Disgusting behaviour from Hilton’s housekeeping staff, using customers cards as fraudulently! Staff and customer service is vile here! Disgrace 👎🏻👎🏻

Fantastic tentative staff from Naomi at check-in right through to dinner and bar service with Katy and all the rest of the crew. Nothing missing, nothing more could have been provided. will definitely stay here again ❤️

We stayed here as we had an early morning flight and was convenient for the airport, the room was lovely, beds were comfortable and very clean.

Receptionist fantastic, made booking in a breeze. Great hotel fantastic staff.

Lovely staff and they work hard but need a better system. Arrived at 2pm for room at 3 pm. At 5pm we were sat on 4th floor outside lifts after finally being told rooms were ready only to find the cleaner had just arrived to do the room. Spent 3 hours in total with our bags — with better information system we could have left bags and gone out for the afternoon.

‘Trapped’ at the airport in Manchester due to COVID test requirements, etc, my wife and I have been overwhelmed by the wonderful staff here. Truly caring and looking to satisfy every request, we’ve met some lovely people indeed. Some of the facilities may be getting a little ‘tired’ but it is still a lovely place to stay because of the wonderful staff!

Easy parking for the airport very helpful reception staff & the rooms are very clean & sealed before you go in Spacious room decent size TV & bathroom What more could you ask for to relax before an early flight.

A little gem … not just for flights and airport access. A good 4 star room with everything you need including safe. Fantastic large breakfast buffet. Train station straight into Picadilly across the road and shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Friendly helpful staff.

Great hotel and location. The room was very spacious, clean and had a very large TV! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and there is a great range of items for breakfast including hot and cold options. There is a courtesy bus to and from the airport too.

The hotel is older, but still nice. The lobby is large and doesn't get crowded. The restaurant is good with a decent amount of options. The young lady at the check in counter was one of the most pleasant people I've ever encountered at a hotel. Wish I could have remembered her name. Overall, I'd say for a short stay, this place will do just fine.

It's OK, nothing special really. Staff are nice and very helpful. Really good service from the hotel to the terminals dropping you off or maybe even pick up all through the day and night which is complimentary and to be honest the best bit and maybe even the main reason for staying. Also they have access to drop you off right outside the terminals. Not too far to walk to Hilton from the airport train station. But all in you feel it should be better for a Hilton.

I'm used to staying in Hiltons and this was a good stay. The welcome was very good and fast. The room was a bit small but functional and modern (except the bathroom). A big plus for the high quality big screen TV. I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast, though. I've had much better on Hilton hotels.

Fabulous family-friendly hotel. Booked interconnecting rooms for the night with toddler twins, kids beds made up with little sweets and haribos safely out of reach. Breakfast was wonderful with a special children's corner with milkshakes, cereals, fruit and a pancake machine! Separate gluten free area including gluten free waffles and a dedicated toaster. All staff very friendly and wonderful with the children. Would go out of my way to stay here again.

Nice friendly helpful staff. Easy location to airport terminal and good choice of bar drinks and food to accommodate your stay at whatever time you arrive and leave. Not top class but good standards all round.

The best and comfortable airport Hotel with excellent food!

Very convenient because it's a few minutes drive from the airport. There's a free shuttle bus to the airport no matter what time of the day is your arrival or departure. Rooms are clean although the carpet appeared dated. Seamless check in and check out.

Excellent hotel. The staff are really friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. My only criticisms, the parking is a tad expensive, there was a coffee machine in the foyer at 5am which disappeared by the time I was leaving at 7am and the coffee and tea supplies in the room are minimal. Otherwise though, a great hotel.

Most Staff were friendly. Except the last day of our stay, the Cleaning Lady (very rude) would not Clean our Room! She had No English, but we gathered that she felt we should be moving out? Had to ring Reception, Manager came immediately and sorted out the problem Only 1 Socket in Room to charge devices? Food poor in Restaurant and hugely overpriced, a Burger with Cheese + Bacon and chips £20! I ordered the ale Pie 15 min later the Waiter Greg, came and said it was now off menu! I had lost my appetite at that stage! Greg was helpful and embarrassed, they did not then charge for the other Soup & Pizza. The Loos in the Bar, 2 of the Cubicles had No paper all night! Parking overnight was Hugely expensive! Staff in general were helpful, Shuttle to Airport was Great. Room was good and comfortable. Would not stay again though. Do Not eat in the Restaurant — V Poor Food — Overpriced!

