Had 1 night stay for an event close by. View from room wasn't the best — directly opposite the rail line but not really important. Milk in room was also off and we had an unannounced visitor just walk into our room early in the morning while we were sleeping which was a bit concerning but bed was super comfy and breakfast was nice.

Hi. All food & drink facilities including room service shut at 9.30pm. No pre-warning & we have gone to bed hungry. Thankfully by chance we stocked up for the children in advance with essentials otherwise disaster. Not recommended.

This hotel located in one of the most modern areas of London, has excellent connectivity to the City, since it does not take more than 10 minutes to reach the center. Its rooms are spacious, modern, super comfortable, offer excellent views of the river. The staff is exceptional, always attentive to the needs of customers. Excellent choice.

It was a beautiful hotel. Amzing service and such a picturesque setting from the window. The breakfast buffet was great too although the manger slightly strict but overall decent service. There was a nice beige and fountain just across which was stunning.

We've stayed at this hotel along with a group of 12 people, and it was a great experience! The concierge was very helpful finding transportation for the group and making sure it was always on time. The view towards Canary Wharf from my room was MARVELOUS! It's the second time we stay here and will definitely come back!

Having stayed on several occasions over the last few years for work I have always found the team to be very welcoming with nothing too much trouble. Having just got back from my first stay since the rooms were upgraded, I am impressed that the rooms are even more luxurious and comfortable! We were even given a room upgrade, access to the exec lounge and had some Hendricks miniatures in our room to welcome us back. Attention to detail was fab! Thanks guys!

Had way too many gins in the bar here. A fine hotel and if you are working down canary wharf way a good option. Rooms are large compared to most London hotels so put up with an extra tube stop or two for a better place to stay.

A modern hotel located in one of the most stylish areas of the city, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and bars, shopping malls. A convenient location with the city center and the Greenwich area — to choose from subway or water transport. Professional staff equipped with all the necessary rooms. The great restaurant at the hotel is one of the best in Canary Wharf. What did not like — agreeing to a paid upgrade of the room category, got a small room with a terrible view from the window (on the railway track) and a buzz from the passing trains. It is not worth the money paid and the right to visit the lounge — the choice of snacks was almost non-necessary. Tip — choose a room overlooking the canal.

This hotel is amazing and the staff is even more amazing. It truly felt like home even though we were far from it. I stayed at two other hotels for work after my stay with the Marriott and everything else couldn't even compare on their best day. I can't wait to stay here again!

Just slightly outside of central London, you'll find this fresh, modern, and clean hotel. The hotel is located in a newer part of the city, mostly financial and close to public transportation, an underground shopping mall with restaurants, grocery store and drugstore. All within a 5-7 minute walk. Based on where you're traveling to in central London, it will take 10-15 minutes on the Tube, maybe longer if you have to transfer. The price I paid at this hotel versus the central part of the city was a lot less. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Housekeeping did a great job taking care of our room. Check-in/out was efficient. The business center staff were helpful. I corresponded with the hotel staff via messaging in the Marriott app about Housekeeping and charges on my bill. The response time was quick and the process was simple! We had a city view room. Nice size; very clean and contemporary. The bathroom was of average size. The room has large windows which allowed for a lot of sunlight and beautiful evening views. The black-out drapes were perfect. The rooms were insulated but you may hear some soft noise from the nearby DLR station. If the noise was an issue, I would of changed rooms. Our stay was perfect. Not a complaint. This deserves a 5-star!

The rooms are a wonderful size, considering it is London. The rooms are well cleaned and the gym is okay if you want to get a quick work out done. It is conveniently near the Tube station as well, which is a bonus. I'd definitely stay here again.

Good business hotel with assorted bar and friendly staff. It is not really modern but functional. Not recommended for tourists but if you are in the area it is OK.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and attentive staff — lounge staff not so much. Canary Wharf is a somewhat 'sterile' location but with good access to DKR and tube station. Parking close by. Would prefer Hilton.

Front desk staff are very helpful. The location is excellent if you don't mind the 10 minutes on the DLR. The bed is good and the room is nice, but not spectacular. The bathroom however is a little bit outdated and certainly not 5*.

