian & Karen, including transport around local area. Breakfast is a perfect selection of continental buffet, all fresh with a delicious fry up of a weekend. The area was spot on as it is just outside the airport and not too far from the train and bus station that makes everywhere accessible. Absolutely marvelous stay. Beds comfy, felt safe and secure on site, all clean and new, will definitely be back!