Great hotel room Just when you need to get to the airport. Highly recommended.

Friendly service from reception and restaurant staff. Room was very basic and looked dated. Only one bar of soap and a single hand towel in the bathroom — not really sufficient. The hotel room was not modern compared to other hotels within the airport. The hotel shuttle bus is convenient and ran on demand rather than on a fixed schedule. I thought this was a great touch. However, I think I will stay at another property on my next layover at MAN.

It's an easy check in and walking distance to the train station then a short walk to the terminals. I don't care for the restaurant and normally walk to the hotel nextdoor. The breakfast is decent. The shuttle runs regularly to all terminals, I normally walk it. Rooms are older and several of the rooms have had slow draining sinks and showers. There is a different odor in the rooms that takes me a bit to get use to.

OK, so it's an airport hotel. However, it's clean and comfortable, walking distance to the terminals and serves up a brilliant breakfast. What sets it apart, are the staff. Very friendly and professional on the front desk, but the gems are working in the restaurant during breakfast: Glynnis makes the most wonderful omelettes, engages you in great conversation and has a brilliant outlook on life. Paco, who will serve you at your table in the morning: is dedicated and friendly, always with a smile and good conversation too. Between them they must have sixty years of experience in the hotel trade. It shows. It's not about the hotel, or necessarily about the food… its about the people. This hotel has great people who make a difference. I always seem to have a great day after I walk out from this restaurant, because of the experience I've had. Enjoy!

Good quality rooms. Clean and well serviced. The food in the restaurant was lovely and of a good standard. Huge TV in the bedroom, shame the picture was only standard definition though. Reception staff were also very helpful!

Very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Great rooms and relaxing lunge. Expensive bar though. Only stayed one night and arrived late to catch an early flight the next morning. Very close to terminal 1 and 3. Easily walkable even with cases (with wheely bags obviously)

Room was smaller than we have had in the past. There was a giant TV which made the room seem even smaller. We had to wait over an hour for room service pizza. Otherwise had a pleasant stay. Staff were very polite and engaging.

Over priced 2 Star Hotel acting like a 5 star hotel. Room smelled musty and was dated, carpets thread bare and stained, mattresses old, permanently indented and hard, might as well have slept on the floor. Mid afternoon in the pub, it took 20 minutes to get service for over priced mediocre food (pub was not busy, we were ignored by waiter until my wife went up and grabbed him). Only bright spot was breakfast which was excellent and served by efficient friendly people.

Rooms are Ok. Location to airport is good. Room service is good. The restaurant has sub-par food quality… bland and lacking of flavor… although the restaurant Service is great. The kitchen definitely needs to up its game to match the quality of the Service.

Stayed the night before due to fly to Dominican Republic. Lovely hotel & facilities. Staff were all very friendly (especially the shuttle bus driver "Simone" I think his name was).

Everyone was very friendly. The bar tenders we amazing and they had a good selection of beer. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! They have a shuttle that goes to the airport every 15ish minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Room ceiling water dripping onto floor via damp patch. Breakfast servery food only lukewarm and table place mat dirty and stained. Expect more attention to detail in a Hilton!

Beds comfy, room reasonable, however I left my car with their park and fly service for 7 days and came back to find my dash cam disconnected/pulled off my windscreen and left in my centre console — no recorded driving since I left it so had obviously been disconnected before it was moved off-site. Something to hide about how they've driven my pride and joy no doubt! Won't be using again.

The worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. My family and I moved out and went to another hotel near by. It is extremely expensive and the rooms are third world. Food and drinks are vastly over priced. ALL staff are unfriendly and extremely unhelpful with a helping of rudeness thrown in for good measure. Avoid at all costs! you have been warned!