G&M review — good- Starting to say that is a 5 stars hotel then you expect a 5 stars situation. The position is lovely, close to various tube stops. The staff is very kind, but in some situation could be little more professional. The rooms are big and clean but for a 5 stars lake some wellcome kit details more. The restaurants it's tiny for the numbers of guests that the hotel can accept, it's possible that in the morning there is no place and you should stay in line waiting your table. Finally is a 5 stars less expensive then others and is right like this because the level in general have a range of improvement to get a real 5 stars level.

Room are big and bed are comfortable. Nice view on Canary wharf. Good location if you need to be close to Canary wharf. Breakfast is good and with a good variety (fruit, waffles, croissants, bacon, eggs etc).

Was here for meetings, so no idea about the rooms. Front desk staff as well as the concierge were nice and very helpful. Facility looked good. Meeting rooms were well equipped with large displays, Wi-Fi and cables. Would happily use again.

Far from the centre but very good and clean hotel.

Nice location next to metro, friendly staff, pretty good buffet but nothing amazing. Somewhat inconvenient entrance, not easy to see the path or signs to it especially in the dark of the evening. Pleasantly close to a cinema which was a nice surprise.

Late night adventures ☕ The G&Tea lounge at the Marriot is a great escape for some late night revelry. We usually head here after catching a movie at Cineworld West India Quay (just across the road). As the name suggests, they have a good selection of gin (more for my #gintrails), but more importantly, they have a great selection of tea. The tea is served in style along with a milk pot, sugar cubes and a tiny jar of honey To keep you, and your company, company they have a few clever board games scattered around the bar. When in doubt, the staff are ready to help you understand and play! ⭐namobytes — lil bits of insight for your byte⭐ This bar is exclusively for hotel guests after 11pm (last time I checked) so make sure you get there in time!

Nice spot. A little separate from the city. Consider the water shuttle to tourist spots like the Tower or the Eye. Great views on the way.

We didn't use the hotel services, only the restaurant Manhattan Grill. In general the quality is good and the meat is very good. Flavorwise, everything it's average. The house wine was not good for me. The service is very good.

The locality is modern and appreciable, although in the surroundings find food after the 22:30 is Impossible. Great rooms and service, although for check in we had to wait a bit, because there was only one person in Reception.

Stayed here on Saturday 28th October for 1 night in twin room with a friend going to see concert at O2. Hotel good location for transport. Room great space most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Downside 1 pillow case had make up housekeeping changed it. Only had 4 pillows instead of the advertised 3 pillows each. Mini bar was empty so called down to reception, someone came to stock mini bar with vodka and whiskey (not our drink) left us as a complimentary drink 1 bottle of beer 1 mini whiskey and 4 cans of coke we don’t drink any of these so left them. We did explain to reception as some constructive feedback a drink at the bar or a bottle of wine would have been more appropriate for 2 ladies. Other than this I would recommend. I just expect standards to be as described when paying top price.

Lovely hotel ideally located for the O2 arena. Lovely location with plenty of restaurants and bars on the riverside. Right next to the DLR though so be prepared for some noise in your room. Our room was on the 1st floor overlooking the DLR so not the best of views for us on this occasion. Staff are lovely and a gorgeous breakfast is available with something for everyone.

Brilliant hotel, would recommend. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. Hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Easy to get into centre of London either by train or river taxi.

A lovely room. Got a free upgrade to a room with a water view. Also a complimentary slice of cheesecake delivered to the room as a birthday treat! Very nice staff. Amazing breakfast choice. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Modern and contemporary, good quality food, drink & service. Stayed for a weekend break. Price very reasonable compared to other central London locations. Five minutes walk from tube / DLR lines. Clean and tidy surroundings. Recommended.

Great stay and a fantastic location in London, it's less than a 10 minute walk to the underground and the location is stunning with lots of bars and restaurants. Our room was lovely and found the staff all very helpful and nice. The breakfast was superb and again the staff were always helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

Rooms are expensive tho the decor isn't in the room. Still great location. Close to city and right inside canary wharf. Plus great views. Plus nice cosy restaurant and bar downstairs.

Decent hotel, didn't really get to check out the facilities as it was a quick overnight stay to see a concert with my brother. I therefore, also had a twin room as opposed to a nice, big bed. It was comfy though and the room was nice and cool. The main gripe was the "free Wi-Fi" which just took you round in circles yet there was a convenient and prominent option to purchase high-speed Internet. We both tried for about 10 minutes and gave up, resorting to data. All in all it was a good stay, a little slow and impersonal on checkout but good value and I'd stay again (and make use of the gym etc)

Hotel is having a refurb (at time of writing 06/17). So it will only get better. Great views very clean and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Lovely bar area which if you like your gin you will be well looked after. Afternoon tea available but suggest you book in advance. Good location with a single stop to the O2 arena or a short walk. Will stay here again.

This is a really lovely hotel. I stayed here over New Years 2016 and it was such a lovely stay. The staff was very pleasant (especially in the restaurant), and if you go on the floor with the lounge, it has a nice — albeit distant — view of London. I give it four stars because the location is a bit far from the city centre, but since Canary Wharf is right there, it works if you want to stay in the area. Very enjoyable and easy to get to Greenwich!

Although outside Central London, the Marriott West India Quay hotel was perfect in every way for us. We loved room 724, right next to the executive lounge, and very convenient as Marriott Gold guests. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, with the excellent "Marriott bed" and a large, clean bathroom well stocked with towels and toiletries. Staff was friendly and professional. The hotel is close to everything in London because of the convenient tube and rail connections. Also, Canary Wharf is a terrific part of London on its own — — with great restaurants, shopping, nightclubs — — plus easy to access by car. It's also very convenient to London City Airport, which was our departure point. Highly recommended!

So it's a great hotel. Should be 5 stars. But the one night I stayed there, the hotel was without power for 6 hours. No manager at the desk to explain this — just a note trying to blame the city of London. Of course no mention of this on the Marriott web site when I made the booking. And no offer of a partial refund. Dead mobile phone the next morning. Not good Marriott.

Great service the staff are usually quite nice and the ambience at their lounge is fantastic definitely recommend.

The reception was lovely. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable however the toiletries provided were empty or already half used. For two people staying only one small bottle of water was provided. The mugs provided to make a cup of tea were dirty. We had a box of tissues in the bathroom with three tissues left inside it. The TV doesn't tell you what is in the channel. If you want to watch a movie you may as well go to the cineworld near by as the movies are expensive. To listen to an album was extortionate money. Our room was next to the DLR station but the rooms were soundproofed enough for it to not be an issue at night.

We are staying here over the weekend, only 2 minutes walking distance from the station, the room was large, many facilities, and parking there is a half-price discount. Please ensure that your license plate is scanned at the front desk. Cinemas very near, very delicious room service, Wi-Fi is very easy to use, breakfast is very expensive.

Use the Oyster card to commute. We had a great time here, the room was great, the reception is very friendly and helpful. Walk to Canary business centre to enjoy coffee in the morning is great. When we left 20 minutes reach of the city airport. We send the luggage Concierge, taken late at night. We were taken to the gym, use the shower to relax more comfortable. Awesome, Marriott!

Went for afternoon tea in the G&T lounge at the Marriot Hotel in West India Quay with work colleagues and it was incredible. Really easy access from West India Quay DLR station. Fabulous entrance and welcome. The service by bar staff was impeccable and we weren't left wanting for anything. Comes highly recommend.

We had a quay side view which was stunning, the gentleman who checked us in was nothing but helpful and polite. 12pm checkout suited us well. All in all an amazing stay.

They are equipped with, among others, TV and luxurious, extremely comfortable beds. The hotel has a well-equipped fitness club. Located in the hotel restaurant Manhattan Grill Steakhouse provides some of the best steaks in London.

Hotel was great, facilities were good but our stay was marred by an altercation with the concierge who tried to get us into a Minicab, rather than a Taxi which we required. We were also told a lie about the price the taxi would charge. Stinks of a corrupt service.

This hotel was modern smart and very clean, the staff were excellent attentive and helpful but not in your face. Fantastic service. Rooms smart and modern beds very comfortable.