The worst hotel near the airport! The restaurant must book in advance, the room there doesn't worth 5 stars; and what's more, the hotel doesn't even have a swimming pool, it only has a poor little gym with poor equipments. I must tell you sincerely: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

The room was OK, although you have to jump through hoops to get the internet (unacceptable given how much a room for the night is) The restaurant has delusions of grandeur, ludicrously operating a booking system, when it's very obviously half empty. One suspects this is in support of the hugely expensive tariff; we were sent to our room for an hour, then five minutes later called back down. The food is OK, but you feel a bit exploited when it's 16.50 for burger and chips.

Room was tired and need a revamp and good clean. It bore no resemblance to any of the website photos. We were gob smacked to pay the nightly rate and discover it didn't include breakfast or parking! What were we supposed to do with the car?! On a positive the staff were lovely.

Very bad service, I came here for my vacation and stayed in the Hilton Manchester Airport Hotel for 8 days and they did not clean my room twice! Terrible experience. Breakfast meal was OK but facilities and hygiene is very poor. I had a leak in my room and made my room damp and smelly. The room does not include a fridge. House keeping service is very poor and friendliness is also poor. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and Im lucky to be going home.

Façade in renovation but no real discomfort. The room was clean. The floor carpet would need a nice freshen up. Unfortunately I found that for the hotel restaurant serves the reservation given the high turnout.

Good sized quiet room. Good is OK but a bit pricey. It's not easy to walk between thus hotel and the sirpirt due to all the roundabouts and dual carriageways. There is a shuttle mini bus but you can have a long wait at busy times do allow an extra 30 minutes.

Everything you would expect from a Hilton. Friendly staff, a fine finish to the rooms. Room service was a disappointment — after 3 phone calls and an hour and 20 minutes we finally got our drinks. Other than that we had no issues at all.

It's not the most modern hotel, and its a bit of a walk from the airport rather than inside it. The restaurant does a decent breakfast buffet though, the main reason I stay here.

The rooms need an upgrade. For example the faucets in the bathroom sink have both a hot and cold pipe so basically there is no mixer so you either burn your hand or freeze. This is 2016 and there is no excuse for having no mixer unit in the bathroom sink in an international hotel chain. Also the air conditioner is hot in the night even when it's 4 degrees outside and I have the air conditioner set at 19 degrees. I'm sweating all night. This hotel I would not recommend to anyone unless you have no choice. It's close to the airport and if you have a flight early in the morning that it's probably the only reason to select this hotel as it is at the airport. Definately dissapointing for a Hilton.

Bed is very hard, pillow is flat and stuffed with sadness. Room is scorchingly hot, no AC. Had to leave Window open and listen to the noise outside all night.

I don't understand the other higher reviews. This Hilton is very dated, run down, dirty, and smelly. After a four day stay in two different rooms, I was happy to run out the door.

Stayed here for 10 days. The room was "ok". The bed very uncomfortable, hard and made a lot of noise between springs and cheap wood bed frame. The whole room had the appearance of being old and then refreshed on an extreme budget. The room was barebones. Fridge did not work and the tea kettle stank if stagnant water. There were little flies everywhere — we call them fruit flies in the US. Staff was ok. Ordered room service one eve and got delivered half the items that were supposed to come with the meal. Location is good from airport and train station. You have to run accords middle of road unless you want to walk 5 minutes out if the way to crosswalk. Not fun with suitcases! all in all I was very disappointed. Not worth the price. Radison blu was MUCH better. Stayed there one night last year when I was here.

The hotel is run down. For my opinion in need of renovation. The breakfast is plentiful, but dirty dishes and cutlery. Rooms OK. Bathroom could be cleaner. Waiting time for service in the restaurant is simply a nerve! Service no trace. All in all a complete bust.

Fantastic hotel if your looking for airport accommodation. Rooms were good value, the restaurant is expensive but all in all very good hotel.

Although small the room was comfortable and pricey. The hotel are still taking money from my credit card a week later so beware as I am still waiting for the hotel to reply to my email.
